Eli nyt teinkin sitten, vähän toisenlaisen ruusun heti syntymäpäivä ruusun perään.

Isäni nukkui pois 29.2 karkauspäivänä. Hän taisteli syöpää vastaan vuoden verran kunnes elimistö ei enää jaksanut ja kunto romahti viikossa 😔
Hän ehti juuri saada kipupumpun kunnes  oli nukkui pois seuraavana päivänä 😢

Illalla puoli 8 aikaan soi puhelin ja arvasin että nyt lähtö on tullut.... Ei auttanut kun lähteä katsomaan vielä kerran isää joka nukkui nyt ikiunta

Tässä nyt ei ole ehtinyt paljon ajattelemaan kun on hoitanut näitä hautajais asioita, mutta kyyneliltä ei ole voinut välttyä 😭

Isäni oli tällainen käsillä tekijä, kuten minäkin ja uskon sen sieltä olevan lähtösinkin...
Hänellä jäi pari projektia kesken joista paljon puhuttiin ja suunniteltiin... Ajattelin ne tehdä loppuun tässä kunhan ehdin.

Sain tästä aiemmasta ruususta idean tehdä yhden myös isälle.

Mutta tarkoitus on eri. Ajattelin että teen valkoisen ruusun jonka voi upottaa hautakiven viereen ja siihen kaiverran isän nimen, syntymä ja kuolin ajan... Sehän käy myös väliaikaisesta rististä.

Isällä on sukuhauta jossa oli vielä 18 uurnapaikkaa... Aika monta niistäkin on jo täytetty 😔

Kerron lopussa vähän lisää, mutta nyt tähän ruusuun.

Töiden jälkeen jäin taas vääntelemään tätä.

Eli sama taktiikka kuin aiemmassa ruusussa.

Harjateräksestä tehtiin pitkä varsi jonka voisi upottaa maahan.
Se sitten hitsataan pultti päähän ja hiotaan haluamaan muotoon.... Tein varteen myös lattapaikan johon kirjoitin oman nimen.

Olen kuullut että haudoilta varastetaan jopa kynttilät niin teinkin parit merkit ruusuun... Ihan vain varmuuden vuoksi

Seuraavaksi leikattiin pellistä 3 suurta ympyrää joihin porattiin keskelle reikä ja halkaistiin jokaiseen lehtien viillot (pienimpään 4, keskimmäiseen 5 ja suurimpaan 6)

Ruusun lehdet

Leikkasin tälläkertaa tähdenmuotoisen palan pellistä josta väännellään kukan aluslehdet. Leikkasin myös 3 suurempaa lehteä kuin viimeksi... Yhteen ajattelin kirjoittaa nimen ym.

Sitten nämä ruusun lehdet käänneltiin muotoon lämmön ja pihtien avulla

Ja sitten hitsattiin lehdet harjateräs runkoon kiinni.

nyt ei ole kaikista työvaiheista kuvia, koska oli niin kiire, mutta näistä löytyy edellisestä ruusu postauksesta

Tein vielä Mini poralla kaiverruksen lehteen..

Nyt minulla oli kaikki osat valmiina ja oli aika lähteä kotia. Kotona pystyi viimeistelemään.

Tämän unohdin alussa kertoa 🔻
Kuvan mutterin vaihdoin ohuempaa että tänne sisään saisi upotettua hautakynttilän

Vihreää maalia oli vielä jäljellä, mutta valkoista piti hakea kaupasta.

Maalailin nuo ruusun lehdet pihalla valkoiseksi (häivytys) ja rungon ja lehdet vihreiksi (häivytys
Lopuksi lakka pintaan... Mietin että olisinko lisännyt metallinhohto sinistä vielä aivan ruusun lehtien päihin, mutta en tälläkertaa.

Jouduin myös sairaslomalle kipeytyneen käden takia ja lääkäri totesikin sen pahoin tulehtuneeksi tenniskyynärpääksi...
Kyllä se vaan on kipeä 😫

Nyt kun tämä koronakin jyllää niin hautajaisissakin oli 10hengen rajoitus...
Eli kauemmat sukulaiset jäi suosiolla kotiin.

