No nyt pääsin tekemään tällaisen pöytälampun johon tulee kamera, mallinuken käsi ja ledvalo.

Tällaista olen aina halunnut koittaa tehdä ja nyt sain syyn koska tutulla joka on blokkaaja, oli synttärit ja tämähän sopii aiheeseen paremmin kun hyvin.

Kirpputorilta löysin tuon käden, kameran ja valon... Ensin ostin toisenlaisen valon, mutta se oli liian suuri kameran sisään.

Mallinuken käsi

Normaali valaisin, LED lampulla

Näin aiemmin tuollaisen Led valon, jonka pohja oli tarpeeksi pieni tällaiseen kameraan. Löysinkin sellaisen sitten toiselta kirppikseltä.

Katselin myös netistä toisenlaisia kameroita, mutta tämä oli jo niin halpa ettei voinut olla ostamatta 😁 (2e)

AGFA retro kamera

Syyslomalaiset tuli sitten keskiviikkona jo kyläilemään ja en ollut edes aloittanut lampun tekoa. Melko pitkiä päiviä töissä ja sitten vielä autoon talvirenkaat ja öljynvaihdot... En ehtinyt paljon lamppua tekemään.

Tuossa viikonloppuna sitten oli vähän aikaakin tehdä lamppua... Piti vaan viedä risuja kaatopaikalle ja vaihtaa mopoon renkaat ja pakoputki 😆

Mutta itse asiaan.

Ensimmäiseksihän se piti purkaa tuo lamppu että näki mahtuuko valo kameran sisään.
Aika riskillä vetäsin rälläkällä kuret auki että sai johdot irti.

Nyt oli lamppu valmis ja sitten alko kameran tyhjennys.

Ihmeen kestäväksi tehty vaikka olikin miltein muovia. Tämä nyt otti aika kauan aikaa ennenkuin sain tarpeeksi sisuksia pois jotta lamppu mahtu sisään.

Purkiin myös tuo aiemman lampun, mutta sehän ei passannut millään koska lampun kanta oli liian suuri, Eli se nyt jäi odottamaan jotain muuta projektia

Tämä mallinuken käsihän piti muuttaa että kamera mahtui sormien väliin ja sai tehtyä vaikutelman että käsi pitää kameraa.

Sormet poikki ja sitten liimailemaan.

Pikkusen lämmitin tuota muovia sytkärillä ja sitten kuumaliimalla kiinni
Ihmeen hyvin pysy kuumaliimallakin kun sai vaan pidettyä sormet paikallaan.

Peukalo olikin sitten vähän vaikeampi tapaus. Reikään liimasin prikan josta ajattelin syöttää lampunjohdit käden läpi.

Katkasin myös käden pituutta ettei tule lian korkeaksi. Liitoskohtaan porasin reiät, josta johdot kans läpi.

Käden liitoskohdat leikkasin auki ja liimasin kuumaliimalla kiinni... Käytin myös 3d kynää jolla sain muovia tehtyä pinnaksi.
En ollut varma että miten maali pysyy kuumalimassa, joten muovi oli parempi vaihtoehto.

Sitten hioin kaikki muovit tasaisiksi ettei liimakohtia kovin näkyisi.

Tämä hionta oli tosi vaikea saada tasaiseksi. Yritin Mini poralla, monilla eri terillä ja lopuksi vielä käsin hionta.

Sitten tein pohjan tälle kädelle.
Otin ylijääny lankkua josta veistelin kulmikkaan pohjan...  Aika iso tuli, mutta pysyypähän pystyssä.

Tähän ajattelin tehdä puhelin pidikkeen ja pienen telineen esim kynälle.
Jos tämä vaikka tulee yöpöydälle. samalla tein upotuksen kädelle, poran ja taltan avulla.

Sitten porasin johdolle läpireiän.

Uran sain leikkailtua tuolla Mini poralla ja kynätelinehän löytyi kameran sisältä. Filmirulla vastakappale jonka koversin ontoksi.

Sitten vielä rälläkkään hionta terä ja pikku kulmia vielä puuhun

Käsin hionta vielä lopuksi.

Maalasin ensin tuon jalustan valkoisella puunsuoja maalilla ja lopuksi kummatkin osat valkoisella spray maalilla. Parikertaa piti pohjaosa hion että sai edes siedettävän tasaisen maalin.

Tuossa muovissa ei paljo näy pienet virheet, mutta sitten kun sen maalasi niin nehän tuli esille.
Parikin kertaa sen hioin ja maalasin, mutta silti näkyi pieniä virheitä.

