(MOPED PROJECT (Part 2, ENGLISH VERSION BELOW)

Kiinan scootteri Kingroad Windbell 4t 50cc
Jatketaampa tästä scootteri projektista.
Eli tarkotushan oli päästä mahollisimman halvalla korjaus kuluissa, ku eihä tuosta ennää palio saa jos myy, nii ei kannata palio laittaakaa rahhaa tämmösiin.

Tässä kirjotuksessa käyään läpi Startti, tiivisteet, venttiilien säätö ja pikkuvikojen korjausta.

Startiha pittää eka testata että se ylleensäkki pyörii. 12v akulla, musta runkoon ja plussa liittimeen. Jos se pyörii nii sitte katella konekopassa olevat osat.
Tässä kaikki oli kunnossa mutta pieni välys kulunu kopan puolelle.
Kuten videossa näkkyy nii o aika vaikia kuvata ja koittaa laittaa johtoja kii starttii joka pyörähtää ku saa virtaa 😆

Käynnistin polin ei toiminu ku sieltä oli katkennu jousen pidike, mutta sen sai väänneltyä eri paikkaan (Vit%¤& monesti ja kauhialla raivolla 😆), mutta ku polkasin nii se ponkas pois paikaltaan.
Syy: kopan akseli liian väljä. Korjaus: Prikka oikean kokoseksi ja lukite prikalla kiinni koppaan.

KÄYNNISTYSPOLKIMEN VÄLJYYS (KORJAUS)

Sittenhän sen sai käyntii mutta jossai oli vika.
Ensimmäisenä huomasin että tuo automaatti ryyppy oli löysällä ja sitä ku väänsi nii sammu. (Kuulin että tämä o joku semmonen ku automaatti ryyppy, ei oo tullu aiemmi vastaan)
Uuet tiivisterenkaat ja paikollee...

AUTOMAATTI RYYPPY

Sittehä se sammu ku väänsi kaasua... Vi¤#"%¤# että meinas kiehahtaa.
Vaihtelin sitte kaikki tiivisteet mitä löyty tuosta kaasarista (perustiivisteen leikkasin tuommosesta arkki kansipahvista) ja tiivistin ilmanputsarin raot silikoonilla ettei ois vuotoja...

Sitte oli seuraavana venttiilien säätö
Eka kertaa tämmöstäki tein, mutta kyllä sen heti hoksas miten se tapahtuu.
En ite katellu rakotulkilla mittää välystä vaa koitin semmosen pikku välyksen ja pultit kii...
Sole kuulemma nii justii 😄.

VENTTIILIEN SÄÄTÖ

Sittehä se oli kasaus eessä, mutta ei ennenku katteet oli korjattu.
Kaikki tämmönen pikkuvika haittaa ja niitä o iha hyvä korjailla jos mopo o palasina.
Katteista puuttu palasia ja ne oli monin paikoin rikki (ainaki kiinnityskohdat)
Huomasin tuossa että parista paikasta oli just nuo ruuvipaikat resuna ja katteet laitettu teipillä kii, niinku normaalistikki tuolla mökillä (siellä mitää tuommosia korjailla😄)
Tuommone proppuha o aiva loistava juttu tuommoseen paikkaan, siihe voi hyvinki ruuvata ruuvin... Niinku o tarkotettukki 😉

Ku mopoa käytin käynnissä nii mulla oli akun kautta tuo laturi kii kokoajan. Nii sittehä se piti akkuki tarkistaa kunnolla...
Eihä siellä ensinnäkkää ollu nesteitä.
Akkunesteet sisään ja laturiin... Ei ottanu virtaa. Eli uutta akkua kehiin.
Oliha se kyllä päältäpäinki nii huonossa kunnossa ja pultit piti ottaa repimällä irti (ja dremelillä lopuks) 😄

AKKUJEN TESTAUS

Sitten ku kasasin rupesin kattelee laakerit eturenkaasta nii huomasin että noppeusvaijeri oli poikki...
No enhä mää lähe mittää ostaa jos ei aivan pakko oo 😉
Löysin jonku scootterin vaijerin ja kiekon. Piti vaa leikata kiekosta stefa pois että mahtu tuoho tilalle (taas säästin monta eurua)

NOPEUS VAIJERIN PATENTOINTI

No nyt oltii sitte tässä vaiheessa.
Mullaha on vielä tuo takavalon teko, vinyylit, maalaus ja kokoaminen... Mutta ne jää kyllä jo viimeseen osioon.
Tässä taas pikku kirjotus. Katellaan viimesessä mitä muuta löytyy.

MOPED PROJECT. Part 2
ENGLISH VERSION

China scooter Kingroad Windbell 4t 50cc
Scooter project continues.
So my goal is to fix this as low budjet as plausible. These are so cheap scooters that u should not use lot of money to repair, if u gonna sell it.

This writing i tell u about Starter, gaskets, Valve adjustment and some small fixes.

U need to check the start that it works whit 12 volt battery. Ground to frame and positive to connector. If it works, then u check the motor cover end if theres something broke.
I had everything in place, but had some wear at motorcover end.
Like shown in video its pretty hard to film and put power to starter when it rotates 😆

Kickstart didnt work cause there was the spring attachment broken, but it can place in other spot (it might be a bit harder to get there)
Then when i kickstarted it, the spring jumped of...
Cause: Too much wear at motorcover.
Fix: Modify some washer to right size and lock it in place whit lock washer.

WEAR AT KICKSTRART (FIX)

Then i got it to run at last... but there was a proplem.
First i saw that the automatic choke was loose and when i turned it, it choked.
Fix: New o-ring/seal and back to place.

AUTOMATIC CHOKE

Then the new proplem accured. When i turned the throttle it died... Fu#¤"# i almoust boiled...
I chanced all the gaskets that i found in the carburator (i made the basic gasket out of  gasketcardboard) and i fixed the leaks in the intake whit silicone...

CARBURATOR GASKETS

Then there was valve adjustment. First time that i did this, but u see what to do when u open the cover.
I didnt use any tools to measure the cap, i just left small crack and tighten the bolts back...
Thats not so accurate  😄.

VALVE ADJUSTMENT

Then there was the assembly, but first the scooter covers needed some maintenance.
I just can stand the broken mountings and cracked covers. When your moped is in peaces u should do that. I doesnt take that much time.
Like i wrote, the covers was mess and needed many new screw places.
I noticed many cracks and places that needed more plastic and few places had lost their mounts. It was fixed whit tape, like u do when its capin moped (There it doesnt matter no more 😄)
This sort of plug is the best for these repairs, it takes screw like no other... mayby because its ment to do that 😉

FIX COVERS .Mount pieces. Plug for new mounts.

When i started the moped and run it awhile i noticed that i´ve used charger for voltage (through battery)
Then i had to check the battery...
There was no fluid and the mounts was so rusted that i had to use dremel to get the other wire out ( Other popped when i pulled enough)
I added fluid, but still it didnt take any voltage in. So had to change battery.

That "new" battery is from the earlyer Derbi project...

During the assembly stage i started lookin front berings and noticed that the speedwire was cut...
Well, i dont buy anything for this if i dont have to  😉
I found some old scooter speedcable and the bearingstuff 😉. Had to cut the seal for it to fit the tire (and again i saved many euros)

SPEEDCABLE PATENT

Well, now we are at this stage.
I have to still make the tail light, wrap some vinyl and pain over it and then the final assembly (if everything goes like in the movies😉)
I save those for last part.