Pienellä porukalla käytiin hautaan siunauksessa ja viemässä kukat haudalle. (muistotilaisuus pidettiin meillä kotona)

Minä ruusun kanssa

Maa oli liian jäässä jotta oisin saanut ruusun tarpeeksi syvälle 😔

Kävin seuraavana päivänä viemässä lisää kynttilöitä haudalle ja yritin jopa poran kanssa saada ruusua maahan... Ei auttanut kuin sen 20senttiä 😔

Kukatkin oli jo vähän nuupahtanut päivän aikana 😟

Eli uurnan lasku on vielä edessä kuten mainitsin sukuhaudasta.

Tämä on vähän vaikeampaa kun on varaton pesä ja kellään perillisellä ei ole varaa maksaa kaikkia hautauskuluja.

Voisin pistää tässä pikku muistutuslistankin jos joskus joudutte tällaista asiaa hoitamaan.

VARATON PESÄ
-Virkatodistus kirkkoherralta tai digi-väestöliitolta (tilaa väliaikainen jolla voi irtisanoa asunnon, jos kiire)
Oikea tulee noin 2-3viikon päästä
-irtisano asunto (virkatod ja omat tiedot väestörekisteristä) , vakuutukset, puhelin, sähkö, vesi, ym
(trafi lähettää ajoneuvo omaisuuden kuolin pesän nimellä)
-ole yhteydessä pankkiin (valtakirja jos monta perillistä)
Pankki lähettää viimeisen tiliotteen
-käännä posti väliaikaisesti vaikka itselle
-ole yhteydessä sosiaalitoimeen ja pyydä tarjoukset hautaustoimistoista min3.
(sosiaalitoimi maksaa hautaus kulut halvimman mukaan. Huom ei muistotilaisuutta)
-ole yhteydessä oikeusapuun. Oikeusapu maksaa perunkirjat jos varaton pesä ja hakia on työtön (tulot alle 600e/kk)
Laskut, virkatodistus, tiliote, omistus todistukset ym mukaan.

Jotain varmaan jäi pois, mutta voin palata tähän sitte kun kaikki on selvitetty ja asiat hoidettu... Jos vaan joku haluaa.

Eli sellainen vastustus tässä... Näillä nyt mennään ja muuta ei voida.

Pyydettiin minua tekemäänkin näitä lisää ja myymään, mutta tällä hetkellä, se ei onnistu... Ja kyllähän niille hintaa tulee kun rupeaa laskeskelemaan 😔
Saatan pari tehdäkin myöhemmin, niille ainakin jotka tätä ehdotti 😉

MEMORIAL ROSE FROM METAL 🌹 DIY, Memorial for grave

So, now i made a bit different sort of rose right after the birthday rose.

My father passed away 29.2, at leap day. He fought against cancer about a year, but finally his health just gave up and he collabsed in a week  😔

He just got painpump and next day he just fell to eternal sleep  😢

My phone rang about 7,30pm and i knew that he has passed away... Had to go and see the deceased.

Havent got much time to think all of this, because i have tryed to work and handle all the things that involve the burial... but cant still evade the tears  😭

My father was Diy person and thats where i think i got it...
He did have few unfinished projects that we talked about... so i thought i will finish them when i have time

I got idea from previous rose to make one for my fathers grave.

But the meaning is very different. I thought i make white rose that can be inserted to ground, near tombstone. I was going to encrave his name, birthday and time of death to the leaf.... I think that will goe as temporary cross

My father has family tomb that has 18 more urn places... Many have been filled already  😔

I tell more about this at the end, but now to the rose

I left after work to make this.

Same tactick as previous rose.

Long stem from robar, that can be pushed to ground.
Then we weld bolt to end of it and grind to shape we want... I also made flat surface to it where i wrote my own makers name.

I have heard that people are stealing even the candles from graves, so thats why i made few marks to this one.

Next we cutted 3 large circles from sheetmetal. Drilled holes to middle and cut cracs to them. (Smallest have 4 crack, middle 5 and biggest 6)

I cut 4 aisle piece from metal to make the under leafs for rose and 3 more big leafs.... One of them will have the name of diseased.

