OLOHUONEEN PÖYDÄN TEKO

Eli nyt oli sitten vuorossa pöydän vaihto. Eihän tuo Ikean pöytä ennää sopinu uuteen sisustukseen, eli vaihtoon meni niinku kaikki muukin 😆

Vaimohan löysi tuolta kirpputorilta pari tuollaista sisustuskoreja ja kyseli että jos niistä sais tehtyä pöydän... Voihan sitä ainakin yrittää 😉

KORIT KIRPPUTORILTA

Mulla on tuo mopoprojekti kesken pojan kans nii autotallissa / "työpajalla" on melkonen kaaos.

Sitä yritin sitte koota viikonloppuna eestä pois, mutta eihä se onnistunu ku osia on vaihettu nii ei saa alkuperäsiä paikalleen 😔 Tanko on tällähetkellä ongelmana, kun ei saa mittareita ees mopoon...

TANKO

No kasasin sitten sen yhteen nurkkaan ja jätin oottamaan parempia aikoja.

yhtenä viikonloppuna myös käytiin hakemassa parit hyllyt limingasta ja peiliovet kemistä.  Niistä tehtiin  tilanjakaja uuteen makuu- / työhuone tilaan... Vaimo ehti suunnitella sellaisenkin 😆 ja toteutettiin pääsiäisen pitkänä viikonloppuna.
Mutta se on taas eri projekti josta kirjottelen myöhemmin 😄

Pöytälevyähän oli jäänyt juuri oikean kokoinen palanen nuista sivupöytä aineksista, niin siitä leikkelin sitten 2kpl pyöreitä levyjä... Paitsi että ensinhän mun piti korjata tuo iänikuinen pistosaha 😅

PÖYTÄLEVYJEN LEIKKAUS

Reunojen kittaus ja hionta että dc-fix tarttuu kunnolla.

REUNOJEN TASAUS

Porasin myös tuohon toisen kannen reunaan reiän että keskijalka menisi siitä läpi.

JALALLE REIKÄ

Dc-fixiä käytiin hakeen lisää bauhausista että saatiin samaa kuviota kun aiemmin tehdyissä sivupöydissä.

Tämä reunojen laitto mua kyllä vähän mietitytti että pysyykö fixi reunassa.
Reunoille leikkasin 2 suikaletta jotka asensin limittäin että pito paranee.

DC-FIX REUNAAN

Sitten pöytälevyn vuoro.
Tässähän piti miettiä että miten päin levyt tulee toisiinsa nähden että kuvio passaa, koska ehdin porata koreille ja jaloille aloitus reiät testaillessa korejen ja jalkojen kiinnityspaikkoja.

Eli dc-fix levyn kanteen. Kannattaa melkein katella asennusta aina valoa vasten että näkee jos kuplia rupeaa tulemaan muovin alle.

DC-FIX PÖYTÄLEVYYN

Reunat tasaiseksi saksilla. Tässäkin on helpoin liuttaa teräviä saksia pintaa vasten niin fixi leikkaantuu tasaisesti.

DC-FIX LEIKKAUS

Nyt alkokin sitten vaikein osuus. Jalkojen ja korejen kiinnitys...

Oisin voinut vähän jättää enemmän tilaa reunoille, mutta sain reikäraudalla kiinnitettyä korit pöytälevyyn. (Reikäraudat maalattu mustaksi ettei erotu niin selvästi reunan alta)

KORIN KIINNITYS

Sitten jalat... Huhhuijaa. Leikkelin ne oikean mittaisiksi ja vääntelin päät niin että siitä saa ruuvikiinnityksen läpi (Ruuville reikä jalkaan)

JALKOJEN TAITTO JA REIÄN PORAUS

Empä ollu ajatellu loppuun asti ku rupesin näitä jalkoja sitten kiinnittelemään... Eihä sinne mikkää porakone eikä meisseli riittäny sivulta, mutta onneks on tarpeeksi pienet kädet että sai korin välistä pujoteltua ja väännettyä ruuvit kiinni.

JALKOJEN KIINNITYS

Näitten korien yhdistäminen olikin sitten taas eri asia. Vaikka kuin monta kertaa näitä yhistin ja taas purin ku joku oli aina vinossa...
Lopulta sain jalat oikeaan korkoon muovitappien avulla ja alemman tason pysymään korossa pulttiliitoksen avulla

KUMITULPAT

STOPPARIPULTTI

Oisin voinu laittaa 2 jalkaa keskelle niin pöytä ois ollu vakaampi, mutta tämä on niin hennon näkönen pöytä jo muutenkin että en usko että kukaan rupiaa ripaskaa tanssimaan sen päällä 😂

Pikkusen se liikku tuon keskijalan varassa sivuttain,mutta laitoin sitten sinne vielä liiman.

