Meillähän oli nyt tämä toinen pieni wc joka haluttiin muokata uusiksi, ja samallahan siinä yhdisty tuo "minun" pieni työkalu varasto ja vanha kodinhoitohuone (joka on ollut pieni keittiö jossain vaiheessa)
Se tuo vaimo piirtelikin uudet kuvat tulevasta tilasta.
Tässä vanha wc (johon sai mennä peruuttamalla)
Varastokoppi (mikä oli minun työkaluja täynnä )
Ja kodinhoitohuone.
Ja tässä taas piirustus minkä se piirteli
Sanoin vaimolle että kai nämä on suuntaa antavia piirroksia😆 ei kuulemma ollut, kun sellainen ku se tulee olemaan 😜
Kyllähän se taas näytti että aika paljon työtä tiedossa 😁
Yks viikonloppu sitten ilmotin että nyt voi aloittaa remontin, kun olin palannut töihinkin tenniskyynärpää sairaslomalta... Eihän tuo aivan heti parane ja on kipeä kun pääsee pahaksi 😩
Mutta, remontti alkoi taas hyvillä mielin...
Hyvin se alkoi laattojen, pytyn, seinien purku hommilla... Kyllä näitä vanhoja seiniä on vmäinen purkaa kun kaikki on kasattu ennenkuin katot oli tehty... Kattokin meni uusiksi.
En nyt tylsistytä teitä paljo enempää näillä purku kuvilla, mutta hommaa riitti ja PALJON.
(Huom, putkihässäkkä minkä entinen asukas oli pikku pienissään väännellyt 😂)
Tässähän se ensimmäinen vkloppu menikin hajoittaessa paikkoja.
Olihan tuossa työviikolla aina parituntia aikaa illalla jatkaa hommia... Aina sitä jotain pientä saa aikaiseksi 😉 vaikka hidasta onkin.

Tässä samalla katsokaa mietittiin nuita tulevia putkia tuonne pesuhuoneeseen... koska sekin muuttu melkolailla ja putkia jouduttiin tekemään väliaikaisesti varaajalle, mutta eri postauksessa lisää
Kaikki sähkökin meni uusiksi koska näitäkin oli "ryöstetty mistä sattuu... Tietokone lähti päälle eri huoneessa kun sytytti valot entiseen kodinhoitohuoneeseen 🙄, mutta samallahan ne tuli uusittua
Yritin ensin piikata lattiaa tuolla pikku pirralla, mutta eihän siitä tullut mitään 😓 onneksi tutulla on isompi piikkaus vehje millä ei paljon tarvi painella kun lattiat lähti... Eihän siinä ole kun se 5sentin päälly kerros betonia
Ensin kumminkin leikkasin betoniin uusien putkien reitit rälläkällä jossa timanttilaikka... Melko pölystä hommaa vaikka imurikin oli päällä 😩
Koska laitoin tänne huoneeseen kaivon, niin sinnehän piti siten tehdä myös vesieristys. Vesieristyskseenhän tarvii sitten sertifikaatin, eli ei itse saa tehdä...
Kaivo ja putket uusiin paikkoihin ja valu lattiaan... Tuolla lattiassa olikin vanhat rauta tartunnat, eli niitä ei kannata poistaa, vaan vääntelee ne takaisin kun valaa uutta betonia.

Mullahan tässä kävi parikin neuvojaa paikan päällä ja kyllähän sitä vinkkejä arvostaa, mutta kun itse tekee niin virheitäkin voi sattua 😅
Mullahan oli väärä koroke rengas kaivossa, ja sitten pesukone poistoputki oli liian kaukana seinästä... Eli piikkasin taas auki ja laitoin ne kuntoon ennenkuin aloin tasoittamaan lattiaa.

Siinä täytebetonin kuivumista odotellessa, tein nuita pieniä hommia pois alta. runko tolppia (nämä kannattaa kiinnittää sitten kunnolla betoniin) Jakotukki, höyrysulku, katon koolausta, seiniä ym
... Tämähän levisi myös toiseen eteiseen ja takkahuoneeseen... Mutta siitä myöhemmin
Kaluste seiniä kun levytetään niin pitäisi olla tiedossa mitä sinne tulee ja missä kiinnitys. Itse tein tukipuut seinän sisään ja toinen asia mikä on kans aika tärkeä on pistorasioiden ja kytkimien paikat.