Then we bended all these leafs to shape with heat and plyers.

Now i dont have every work pictures because i was in hurry, but you can find them from previous post or my youtube.

I made the engraving to the leaf with mini drill

Then we welded the leafs to robar stem
Now i had all the parts ready and i could continue my work at home.

I forgot to tell you about this at the beginning 🔻
I chanced the nut to thinner so i could install grave candle inside to these petals.

I did have some green paint still but needed to buy white one.
I painted these petals outside with white color (fading) and the stem and leafs with green (faiding)
I thought of adding some metallic blue to end of the rose, but not this time
Finally some varnish ontop.

I had to stay home because of badly infected tenniselbow... It very sore  😫

Now that this Corona flu is on the move and they are shutting down every country, we had to limit the quests to 10 people max... so the farthers relatives stayed home

So we did the funeral and memorial with small group. Left the flowers to grave and had the memorial at our home.

Earth was too frozen for me to get the rose to right level. 😔

I visited the grave next day to add some candles and i tryed to submerge the robar to ground with drill... it helped about 20centimetres... not enough 😔

The flowers was dropped in one day  😟

So we still have to put the urn to ground, like i mentioned from the family grave.

This is abit different burial, because it so expensive that we dont have the money to pay all of it.

I could make a little cheat sheet here if you have the same situation.

Broke nest.
- official certificate from death from church or population union. (Order occusional if you are in hurry)
real one comes with 2-3weeks
- terminate house lease (death certificate and own data from population union)
incuranse, phone, electrision, water et cetera.
(Vehicle institute will send vehicle papers with estate name)
- Contact bank (Letter of attorney if many beneficiary)
bank will send final statement of funds
- Turn deseased post to your self.
- Contact sosial service and ask offers from 3 funeralhomes.
(Sosial service will pay the funeral from lowest offer. NOT memorial placee or food)
- Contact legal aid. Legal aid will pay estate inventore writings if the applicant is unemployed and get less than 600e/month
Bills, official certificate, bank balance, ownings et cetera with you.

I think i forgot something, but i can return to this if someone likes.

So these are the things that im strugling right now... we go with these stuff, nothing more i can do

I was asked to make more of these and sell them, but i cant at this moment... and these are pretty pricy when you take the calculator and start to add up all the material, time, tools et cetera  😔
(I might do few of these, to people that succested this  😉)

Led-lisävalojen asennus autoon. Kytkennät ja toiminta pitkien valojen kanssa. Tee se itse asennus. (auto/kuorma-auto)

Tämä postaus nyt vähän venähti, mutta ompahan ohjeita vaikka sitten ensivuodelle, jos sattuu tarvimaan 😄
Tuossa talven alussa kun rupesi tulemaan pimeää eikä lunta vielä näkynyt niin oli melko pimeää ajella työauton pitkillä valoilla... En tiedä onko näkö jo niin huono, mutta tuntui ettei montaa metriä näe eteensä.

Pyysin että firma hommasi lisävalot MAN kuorma-autoon ja työkaveri toikin 2kappaletta 120w Led lisävaloja (Tämän tapaiset paneelit)

Led ja johtosarja 

Tällaisia sai muistaakseni puu ilosta 100e kappale. En tiedä onko nykyään millainen säädäntö nuiden referenssejen kanssa, meneekö tässäkin yli... Mutta ainakin näkee ajella 😉

Samallahan se toi tällaisen kytkentä sarjan, joka oli kyllä tarkoitettu 12volttiseen järjestelmään 🤔

Ajattelin kiinnittää valot etupuskuriin, koska katolla ei näille tässä autossa ole tilaa. Puomi tulee eteen ja heijastaa ikävästä... Enkä muutenkaan tykkää yläpuolen valoista koska lumisateella ne on todella huonot, sama ajaa lyhyillä valoilla. Alhaalta ne ei niinkään heijasta pyryssä.