Se oli valmis.

Näitä ei taia olla muilla, eli uniikki siitä tuli (En meinaa sitä räppäriä 😂)

DIY, LIVINGROOM TABLE. English version

So now it was time to chance livingroom table. That previous Ikea table didnt mach to our new livingroom, so it had to be chanced... like everything else 😆

My wife spotted two of these wire baskets at fleemarket and asked if we could make table out of those... We could try 😉

BASKETS FROM FLEEMARKET

I have this scooter project unfinished at the carage, so the space is pretty limited to do anything.

I tryed to assemble it back together, but didnt work. Previous owner had chanced the handlebars, so i couldnt get the original meters on  😔 So the handlebars are the proplem now

HANDEBAR HOLDER

I just putted it in the corner and leave it to wait for parts.

We did spend one weekend getting some stuff for our new bedroom. We got slidingdoors about 100km away (70€) and some old bookshelfs from 40km otherway (Free). We made room divider to new bedroom and added computercorner to anther side... wife planned that too  😆 and we made it at long easter weekend
But thats another story witch i write about later 😄

I had some countertop leftover from sidetables, so i made the two tabletops out of that... But first i had to fix the old keyholdsaw 😅

Had to fill the edges and sand them to DC-Fix to hold

I also drilled a hole to another tabletop so the center leg would go through it.

LEG HOLE

Had to pick up some more DC-Fix from the store so we could have the same color and pattern than the sidetables that i made.

I had some thoughts that will the DC-Fix hold at the corner.
I cutted two longer strips so they would go ontop eatch other and have better grip.

Then there was the top side turn.
I had to use some brain so the pattern would go the right way. I did drill some holes for the basket and leg places before, when i tested the places.

ATTACHMENT TEST

So, the top now. U should always look the plastic against the light so u would see every airbubbles that emerges.

When cuting the exes fix, u should use sharp scissors and just slide it ontop of the corners

Now started the hardest part. Basket and leg mounting...

I could of left more room to edges, but i got the baskets mounted whit holeiron to top.
(Painted the holeiron to black so it wont show so much under the top)

Then the legs... omg. I cutted the legs to right size and bend then so i could drill the holes for mounting.

I didnt think this trough ether. When i started to put the legs in, i didnt have any screwdriver or drill  that was long enought to attach the screws, but luckily i have small hand so they fitted inside the basket 😃

MOUNTING THE LEGS

Assemblying these baskets together  was a bit different again. I assemblyed these many times, because there was always something crocked or unlined...
Finally i got then lined with rubber tubing and bolt attachment

I could have put 2 legs for it to be sturdier, but this looks so delicate that i dont think anyone would jump on to them and start dancing trepak 😂

It moves abit from the center leg, but i putted some clue in.

It was done.

I dont think anyone else has one. I thnk its unique (And i dont mean the Finnish rapper 😂)

VARASTO / TYÖNURKKAUS REMONTTI 2018
(WAREHOUSE / WORKSTATION RENOVATION 2018)

VARASTO MUUTTUNUT VUOSIEN SAATOSSA

Tästä varastosta ajattelin kirjotella nyt. Mullahan on koko tämän ajan mitä ollaan tässä asuttu, nii haluttanu omaa pikku tilaa missä tehä pienempiä esim sähkötöitä.
Ja nyt viimevuonna sen lopulta sain ku muutettiin tuo pyykkihuone eri paikkaan.

Tämä entinen tilahan ei ollu kovin toimiva. Hyvä jos sai pyörän ja ruohonleikkurin survottua tuonne että mahtu vielä käveleen autotalliin.

VARASTO

NURKKAUS

Tästä palo-oven eestä oliki jo viimeasukkaat poistanu vissiin poistanu jonkulaisen altaan.
Nämä "huoneet" oli todella pieniä ja nuo entiset vesivaraajat ja putkistoto vei paljon tilaa.

VESIPUTKET

Nämä vanhat lämmönsäätölaitteethan ei enää toiminu ja talvella joutu iltasin käymään väänteleen lämpöä päälle putkipihteillä... Yritettiin säästää ku iltasin laitto lämmöt päälle ja aamulla otti pois 😄
Eihän sitä aina muistanu vääntää kiinni ja sähköllä ku lämmitettiin niin laskut oli talvisin 350€ luokkaa 😱... Kyllähä se rupes ärsyttää.

Olihan siinä myös öljy ja puu lämmitys, mutta ei oo ommaa mettää ja puu on melko työlästä ja kallista varastoida ja polttaa ku ei oo tilaa.
Öljyä en ees halunnu käyttää ku poltin temppuili.

