GYRO GEARLOOSES LITTLE HELPER (ENGLISH VERSION BELOW)

Mulla nämä projektit jää välillä tauolle ku tullee jottai muuta mielenkiintosempaa.
Tämänki alotin joskus kesällä 😊

Ehtiinhä mää sillon tehä nuo palaset valmiiksi, mutta ku sillon ei vielä ollu hitsikonetta nii jätin sen sitte jäihin vähäks aikaa.

PIKKU APURI PALASINA

Nuo käsien, jalkojen ja vartalon putket on meiän vanhoista ikkunalaudoista, arvasinha mää että jottai niillä varmaan vielä joskus tekkee 😂

No sillon kesällä sitte tuttu soitti että nyt ois jollai vanhuksella hitsikone myytävänä. Se oli muuttamassa vanhainkottiin ja ei kuulemma siellä ennää tarvinnu sitä 😄

Menin kattomaa, enkä kyllä varrautunukkaa maksamaan ku 70€ maks.
Siellähä oli tuommonen vanha hitsikone, laikkoja, rälläkkä, puikkoja, maski ym.

HITSIKONE

Laskeskelinkohan että nuota uusia laikkojaki oli noin 75kpl, ja puikkojaki monta pakettia... mutta niinku arvasin nii eihä ne puikot palanu (joku 20vuotta maannu parvekkeella)
No sain sitte sillä 70€ nuo laikat,puikot,maskin,hitsikoneen ja rälläkän.
Nehä haukkuu hintansa nuo laikat jo 😄

Tähän väliin onki jo mahtunu monta projektia, mutta nyt ku oli kone ja palaset... tai no moni pala vielä vaihtuki (Kuten jalat ja käet) 😉 nii ajattelin rääpästä ukkelin kokoon.

UUDET JALAT JA KÄDET

Ensin ajattelin että laitan tuon istuvaan asentoon (kuten kuvassa aiemmin).
Mullahan on kesken myös semmonen isompi versio johon tullee valot ym, jos nyt joskus jaksan jatkaa sitä (Vaikeimmat osat oonki jo siihen tehnyt)
Niin siis istuma asentoon että se istuis tuon isomman version polvella, mutta sekihä muuttu.
Sama tehä siitä ihan oma koriste versio.

Hyvä olla muute varalta näitä sammutusvälineitä, jos sattuu joku syttymään (ja 2tuntia sitte katotaan hitsauksen jälkeen ettei mikkää syty)

SAMMUTUS JA ENSIAPU

Tein tässä yhen virheen, minkä jo tiesinki heti ku laitoin tuommosen vaahtomuovi laatikon tuohon puhelimen alle, suojaksi että jos puhelin tipahtaa nii ei hajoa heti lasi uuesta puhelimesta...
Varmaan siihe lentää kipinöitä ku on liian lähellä, mutta osasin jo varrautua tähän...

PIENI TULIPALO

Eipä hättää, sehä sammu ku puhalsi ja on vesipisteet, Sammuttimet ym härpäkkeet lähellä 😉

Kengätki kyllä sais olla vähä paremmat ku kroksit... saattaa vaikka rälläkkä osua varpaille 😄

Joskus on vähä rälläkkä käyny lähellä varpaita, mutta niitähä ei lasketa 😉

Nyt tuossa sitte töitten jälkeen oon sitä hinkkaillu kokoon...

Mutta ainaha siihe voi jottai lisätä 😉
Mullaha o nuita ledinauhan palasia, ja muistelin että joskus tilasin patterikoteloitaki (Ku niitähä aina tarvii)

Kaikki osat löyty ja sain jopa valot toimimaan ihan pattereilla, mutta sitte tuliki mielee että mihin mää ne asennan ettei näyttäs liian tekniseltä...

LEDNAUHA PATTEREILLA

No per¤%#", Vasta tuli postissa uus 3D kynä nii määhä teen repun sillä kynällä ja laitan sinne ne vermeet piiloon 😃

Sitte tekemään reppua kynällä... Kun piti pikku taukoa tuolta tallista.

Käjet ja jalatha vähä muuttu, nii pitihä niihi saaha vähän muotoja ja viivoja. Onneks on tuo Dremel nii sillä o mukava työstää nuita pikku asioita.

DREMEL

Ei nuo hitsi saumatkaa mittää ammattilaisen oo, mutta antaapaha semmosta teollisuus vaikutelmaa 😉 (Ja oon meleko varma etä ne kestää sen mitä tämmösessä koristeessa tarvii)

Tämä mut kuvaus kalusto ei oo vielä oikein kehittyny, ku mulla on vaa tuo puhelin pidike ja sitte aina keksitään millä puhelin tuetaan että sen sais pysymään paikallaan.