MAN Kuorma-auto

Tässä vaan tuo vetokidan tappi jää valon alle, mutta sitähän ei koskaan tarvi 😉 ja jos tarviikin niin voi laittaa ketjun koukun tappiin kiinni.

Pari reikää joutui puskuriin poraamaan, mutta onneksi se on rautaa eikä mitään nykyajan muovia niin siinä kyllä pysyy

Valon asennus

Sitten vedin johdot akuilta keulaan.
Tässäkin piti muistaa ettei laita johtoja hyttiin kiinni koska hytti kippaa ja repii johdot mukana... Jos joskus tarvii tehdä remonttia ja kipata hytti nurin

Huolto

Johdotus. Mittaa vaikka mittarilla akun kenkien välit että tulee oikea jännite. Koska akut on sarjaan ja tähän nyt tarvitaan se 24v niin liitetään niinin napoihin. (normaalisti vain se 12v)

Led virran kytkentä

Tätä virtajohtoa jouduin pidentään monta metriä, koska matka oli niin pitkä ettei johtosarjassa riittänyt vara.
Sainkin pienen purkamisen jälkeen johtosarjan paikoilleen ja releen asennettua sulaketaulun viereen (kuivaan paikkaan)

Johdot suojaan

Tässä vaiheessa tosiaan huomasin että rele oli 12 volttinen, eli 24v rele tilalle. Heräte johtohan tulee tuosta pitkältä valolta joka tulee auton 24 volttisesta järjestelmästä.
Jos asennat normaali autoon (12volttia)niin relettä ei tarvi vaihtaa.

Heräte virta pitkältä valolta (Punainen johto)

Huono kuva, mutta se on lampun takaa ja johto yhdistetty tuolla suojan takana pitkän valon + johtoon.

Näissä led-lisävaloissahan on myös parkki toiminto, joka pitää Led valoja parkki tilassa (valot kiiluu himmeästi)

Ensin yhdistinkin LEDejen parkit, auton päivä aloihin, mutta nehän sammui kun laitoin ajovalot päälle.
Minusta ne on niin hienot parkit että ne piti saada päälle myös ajovalo tilassa, eli yhdistin johdon ajovalojen valkoiseen johtoon (+).

Vielä oli tämän johto sarjassa tulevan napin kanssa ongelmia.
Tämähän toimi nyt vain tuosta erillisestä napista.

Alkuperäinen nappi

Eihän sitä kukaan rupea nappeja painelemaan ja vivusta laittamaan omia pitkiä päälle 😆 tai näin ainakin ajattelin.

Tähänhän nyt tarvi erilaisen katkasimen jossa oli vain 2 vaihdetta päälle ja pois.

Vanhasta napista kun otti johdot irti (musta, sininen ja valkoinen) ja kytki uuteen katkaisisimeen... Ensin kytkin kaikki johdot.
Valot toimi vähän miten sattuu eli näin se ei toiminut ja savuhan sieltä rupesi nousemaan (musta johto suli)
Eli, pitkältä valolta tuleva heräte virta kytkettiin katkaisimeen ja johtosarjasta vain valkoinen johto toiseen kytkimen napaan.

Uusi nappi ja kytkentä

Nythän kytkennät oli oikein ja valot toimi juuri nii kuin halusin.

-Parkeilla pelkät parkkivalot oli päällä.
-Valot päällä, paloi myös lisävalojen päivävalo.
- Kun nappi oli päällä, LED lisävalot toimi auton pitkien valojen kanssa, viiksestä.
- kun napin painoi pois, auton normaali pitkät toimi normaalisti.

Eli nämä LED Lisävalot saa kytkettyä pois päältä napista jos ei halua käyttää 👍

Auton valoistahan lähtee valkoinen ja ruskea johto. Ja johdot kytketään valkoiseen johtoon.

