Ajattelin tähän postaukseen tehdä pienen yhteenvedon näistä tehdyistä remonteista.
Talohan oli myynnissä pari viikkoa ja saatiin tarjouskin.
Vastatarjouksen kautta päästiin sitten yhteisymmärrykseen ja sovittiin kaupat.

Välittäjä meinasi että nopeimmat ja kalleimmat kaupat tässä osassa suomea.
Omasta mielestä hinta meni melko alhaiseksi kun ottaa huomioon remonttien suuruuden ym... mutta sellaista tämä talokauppa on

Milteimpä kaikki remontit mitä tarvii on tullut tehtyä tähän taloon. Kaikkihan ei ole tarpeellisia, mutta kodistahan pitää tehdä toimiva ja oman näköinen 😉

Aloitetaan vaikka tuosta saunasta.... En nyt kovin pitkiä litanioita ja kuvia laita, mutta ennen ja jälkeen ainakin.

Eli tällainen oli meidän alkuperäinen sauna

Tällainen aika perus sauna joka oli muutettu sähkökiukaalle.

Tehtiin lattia remontti ensimmäiseksi. Ensin piikattiin kaikki vanhat laatat pois.

Ja vesieristyksen kanssa uudet laatat paikoilleen

Tässä samalla värjättiin paneliosat ja maalattiin saunan tausta seinä harmaaksi.

vaihdettiin myös ovi koska sen sain entiseltä työ kaverilta (Imatralla) ilmaiseksi

Tällaisena se menikin monta vuotta...
Viimeisimmässä remontissa sitten sain tehtyä sellaisen kun olen aina halunnut.
En tiedä näinkö unta, mutta sain idean laittaa saunaan tällaisen puun, ja se olikin autotallissa n.3vuotta ennenkuin pääsin sitä asentamaan.

Tämä puu juttu on kyllä ainut laatuinen, ei monesta paikkaa löydy.... Levillä taitaa olla saman tapainen, mutta siinäpä ne olikin 😆

Tottakai sinne piti asentaa kaiuttimetkin että musiikkia voi kuunnella 😄, mutta eteen päin...
Eli pesuhuone tehtiin siinä samalla. Tällainen, se oli kun muutettiin.

Tässäkin kuvassa sitä oli jo yritetty piristää dc-fixillä.
Pesukone piti siirtää ja tilalle asennettiin wc pönttö.
Lattiat ja seinätkin sai uudet vesieristeet ja laatat sekä katto uuden värin

Ja remonttejen jälkeen siitä tuli tällainen. Nyt värit oli yhtenäiset.

Pesukonehan tarvi uuden, paikan ja siirrettiin se kaukolämpöremontin yhteydessä vanhaan kattilahuoneeseen (Varaston puolelle).

Tämäkin oli yhdenlainen remontti

Eli kattila sai lähteä ja huoneeseen tehtiin uudet lattiat ja seinät

Tämä saikin olla kans parivuotta tällainen...
Takkahuonekkin on saanut oman osansa.
Tällainen värejen loisto se oli kun muutettiin

Ja pienellä pintaremontilla aluksi piristettiin.

Tämän jälkeen vaihdettiin myös lattia laatat ja maalattiin loputkin seinät ja katto

Nämä oli tällaiset jonkun aikaa ennenkuin vaimo keksi että pitää saaha kunnollinen kodinhoitohuone😉 Piti, purkaa seinää (ei kantava) ja tehdä uusi jakamaan varasto erilleen.

Varastohan piti tehdä siinä samalla.
Tällainen se oli ennen remontteja.

Ensimmäisen pesukoneen siirron ja kaukolämmön yhteydessä siitä tuli tällainen

Ja kodinhoitohuone remontin jälkeen se näytti lopulta tältä
Nyt se oli oma pikku työnurkka 😉

Autotallille nyt ei paljoa ole tehty, mutta kyllä siellä on voinut työskennellä vuosia.

Sellaisia remontteja tuohon erilliseen rakennukseen jota ei lasketa asuin pinta-alaksi.

