Kun sillon 2010 tähän muutettiin nii tässä oli lämmitysmuotona sähkö, öljy ja puu
ÖLJY, SÄHKÖ JA PUU LÄMMITYS
Sähkölämmitys oli aivan vi!#¤% kallista, nii päätettii ottaa vähä lissää lainaa ja siirtyä sitte kaukolämpöön (2011)
VANHA ÖLJY / PUU KATTILA
Kallistaha se oli, mutta eipähä tarvinu ennää iltasin käyä putkipihteillä kääntelee hanoja ku niissä ei automatiikka toiminu.
Vaihdettiin kaukolämpöön ja pesukonehan piti saaha pesuhuoneesta pois.
Sehä oli yhtä vaikiaa ku sinne saantiki. Taso ja luukku pois että se just ja just mahtu ovesta pihalle. Mää niin rakastan näitä 70luvun kappeita ovia 😅
No sinnehä se mahtu vanhan lämmityskattilan tilalle. Tuossa kattilahuoneessa oli semmonen palo-ovi nii olipa paskamainen poistaa ovi ja rälläköiä sitä senverran että sai hyvän näköseksi 😒
ENNEN JA JÄLKEEN

Eli nyt oltiin siis kaukolämmössä, eikä ollu ennää seinilläkkää nii hirveitä putkikötöstyksiä.
ENNEN JA JÄLKEEN
Tuota jälkeen kuvvaaki ennen on vähän jo tehty muutoksia 😄 (esim. lattiat ja seinä)
Sinne oli tehty nyt se pyykkihuone 2011 vuonna muistaakseni.
Mutta se ei ollu kovin käytännöllinen ku joutu aina pihaväliköstä käveleen ja aukomaan ovia. No rakas vaimoha se keksiki että puretaan parit seinät ja tehhään kulku takkahuoneen puolelta...
Pikkusenha se mietitytti että aika iso remontti on jo kyseessä.
Siinä sitte laskeskeltiin että palio siihen menis rahaa, tarvikkeet ym semmoset.
Olikoha arvio noin 1500€...
Sitte meiän kesälomalla 2018 ajateltiin tekasta se nopiaa. Ajattelin että jos viikossa siitä seleviäis nii jäis vielä lommaaki jälelle... No vit¤#", ei selvinny 😅
Tehtiin tuossa välissä patteriputki ja patteri remontti, ja putketha merkattiin valmiiksi tätä projektia varten... eli sehä oli nyt pakko jo tehä 😄
PUTKET VALMIINA SEINÄÄ VARTEN
Kattopanelit irti että näki oliko ne kantavia seiniä. Ei onneks ollu, mutta laitoin silti tuet ihan vaan varmuuen vuoksi kattoristikoita vasten.
SEINIEN PURKU
Ajatteli että jätän tuonne ylös 2 varvia tiiliä että ei tarvis tehä ihan kokonaan uusia karmejä tuoho kulkuväylälle. Tuin nuo tiilet vielä varmuueksi reikäraudalla kattoon ja sitte purkamaan.
Ensin ajattelin että oisin hakenu lainaksi semmosta sahaa (Laikkaleikkuri) millä ois saahu heleposti nuo seinät leikattua, ja suoraa 😄
Tuo takan taso oliki sitte kunnolla raudotettu. Rälläköin ja koputtelin vasaralla palan siitä irti, mutta lekaa en uskaltanu käyttää ettei tippunu koko pas¤"%#, tai mun tuurilla koko takka halennu 😂