Nyt on autossa valoa ja kyllä näkee ajella pimeällä.
Testailin myös pimeällä millainen on ajaa jos kytkee ensin pois lisäpitkät kun auto tulee vastaan ja sitten vielä auton omat pitkät pois kun lähestyy. Ei ollut ollenkaan niin vaikeaa kun olisi kuvitellut.... En kyllä olekaan mikään ammatti rekkamies, mutta uskoisin että heillekin passaisi tällainen järjestely 😉

Sellainen valo projekti. En ole mikään sähkömies, mutta hyvinhän nuo toimii eikä ole vielä auto syttynyt tuleen 😆

Led-Light bar for car. Connections and function with Long lights. DIY assembly. (Car/truck) ENGLISH VERSION

This post just got forgotten. But heres some directions for next year if you need to install some lights to car 😄

Early at the winter, when it started to come dark and there was no snow. It was too dark to drive long distances with bad lights... I dont know if im loosing my sight, but it felt like i cant see much foreward.

I asked at work if i could get more light to my MAN truck and one of my coworkers came from store with 2 of these 120w led bars (Like in the picture)

I think thse cost at store about 100e eatch. I dont know how the law is with the references, and does this go over them.... nut i thpught i could see better at dark  😉

Heres the diagram for the wires/ electric circuits, but these was for 12v system  🤔

I thought i attach these to front bumber, because theres no room at the roof. Theres a boom on roof and it reflects the light... I have had lights above the windshield and they just are not good when its snowing, same thing to drive without them. I didint think they reflect so much when they are lower than the eyesight

MAN truck

The coupling hook just stays under the light, but where do you need it anyways 😉 And if you need to pull this truck, just attach hook to the peg

I had to drill few holes to bumber, but gladly its iron and not nowdays plastic... it will hold

Attaching the lights

Then i started with the wires. From battery, bumber to capin.
You have to remeber that you dont attach the wire to the capin. If you need to liht the capin sometime, it will pull the wires off.

Wiring. If you are not sure where you get 24v, measure it with electric meter. Truck batterys are usually connected in series to make 24v, so we connect to those wires. (If you do 12v car, this is not proplem)

I had to extend this power caple because it was too short for thew truck.

I got it installed after some efford. I pulled the wire to the fusebox and attached the rele near there (Dry place)

Wiring

In this time i knowtice that the rele was 12v, so i needed to purchase new 24v rele and replace it.
The excitation current comes from trucks long light that is 24volt. (need some wire)
(If you install to normal car, you dont have to chance rele)

Bad picture, but the wire is attached to longlights +wire and pulled to capin.

These led bars has the parking state that burn the lights very dim

First i connected the ledbar parklight to trucks parklight, but they turn off when you put on the trucks driving lights.
I think these park lights are cool at ledbar, so i attached them to trucks drivinglight + wire.
Now the park light is on at led when you turn trucks lights on.

Now the proplem with this button. Now the led lights only works from this button that came with the wires.

No one likes when you have to push many buttons to get more light  😆... thats what i thought

This needed different switch that only had 2 positions. On and Off

I took of the wires from old button and connected them to new one (white, blue and black)
- First i connected all...
The lights didnt work propeply and the black wire melted 😕

So, some trying and i figured it out...
Just take the wire from long light (that you made)excitation current and connect it with the switch.
Then you only need white wire from the old button. Connect that to other navel at the new button.
(Tape the blue and black separatly,  so they wont touch anything)

New wiring and button

Now the wiring was right and the lights worked just like i wanted.

- Park light (just parklight on)
- Lights on (lights and led bar park lights on)
- Longlights from truck indicator. led button on (Truck longlights and led bar is on)
- led button off (just cars longlights was on)

Hope this makes sense.
So these led lights can be turned off from button if you dont need to use them  👍

Heres the final wiring draw that i made.

New wiring

- excitation current comes from trucks long light (+ = is white) to new button.
- Only use white wire from old button. connect to new button
- Connect the led park wire to park/drivelight (+ = white) however you prefer)

So the truck has brown and white wire at lamps, so white one is +

Now i have enough lights at the truck and i see at dark.

I tested these at dark.
I turned on all the lights, then i turned off the led bar when car was coming towards me. and finally i turned off the trucks long lights... this also worked pretty good.
Im not professional trucker, but i think they would like too 😉

1st picture is with trucks normal long lights, and the 2nd is with led bar.

Im also not electrician, but they work and havent caught fire yet  😆