Nythän me ollaan paikkailtu tavaroita valmiiksi. Pakkeloin ja maalasin jopa kaikki kolot seinistä mitä hyllyt ym niihin jätti.

Nyt ois varasto ja autotalli pakattu. Sisällään on vielä hommaa, mutta onhan tässä 2 viikkoa aikaa ennenkuin pitää lähtä. Ehtona oli ostajalla että talo on tyhjä 22.12 mennessä, että pääsevät jouluksi kotiin....

Mekin tehtiin tarjous yhdestä pienemmästä talosta ja päästiin yhteisymmärrykseen. Hekin lupasivat että saadaan muuttaa 22 päivä, mutta autotalli jäisi heille käyttöön tammikuun loppuun asti.... Mihin minä nyt Survon nuo kaikki mun arvokkaat projektit 😆 pitää varmaan vuokrata kontti siihen pihalle 😁

Pitää aina muistaa laittaa ehdot talokaupoissa. Esim meillä on oman talon myynti 👍

Siinäpä olikin tuo erillis rakennus. Katesellaan seuraavana vähän tätä kodin puolta... jos nyt ehdin kirjoitella asiasta ennen muuttoa 😉

I thought i write about the renovations that i have made to our non-living space/building.
We but our house for sale and it went pretty fast, in two weeks. Some offers was made and finally got the deal.

Our real estate agent told that these were the fastest and most expensive sell that has been around this area where we are living.
I thought that the price got too low, considering the amount of work and renovation that i have but to this building.... But thats how selling the house works.

Almous every nessesary renovations has been done here... and much that arent so nessesary, but need to make the home look like own 😉

Lets start with the sauna... I wont write too long or but many pictures, but you get the idea.

So this was our original sauna

Ordinary sauna that had chanced for electric stove

First we made floor renovation. Needed to remove all the old tiles and put in the new with water proofing

At the same time we colored the wood and painted the walls to grey

We also chanced the door, because i got it for free from my old work buddy (From Imatra city)

This lasted for years...
Final renovation came and got to do it like i wanted.
I dont know if i was dreaming, but got this idea to put tree in sauna, and it waited 3 years in the carage before i got to do this

This tree is one of a kind, cant find these sort of saunas anywhere... I think Levi (Ski center) has one, but thats it😆

Sauna

Ofcourse i had to install some speakers there too, so i could listen music 😄, but lets move on.

So we made the bathroom at the same time, and this is what it looked like when we moved in.

In this picture we already tryed to spice it up with dc-fix.
Had to move the laundrymachine and install new toilet.
Floors and walls got a new tiles with waterproofing and te ceiling got new color.

And after the renovation it was like this. Colors matched the sauna

Our wachingmachine needed new place so we moved it to old boiler room while we joined district heating system. (This was at warehouse side)

This was one bigger renovations.

So the boiler got to go and we made new walls, floors and ceiling

Our fireplace room got his piece of the renovation.
This how it looked when we moved in... so much different colors

And we just made small facelift to it first

After this we chanced the tiles to floor and painted the rest of the walls and ceiling

It lasted a while before my wife thought that she needs good utility / laundry room😉
Had to demo a wall (not supporting) and make a new one to separate the warehouse

Now there was my own little work space 😉

Havent done much to my carage, but i have done there stuff for years... just some facelifts

That sort of renovation to separate building that is not living space.

Now we have started the packing, and i even filled all the holes from shelfs and painted those marks from this building.

I have almoust packed the warehouse and carage. Theres still lot to do in the house, but we almoust have 2 weeks before the house needs to be empty.
There was term from the byer that the house needs to be empty before 22.12, so they can get home for christmas...

We also made a offer from smaller house and got it. They also promised that we can move in at 22.12 but the carage is theirs till last of janyary...
where do i put all my presious projects and stuff 😆 I think i have to rent some shipping container to the yard 😁

Always remember to put some terms to house bying or selling... we did but that our own house needs to be sold before we buy new one 👍

There was the non living building renovations. I write about this house next time... if i have time before i have to move  😉