Sitten tämä lattian tasoitus. Nyt sitten pieni varoituksen sana... Jos on yhtään isompi tila jossa käyttää itsetasoittuvaa betonia, kannattaa tehdä suurimäärä valmiiksi ja kaataa kaikki kerralla lattiaan.
Itse tein pussin kerrallaan niin sinnehän jäi selvät urat jotka oli matalammalla (eli hioma hommia) . Ja toinen homma mikä kannattaa tarkistaa on seinien vierustat. Jos siellä on pienikin reikä josta laasti pääsee valumaan pois, se myös sieltä menee... Vaikka kuin laitoin silikonia reunoille niin jossain näkyi aina pikku ura josta laasti valui seinään ja aiheutti epätasaisuuksia 😩
Mutta paikkailin sitten lisä betonilla kuoppakohtia ja hioin korkeammat kohdat pois 😓
Tällainen pitempi remontti rupeaa jo pikkuhiljaa kiristään hermojakin ku väsyneenä koittaa jotain saada valmiiksi ja jos joku asia ei onnistu kerralla vaan sitä pitää hieroa monta päivää... ja varsinki jos toinen yhtään siinä neuvoo ja kertoo miten mikäkin pitää tehdä 😆... Kyllä näissä hommissa pärjää maalaisjärjelläkin! 👍

Seinien tasoitus: saumanauha, tasoitus ja hionta.
Ennen vesieristystä kannattaa ainakin pohjamaalata seinät ettei sitten sotke eristystä myöhemmin (ainakaa kovin paljon 😁)
Meillä nyt tulee eri materiaaleja joka seinälle niin tämäkin oli vähän niin ja näin. Laattaa, maalia ja tapettia
Mutta sitten se vesieristys lattiaan. Meillä nostettiin eristystä täällä 5senttiä seinille, juurikin sen takia koska yhteen tulee maali ja eristyksen päälle on vähän huono maalata, jalkalista peittää sen 5senttiä.
Muistakaa asentaa kynnys (2,5-3senttiä korkea). Vesieristys nostetaan myös sen päälle 👍🏻
Ensin betonille 2x höyrysulku, sitten vesieristeellä nurkat nauhalla ja vähintään 5 cm limitys muihin nauhoihin. kaivon reikä 2x kaivolaippa limittäin (reikä keskelle että pääsee kuivumaan) lopuksi paksu kerros vesieristettä lattiaan 2x (muistakaa että tässä tarvii olla sertifikaatti että saa tehdä)
Sitten kun vesieristys oli kuivunut, Kaivoon leikataan sopiva reikä eristeeseen ja painetaan kiristysrenkaalla vesieristys sisään. Tämä oli kyllä tiukka, mutta sain repimättä sen sisään.... siis tämän renkaan 😆...
Sitten oli laatoituksen vuoro. Aloitettiin lattiasta... Koska minä tarvin paripäivää "luppoaikaa" 😆... Mutta olihan sitä sitten muuta hommaa niillekin päiville 🙄 (takkahuonetta ym)
Laasti, laatta ja saumaus.
Yritin kyllä laskeskella kaivon paikkaa että laatta jako passaisi, mutta eihän siitä saa mitenkään isolla laatalla, joka on limittäin, niin hyvän näköistä... Ja tämäkin laatoitus muuttu vielä laskelmien jälkeen 😆, mutta hyvä siitä tuli
Sitten tuo seinän nurkka laatoitus... Voin kertoa että kannattaa nuo seinän suoruudetkin tarkistaa. Itellä heitti sen 5 milliä, mutta sai kumminkin saumalaastilla pelattua sen verran ettei erota silmällä 😉 (ainakaa huononäkönen 😆)
Aivan ei lattia laatta riittänyt jakotukkiin, mutta seinälaattaa oli tarpeeksi, eli sillä sitten mentiin
Tähän piti tehdä tällainen luukku että pääsee mittarin, tarkistamaan kerran vuodessa, melko hankala homma ja näin kun jälkeenpäin ajattelee niin olisi voinut tehdä seinän hieman erilainen ja laittaa normaalit kaapin oven saranat, mutta toimii näinkin senverran mitä tarvii 😁
Tämän tukin pääty ja kansiossa peitettiin laminaatilla jota tuli myös tasoon.
Tämähän näytti ihan hyvältä, eikä tarvinnut ruveta pelleilemään minkään kulmalistojen kanssa 👍🏻
Nyt kun laatoitukset oli tehty niin alettiin maalaamaan ja tapetoimaan toiset seinät.
2 seinää valkoisella maalilla ja yksi Seinä tapetoitiin vinyyli tapetilla.
Nythän voitiin sitten raahata kalusteet sisään ja laitella paikoilleen.
Peräseinälle kaapit ja taso jonka alle tuli Pesukone ja liitin tason päälle.
Sitten tänne jakotukin viereen pönttö, uudelle paikalle. Onneksi lattia oli tästä kohtaa suora, eikä pönttöä tarvinnut ruveta sen kummemmin asettelemaan oikeaan korkoon/vaateriin. Pönttö liimalla kiinni ja silikoni ympärille.
Sitten tämä allas kaluste Seinä. Pari pitkää kaappia. Tässä otettiin jopa huomioon hammasharjan korkeus, se juuri mahtuu tuosta kaapin oven alta 😆
Allaskaappi ja pitkä, kapea allas ja sen päälle valopeili töpselillä... Oli melko hankala asentaa. Tämäkin otettiin huomioon kun vedettiin sähköjohtoja seinän sisässä 😉 (peilissä kytkentä rasia, keskellä)
Ostettiin myös käytettynä tällainen laatikkoon menevä silityslauta... Mitä nyt ei paljon tuu käytettyä, mutta onpahan 😆
Sitten vielä listat, silikonit altaalle ja tasoille, ym pientä räpeltämistä.
Nyt se oli valmis ❤️
Voispa remontin aloittaa aina viimeistelystä niin olisi vielä tarmoa ja virtaa tehdä kunnolla 😆