LAIKKALEIKKURI
... Mutta empä hakenu.
Poralla väänsin pahimmat saumat auki ja rälläkällä kumminki puolin sitte tiilet halaki.... Voi vit¤#%" sitä pölyn määrää mitä rälläkkä päästi ilmoille 😄
SUOJAT (LASIT JA MASKI)
Reunat oli nyt saatu porattua ja rälläköityä. Ja ei muutako lega ja vasara heilumaan.
SEINIEN PURKU
Puuh, meleko homma. Nythä ne piti sitte tukea nuo 2 varvia tiiliä. 2x4 parrua ristiin, tuettuna tiilien päälle.
TIILIEN TUKI
Sitte tuli semmonen ongelma että miten tuohon päälle saa tasotteen pysymään. Ajattelin kokkeilla että jos nuo parrut päälystää kanaverkolla nii sehä pittää laastin paikallaan. Sitte laudasta pohja laastille ja paksu laasti tiilten päälle. En ihan kokonaan saanu alapuolelle survottua laastia, mutta senhä pysty laittaa sitte ku poistin alalaudan.
PARRUJEN PEITTO
En tiiä miten tullee pysymään, mutta aika näyttää.
Sittehä siinä oli lattian purku ja poistoputkien asennus uuteen paikkaan...
Taas vetäsin piikkauskonneella putkesta läpi 😄. Ehkä se oli pikkusen liian äkänen kone tuohon hommaan 😅 Ei muutako kauppaan ja uuttakaivoa ja putkia tilalle. Tuossakaan kohalla ei ollu ku parinsentin betoni, nii sehä hujahti läpi.
PIIKKAUS
PUTKIEN MALLAUS (uudet kaupasta)
Melkeen 1000kg tuli tuota tiili- ja betoni jätettä, mutta nehä meni kaatopaikalle alle 15cm kokosena jätteenä nii se ei palio maksanu.
Imuroin sitte ajattelematta koti imurilla kaikki pahimmat pölyt pois ja vein imurin sisälle. Ajatuksenahan oli vaihtaa pussi ja vähän putsata imuria, mutta se nyt jäi... Ja kuulinki tuonne takkahuoneeseen ku vaimo rupes imuroimaa seuraavan kerran sisälle kantautunutta roskaa pois...
Sehä oli pölläyttäny ihan kunnon pölyt kämppää nii siitä tuliki sitte autotalli imuri 😂
(Autotalli on kyllä nii pieni ettei sitä oikiastaa siellä tarvi, mutta oha siinäki moottori josta vois jottai kehitellä 😅)

BETONI- JA TIILI JÄTE
Kaivon asennus ja putkien siirto.
Tätä lattia valamis vaihetta en laskenu ollenkaa tähän mun viikon urakkaan, nii siinähä jo meni paripäivää hukkaan 😂 (vaikka oli pikabetonia)
LATTIA VALU
Sitte seinän teko varaston väliin ja muiden seinien tasoitus...
Nuo tiilien kulmat oli melko vaikia tasottaa ja joutu vähä piikkaanki isoimpia epätasaisuuksia pois.
Ensin tasotin tuolla laastilla ja loput sitten hifistelin kevyt tasotteella.
Tuo laattaseinä minkä oli jo aiemmin teheny. Se oli hyvin kiinni eikä tarvinu purkaa. Tartuntapintaa rälläkällä tasotetta varten.
TARTUNTA TASOITTEELLE
TASOITUS JA SEINÄN TEKO
Seinällä tuet myös kattoristikoille ja primerin tartunta tasoitteelle. Hionta ja kolojen paikkaus.
Seinän puoli muuttu ku mittailtiin vielä nuita kalusteita. Ensin oli tarkotus että putket jäis kodinhoitohuoneen puolelle, ja siitä sais tilavamman, mutta näinhän se oliki parempi, putket piilossa ja tason mittaki passas toiseltapuolen paremmin. Aiemmin oltiin jo ne kateltu ja mitottu, mutta ainaha suunnitelmat vähän muuttuu. Piti ottaa huomioon kaikki syvyydet tasosta ja mitat jotka sopis hyvin huoneeseen. Kateltiin kaikki kaapit ja peilit ikeasta ja taso bauhausista, allas ja hana k-raudasta... nyt oli kaikki suunniteltu uusiksi ja ostettu tarpeellinen.
Siinäki meni yks päivä taas ohi remontista 😉
Tuossaki kävi pikku moka ku asennettiin vaimon kans tuota kylpyhuoneen puoleista levyä seinään.
Olin mitannu nii tarkasti ne kolot ja kaikki että sen sai just väänneltyä kohillee... paitsi että määhä olin siellä seinän välissä, eikä millää mahtunu pois sieltä vaikka kuin änkäs 😆.
Ei muutako seinä taas pois huoneesta ja uutta yritystä... voi vit"#¤ ku valu hiki ennenku seinä oli paikallaa...
Hakkasin vähä lekalla sitä perille asti, mutta empä huomannu että en ollu vielä porannu lattialankkua kii betoniin... no sehä liikku paikaltaa. Ei muutako uuet mittailut ja hele#¤"ti ruuvia betoniin. EI liiku ennää 😄
Lattiat oli kuivunu ja hiottu nii sitte vesieriste 2x, nurkkanauhat ja kaivovahvike... En tiiä oisko sitä nyt näin palio ees tarvinu, mutta samaha se o varalta laittaa kunnolla. Seki loppu parikertaa ja ei muutako hakia lissää 😃
VESIERISTE (Kuvassa 1 kerran laitettu)
Sitte ku vesieriste oli kuivunu, nii alko lattian laatotus... Meinasin kyllä tuon takkahuoneen jälkeen että en ennää ikinä laatota, mutta täsä sitä taas oltiin 😅 (Muistakaaha kattoa kaadot oikein ku asennatte laattoja, iha vaan jos sattuu vettä tulemaan lattialle)