Öljypoltinhan oli alkuperäinen, vuodelta -72. Eikä sekään oikein pelittäny. Se vuoti ja sytytin ei pelannut oikein. Kyltissä oli viimesin tarkastus jostain 90 luvulta 😔

VANHA ÖLJYPOLTIN

Sitten vuonna 2011 muutettiin talo kaukolämpöön ja päästiin purkamaan kaikki ylimääräinen pois.
Vanhat öljyt säilöistä myin jollekki ukkelille joka halus ostaa. Olihan siellä vielä n. 350litraa. En muista paljolla ne myin, mutta otin imupumpulla ihan pohjia myöten että säiliö oli varmasti tyhjä... Se ukkeli ei oikein tykänny ku rupes säiliöön tulemaan mustaa tavaraa, mutta oliha se sille halapaa 😂
Tuosta säiliöstä senverran että senhän voi kaivaa pois tai sen voi jättää maahan jos on todistus siitä että se on tyhjennetty ja täytetty. Se vaan pitää sitten tosiaan täyttää hiekalla ettei se joku sadepäivä pomppaa maan alta ku korkki 😄 .... Meillä siihen täyttöön meniki jonkuaikaa, mutta onneks pihassa on paksut valetut betoni laatat jotka ei antanu kovin paljoa periksi.
Kaivetaan sitten se ylös ku tehdään asfatti piha ja hävitetään nuo isot betonilaatat.

LÄMMINVESIVARAAJA

VESIVARAAJA PURETTU POIS (KAUKOLÄMPÖ YKSIKKÖ ASENNETTU)

Tuota varaajaahan meidän putkiukkelit ei saanu ehyenä pois. Varmaan on ensin laitettu varaaja ja sitten rakennettu talo ympärille 😉

ÖLJYPOLTIN PURETTU POIS

KAUKOLÄMPÖKESKUS ASENNETTU

Eli tuonne ölypolttimen tilallehan tuli sitten pesukoneelle paikka. (Kyllä oli melko putsaaminen että sai hajut pois, ku öljypoltin tuhnuttanu siellä kymmeniä vuosia)
Palo-oven karmeja joutu melkosesti rälläköimään että niistä sai siedettävät ku ovi lähti metallinkeräykseen.

PESUKONE HUONE

Sitten valoin tuon lattian umpeen josta lähti vesivaraaja. Tein seinän peittämään kaukolämpökeskuksen ja pikkuveljen kans laitettiin vielä laattakuvioinen muovimatto lattiaan.

VARASTO TEHTYNÄ

Nyt ei ollu hirveitä putkilinjoja seinillä ja huonekkin piteni huomattavasti... Mutta siltikää en saanu vielä omaa nurkkausta. Tästähän tuli oikiastaan kodinhoitohuone ku pitihän ne pyykitki saaha johonki kuivumaan 😄

No tein sitten pikku nurkkauksen seinän toiselle puolen, autotalliin 😂

REMONTTINURKKA

Aika ahdasta oli, mutta kyllä se on palvellu jo vuosia.

Meillä oli tässä välissä patteriputkien ja uusien pattereiden vaihto. Putkimiehille merkkasin uuden seinän paikan jo valmiiksi, koska remontti oli tulossa (joskus)
Uudet patteri putket oli jonku aikaa tuossa ilmassa, ja remonttihan oli pakko tehdä 😂

PATTERIPUTKET

Sitten viime vuonna kun tehtiin tuo uusi kodinhoitohuone, niin viimein sain tuon varastonpuolen käyttöön.
Eli loputkin palo-oven karmeista lähti mäkeen (On muute hyvin kiinni tiilien välissä raudoilla)

Varaston puolelle tein seinän

Villat tottakai seinän väliin ku tuo ovi on niin lähellä, ja toisellapuolen on uus kodinhoitohuone

ja sitten pakkelointi ja maalaus.

Yhdeltä purkutyömaalta sain näitä reikäseiniä ja koukkuja. Nämähän on parhaita työkalujen ripustukseen. Peltisiä tasoja ja koreja sain kanssa joista tein työpöydän ja säilytyskorit.

Loput reikäseinät ja tasot annoin eteenpäin. Niitä tuli kyllä haalittua aika palio liikaaki 😂

Nuita ripustin koukkuja leikkailin eri mittasiksi, eri tarkoituksiin. Repäsin käteniki auki ku jäi pikkusen teräväksi koukun päät 😕
Nytku on nuita videoita kuvaillu nii kyllä huomannu ettei yhtään projektia oo menny ilman jonkinlaista haaveria 😅

Sitten työkalut ja tavarat seinille ja koreihin. Valmista tuli.