Ajattelin että nyt voi pitää remontti taukoa, mutta kun meillä oli tulossa tuo pesuhuone remontti ja laatoittaja kanssa puhuttiin, niin sillähän oli aikaa vain parin viikon päästä 🙄 eli ehdin sellaisen viikon levätä ja sitten taas alettiin purkamaan pesuhuonetta, mutta siitä seuraavassa remontti postauksessa 😁

Again some writing about bigger renovation
Now we did this other small Bathroom. We did Connect my small toolroom, toilet and laundryroom to one space.
My wife did the design for the future laundryroom. But Heres the before pictures first.

Because i did well for this room, i also had to make Waterproofing for the floor.
so, same thing again. Primer and concrete.
While waiting concrete to dry, i did some Smaller Jobs. Support walls, Manifold for main pipeline, ceiling steam block,leveling, Walls et cetera
... This renovation did spread to second entrance and fireplace room, but those comes later
When you do Walls for furniture, you need to know where to do the attachment supports, wiring, plugs et cetera
So, made those ready too before putting the walls up
Then this floor leveling. Now i need to warn you. If you have any bigger space and you use selfleveling concrete, make enough of it and pour All at the same time and you need to make sure that theres no holes any where.
Well, anyway. Before the Waterproofing you should at least paint the Walls with primer
So you wont mess the tiles so much
We did have different materials for these Walls, so this was more difficult
But then the Waterproofing. We raised it to walls about 5 centimetre just because the paint, cant paint over the proofing and the 5 centimetre will be covered with skirts
Remember to install the Door step (2,5-3 centimetre high). Waterproofing also on top of that 👍🏻
First you need to block steam with primer 2x. Then the corners, doorstep and well (hole to middle) with with waterproofing tape (need to put the tape ovet the others minimum of 5centimetres) Then just waterproof the rest with 2 layers of thick proofing. (this job needs education before you can do this in Finland)
When the 2nd coat of Waterproofing was dry it was time for tilin for the floor... Bacause i needed some time to relax 😆... But, there still was some Smaller Jobs to do for those days 🙄
Mortar, tiles and caulking
I tryed to calculate the well spot, but the tiling was overlapped, but it came out good at the end
Then the tilin of this corner Wall... I can tell you that you really should check the levels for them. My Walls was crooked about 5mm, but cladly i got the tiles looking good with the caulking. Cant See the difference (specially when you have bad eyes 🤣)
My floor tiles wasnt enough for the manifold Wall, but the Wall tiles was enough for it
I had to make Door for this manifold Wall, so i could check the water meter when needed.
Now we could get the furniture in and put them In place.
I wish renovation could be started with the finishing touches, so i would still have energy to do it right 😆
Thought i could have some free time from renovation after this, but i talked to our tiler and he was free only for week, three weeks from this... So i could relax a week and then i had to, start demolition of the bathroom/sauna 🙄