KUVAUS TELINEET

Tallissa on voinu käyttää tuota scootterin peiliä hyväksi, ja sitte o erinäisiä pöytiä pitäny rakentaa että saa korkeuden ym sopiviksi... pitäsköhä jo hommata joku 3jalka ja oikia kamera 😅

Sitte loppu ukko kokoon hitsillä (Jalat ja käet)
Pitihä siihe vielä tietenki laittaa valmistajan nimi, nii ei muutako Dremelillä viiltoa perseeseen 😂

SIGNEERAUS

Putsaus Dremelillä ja päälle vielä lakka. Mulla oli hyllyssä matta lakkaa nii sehä passas.

Sitte repun kokoonpano 3D kynällä ja johtojen veto. Pitihän siihenki laittaa tekijän nimi ku on vähän erillinen juttu 😄

Kasaus ja ukkeli oli siinä.
Tulihan se tehtyä loppujen lopuksi... eikä nyt kovin iso homma ollukkaa.
Joskus mua on sanottu Pelle pelottomaks nii nythä se o apuriki kasassa 😅

LAMPPU-UKKO VALMIS

Siinäpä oli taas yks projekti...

Videon tein nyt Englanniksi, ku suurin osa katsojista on sieltä päin / tajuaa Englantia. Jos sais vaikka tuonne Youtubeen vähän enemmän tilaajia.

Kuten tästä näkkee, nii oha se vaikiaa yrittää puhua yhtäjaksosesti / monta kertaa sama kohtaus, ku ei oo tuo kieli vielä kovin harjautunu tämmöseen.

GYRO GEARLOOSES LITTLE HELPER (ENGLISH VERSION)

My projects sometimes stays for break, when i get exited about something else.
I started this sometimes at the summer 😊

I did those parts ready at summer, but i didnt have welding machine so it stayed unfinished for a while.

LITTLE HELPER AT PIECES

Those leg,hand and torso pipes are from our old windowboards. I knew that those are usefull for some project, so i gept them 😂

Well, at the summer my friend called and told that some old guy has weldin machine for sale. He was moving to nursing home so he wouldnt need it there 😄

I picked up my friend and we got to see the machine. I was repaired to pay 70€ max.
There was old welder, grinder disks, grinder, welding sticks exetera.

WELDING MACHINE

I counted about 75 new grinder disks and there was welding sticks many packets.... but like i quessed, those welding sticks wont work. They have been in the balgany for decates
I got the machine, sticks, discs, mask, and grinder for 70€
Those discs alone is worth over 75€ 😄

Between this projects there have been many others, but now i had the welder and the parts so i thought i put i together... well, i changet the shoes and hands 😉

NEW SHOES AND HANDS FOR LITTLE HELPER

First i thought i but it to sitting position (like picture before)
I have one more Little helper unfinished, that will have lights and all. If i have time to finish it (I´ve already maked the hardest parts)
So, sitting position because i thought i put it to sit on the bigger Helpers lap... But its easyer to make them seperatly (Ornament version)

Btw, It´s good to have these extinquisher stuff near if something goes wrong, specially when you weld (and 2hour spark watch)

EXTINQUESHER AND FIRST AID KITS

I made one mistake, which i knew when i putted the foam box underneath my phone so it wouldnt break if it falls.
I was repaired it to have some sparks from welding...

SMALL FIRE

No worries, it died when i blow on it. I have waterpoint, extinquisher exetera naer always  😉

Shoes should be a bit better than Croks... You could get hit to toes whit grinder 😄

I had these used led strips, ja i did order some battery cases long time ago (U always need them)

All the parts was found and got the led work whit battery. Put then i thought that were i mount these, so it wont look too technical...

Well Shi#" , I just got new 3D pen, so i will make backpack whit it and put the stuff there at hide 😃

Hands and shoes are different that i made at summer, so i had to make some lines and shapes to them. Cladly i have that Dremel so its easy to make those small things whit it.

DREMEL

Those welding seems arent like prosessionals, but it gives some industrial effect 😉 (And im pretty sure that they hold what it need at these ornaments)

My filming stuff arent the best. I only have 1 phone holder and then i just support it whit some stuff to make it hold place.

At the carage i could use the scooter mirror and then i just build some tables to get the hight and place correct... Mayby i should buy some correct holders and some real camera 😅

I had to make makers mark, so i just cutted it deep to his ass 😂

MAKERS MARKING

Cleaned whit Dremel and coated it whit varnish. I had some matt varnish left at the shelf so that works fine.

Then the backpack assembly whit 3D pen and some wiring. Had to make the makers mark also at the pack, because its different part 😄

Last assembly and it was ready.
Finally had it done... and it wasnt so big job
Some people have said that im Gyro Gearloose, so now i have the Helper too 😅

There was one more project..

I made this video whit English, because most of my viewers knoe that language. If i could get some more subscribers to youtube by that.

Like you can see here. It´s hard to speak English when your tongue is not use to it.