TYÖNURKKAUS

Nyt oli nurkkaus. Mullahan on nyt nuita projekteja taas kertyny ja autotallissa tarvii tilaa, nii työpisteellä on nyt 3 mopoa, pyöriä ym... eli ei mahu tekemään mittään 😂

Autotalli ois vielä remontin kaipuussa, mutta sinne tulleeki sitte vähän isompi työhuone jonka saa muutettua autotalliksi vipua vääntämällä... ehkä 😉
Saa nyt nähä millon on aikaa ja rahaa 😕

Olimpa unohtaa. Viime viikolla ei tullukkaa blogi kirjotusta ku oli vähän remonttia taas tehtävänä. Tein sitten viikonloppuna vlogin. Siinä näkyy pari tulevaa projektia ja vähän erilainen pääsiäis asu 😆

WAREHOUSE / WORKSTATION RENOVATION 2018

WORKSTATION OVER THE YEARS

I thought i write about this warehouse renovation now.
I´ve always wanted a small corner where i can make some smaller stuff, like electric works and finally last year i got it when we renovated the laundryroom to another plce.

These old rooms wasnt very good. There was room for one bike and lawnmover and still it was hard to get to carage.

WAREHOUSE

CORNER

I think in this corner use to be waterpoint but previous owner had moved it.
These "rooms" were really tiny and the plumming took much of the space.

WATERPIPES

These old heatcontrols wasnt working and i had to rotate some heat on whit pliers, when the clock hit 11pm... We tryed to save some money because the heating is cheaper at night. Turned the heating on at night and closed at morning 😄 There was days that i didnt remember to do that and the heating costs was about 350€ at winter 😱... I was pissed.

There also was wood and oil heating, but we dont own any land and wood is pretty expensive and hard to storage when u dont have space for it.
I didnt even consider using oil heating because the burner acted up.

The oilburner was original from -72, and didnt work propelly. It was leaking and it had last expection from -90s 😔

OLD OILBURNER

Then at year 2011 we chanced to district heating and got to demolition all the unnessesary stuff away.
I sold the old oils from the container to some dude. There was about 350l still left. I cant remember how cheap i sold them but that guy didnt like when i put the hose to bottom and sucked out all the dirt too 😂... but it was so cheap that i didnt mind anyway
That container can be left to ground if you have written note from someone that i 😄 .... We waited a bit before filling it, but luckily we have thik cocnrete slaps over it so it cant pop up by its own.
We dig it up when we make the yard renovation and chance the concrete to asfalt.

OLD WATERHEATER

WATER HEATER REMOVED (SENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM INSTALLED)

That waterheater system cost our workers many hours. They needed to cut it in pieces because it was so big that it couldnt fit through doors... I think this house is build around it 😉

OILBURNER REMOVED

NEW HEATING SYSTEM INSTALLED

So we putted the washingmachine to burners place (It was much work to get the smell off because the old burner had smoked there years)
The firedoor was too pretty tricky because i had to grind it alot to get it desent looking when the door part left to recycle.

LAUNDRYROOM

Then i used concrete to fill the floor wheres the waterheater used to be. Then i made a wall to cover the new heater and we putted the plastic rug to floor whit my little brother.

WAREHOUSE DONE

Now we didnt have any horrible looking pipes at walls and room was longer... But still i didnt get my own workplace, because we had to use this space for laundry to dry 😄

Well, i made small workbenc at the other side of the wall (Carage side) 😂

SMALL WORKSHOP

It was pretty tight but has served for years 😄

We had at this time heatingpipe renovation and i drawed a new wall place for them, where the new wall was conna be when we start another renovation.
The new pipes just hanget there for while, but now we had to make the renovation 😂

HEATINGPIPES

Last year when we made the new laundryroom, i finally got the warehouse to myself.
So i needed to remove the rest of the firedoor (Its tightly installed with the iron beams)

Needed a wall to warehouse side, so i made it

Wool padding ofcourse. Dorr is so close that it sucks the heat out otherwise

And then filled it, sanded and painted.

One demolition site had these hole sheats and hooks. These are one of the best storage devises that tools can have 😉. Sheet matallic counters and some bascets, whits i made countertops and some keeping baskets.

Rest of the hole sheets i gave forevard. I took way too much of them  😂

Those hooks i cutted to different sizes for different purposes. I cutted my hand open whenone of them scrached me... i should off smoothen the edges  😕

Now i see when i have recorded these videos that i have at least one accident per project 😅

Then i just added the tools and stuff to waals and it was done

WORKSTATION

Now i had corner... Exept i have many projects there because i needed room to carage, so i dant do anything there  😂

I still need to make renovation to my carage, but i make it so theres tables and stuff. I thouht i figure somesort of tables and worktops that comes out when u turn the lever, and can hide then so car will fit... mayby 😉

Will see when i have the time and money for that 😕

Almoust forgot. Last week i didnt write a blog because had a renovation going. I made a vlog, there u can see few upcoming projects and difrent sort of easter costume  😆