One weekend i told my wife that i could start the renovation. I had been Sick from work becaus i had tennis elbow... It wont get better if you do stuff with it 😩
But the reno started with bright mind...
Started good with the demolition of the capinet, toilet and Walls... These original stuff is hard to get Off because they were made to hold in place and last Long time... Had to chance the ceiling too
My first weekend was short, but i got some demolition done
I had few hours every day after work to do some stuff, and got some done, but its slow
This pipe work from precious owner was horrible. So, i called a blumber and had to do All pipework again. Had to use blumper few times to get these right. (pictures before and after)
We did plan the pipes for the next renovation for the bathroom at the same time
All the Electric work neede to be done also. These wires was mess. When i turned on the lights from old laundryroom, my computer started 🙄
I tryed to get the floor cement Off with my small drill, but that didnt work 😓

Cladly my friend has bigger drill, whitch doesnt need much force when used.
First i did Cut the New pipeline to cement with Diamond disk.
This is very dusty job, even with vacuum 😩
Because i did well for this room, i also had to make Waterproofing for the floor.
This job needs waterproofing permits, so it cant be done yourself (without education)
Well and pipes to New places and then the New concrete to top. There was some iron holders at the floor, so you should not remove those, just bend them back and then fill with concrete.

I had Wrong ring for the well and the pipe for washer was too far from, wall... So those needed to renew.

I poured the concrete one bag at the time, so i needed to sand the floor at the end.
These sort Of longer renovations start to gring some nerves. Specially when something doesnt work the first time, and you have to do it for many days. When you try to get something done after work and someone starts to give you advise how to make things 😆 (even when they dont have a clue how much work it involve) ...

You can figure these things with common sense 👍

At this time i knowtised that the doorway was way too tight. so, now we get to do the renovation like my wife always succested, with chainsaw

We covered the up and front with laminate. Same color that was at the countertop.
This looked good and i didnt have to use any corner skirts 👍🏻
Now that the tilin was done, we started to put the Wall paper and paint for walls.
We covered the up and front with laminate. Same color that was at the countertop.
This looked good and i didnt have to use any corner skirts 👍🏻
Now that the tilin was done, we started to put the Wall paper and paint for walls.
2 Walls with White paint and 1 with vinyl wallpaper
Now we could get the furniture in and put them In place.
Back Wall had the bigger capinet and countertop. Under the top came the washingmachine and on top was the valve for water.
Then the toilet. Floor was leveled so only had to clue it in place and seal with silicone.
Then this vanity Wall. Few capinet and sink. We did take consider the toothbrush high, so it could fit under the capinet Door 😆
Light mirror. This wiring was planned too but it was pain in the ass to install. The Connect or box is in the middle, so its hard to put in place.

I wish renovation could be started with the finishing touches, so i would still have energy to do it right 😆
Oh, heres the ironin board system that is in the drawer. Not much use for it, but its there
Thought i could have some free time from renovation after this, but i talked to our tiler and he was free only for week, three weeks from this... So i could relax a week and then i had to, start demolition of the bathroom/sauna 🙄
But i write about that in next renovation post 😁