Sitten valaisin kasaan.
Tuossa lauantai iltana sitten laitoin lampun kasaan. Johdot, kamera ja käsi kiinni jalustaan

Kameraan lamppu kiinni. Laitoin myös pienen tiiviste renkaan linssin sisään ettei sinne jäänyt rakoa. Ja pienet kameran säätöosat myös... pikku yksityiskohtia

Johdot vedin käden ja jalustan läpi kuparilangan avulla.

Kuumaliimalla liimasin käden ja filmikotelon kiinni jalustaan kameran kiinni käteen... toivottavasti se pysyy

ja vielä lopullinen lakkaus yöllä... Sai kuivua aamuun mennessä 🤔

Pieniä kiinnityskohtien rosoja vielä näkyi, mutta ei haittaa käyttöä ☺️

Kamera valo on suunnattu suurinpiirtein sillain että kun yöpöydälle laittaa niin valo osoittaa kirjaa (jos sellaista lukee) ja kännykkä telinehän on kätevä tässäkin tilanteessa.

Tiukoille meni mutta valmista tuli (hätäsesti kirjoitin tekijän nimen pohjaan ja lisäsin huopalaput ettei naarmuta pintoja)

Now i got to make this sort of table light that has model hand, camera and led light.

This sort of light i have always liked to do and now i got good reason. Friend that writes a blog had birthday, so i wanted to make this as a gift for her. This light fits the subject perfecly.

At fleemarket i found a camera, hand and light. First light was too big, but found another one.suuri kameran sisään.

I saw earlyer this led light that was small enough to fit tin the camera, and found one at the second fleemarket.

I also looked some cameras online, but this was so cheap that i had to buy it 😁 (2e)

AGFA retro camera

Vacationers came visit us at wendnesday and i havent even started to make the lamp. Had long days at work and had to chance tires and oils to our cars... didnt have time for the lamp.

Then the weekend came and i started the camera making... Just had to take some leafs to dumb and chance tires and exhaust to my sons moped 😆

But, now the camera making.

First i had to break up the lamp so i would see if the light was right size. I took a risk and used anglegrinder to open the cover from the lamp.

Now i had the light, so i needed to get the camera inside empty.

This was hard to get empty, even that it was almoust plastic. This took a long time before i got the lamp in there.

I also opened the earlyer lamp, but it was way too big... it will wait for some other project.

Needed to chance the hands finger position, so it would apear that the hand is holding the camera.

I cutted the fingers and then clued them back on.

I heated the plastic with lighter and added some hot glue. It holded amazingly well, just had to keep the fingers in position.

This thump was a bit harder. I glued a washer to the hand so i could get the wire inside the hand.

I also cutted the height of the hand, so it wouldnt be so high. Also drilled holes to the joint pieces so the wire would go through.

The hands joint i cutted open and glued them stationary with hot glue. Also used some 3d pen to get some plastic to the top... Wasnt sure how the paint would stick to the glue.

Then i sanded all the glued places so the joints woudnt show.

These glued pieces was very hard to get smooth. I tryed with tremel and many different sanding heads and finished with hand sanding.

Then i made bottom piece for the hand.
I had some wood that i made a angled piece... this came out pretty big, but it will hold it upright.

I thought i will make a phone holder and some pen holder for the base.
If this will come to night stand, its good to have phone holder. I also made a dent for the hand, so i could get it attached to the base.

Then i drilled a hole for the cord.

I cutted the phone groove with the minidrill and found a pen holder inside the camera (filmroll)

Then i used anglegrinder to make some more shapes.

and sanded the final with handes.

First i painted the base with wood cover paint (white) and then i spray painted them both to match the color. Had to sand these couble off times to get even paint.

That plastic didnt show any flaws, but when i added paint, they did pop up.
(didnt have time for those)

Then i satrted to assembly the light.
Saturday evening i started to put the pieces together. wires, camera and hand attachment to the base.

Attached the led light to the camera. I also added small rubber ring to the object so it would look better. Added also those small pices so the details would show.

I pulled the wires with copper wire, so they would come throug

Used hot glue to attach the camera to the hand, filmroll to the base and hand to the base... hopefully it will hold.

and final varnish at night so it would be ready at the morning, when the quests leave 🤔

Some small dents here and there, but they dont affect the use☺️

I adjusted the camera light so that it would show at your book when reading at the bed. Nad the phone holder does its job when using it like this.

This was close not to finish in time, but made it finally. (i added makers mark to bottom and attached some felt to the bottom so it wont scratch any surfaces)