Ja taas ku saumalaasti oli kuivunu nii sitte alko maalaus ja tapetointi.
Tämähä oli yhtä kuivumisen kattelua... Melko aikaa vievää touhua, mutta sillonhan ehtii tehä jottai muuta 😉
Tätäki laskeskeltiin aika monesti että palio tarvii tapettia jos tekkee vaan puoli seinää tuohon kaappien paikalle 😄 Tässä vaiheessa pudjetti oli jo menny yli hyvinki...
Pitihä se tehä lankusta uus kynnyski että sen sai näyttämään ees jotenki siedettävältä.

Sitte seinille vähän tukirimaa että tason saa niiden päälle kiinni.
TUKIRIMAT
Tämä oli aika tarkoin mitattu ku tätä tasoa ajatteli. Ei jääny montaa senttiä ylimäärästä leikattavaksi tasosta.
Ensin vaa mietin että millähän tuon uskaltas leikata ettei se reppeile ja mee paskaks.
No tremelillä tein pikku alkusaumat pinnoitteeseen ja sitte vaa käsisahalla loput. Otin parissa vaiheessa jo riskinki ja vetäsin sirkkelillä reikää pöytään, mutta onneks onnistu 😄
PÖYTÄLEVY
ALTAAN KOHDAN LEIKKAUS
Sitte vielä tuon altaan sovittelu. Meni kyllä aika kivuttomasti, mitä ihimettelin itekki tovin 😂
ALTAAN ASENNUS
Sittehä siinä oli ne ikean kaapistojen kasaus... Huh huh, sehä o aina semmone homma että meinaa hermo mennä. Näissäki tais mennä ihan kokopäivä ku näitä kasattiin.
Taso paikalleen ja kaappejen sommittelu. Se tuo korkeus ei ihan passannu nuissa kaapeissa ja työtasossa, ja ostettiin semmoset 2senttiä säädettävät jalat nuihin kaappeihin. No ois tarvinnu sen 8-10 senttiset lisäjalat mutta sittehä se ois näyttäny jo meleko pöliältä tuo alapuoli.
TASO JA KAAPISTOT PAIKALLEEN
Onneks tuosta tasosta jäi semmonen palanen josta sai tehtyä tuohon väliin sopivat levyt.
VÄLILEVYT
Sittehä siinä oli sähkö ja putkityöt. Kävin ite ostaa puuilosta kytkentälaatikoita, liittimiä, johtoa ja suojaputkea jotka asensin kattoon ja vedin johot valmiiksi sähkäriä varten. Pesukonneelleha pittää olla oma sähkö, nii sitäki vähä sai sumplia, mutta kyllähä ne sieltä löyty ja sinne jäiki vielä johonpäitä entisestä lämpökeskuksesta, jos joskus haluaa lisätä esim pistokkeita.
Sähkärihän teki hommat tunnissa, ku kaikki materiaali oli valamiina, Pistokkeet, johot, boxit, kytkimet ym. (Oisha nuo voinu itekki kytkiä, mutta ku ei oo papereita nii parempi se o käyttää ammattimiestä jos jottai sattuu nii ompa ainaki mustaa valkosella)
SÄHKÖTYÖT
Sittehä siinä oli nuo putkihommat. Soitettii Torvelalle joka on teheny meille kaikki putkihommat, ja sieltähä tuliki heti ukko käymää.
Se käytti vesiä pois noin 30min, Tulppas vanhan vesiliittimen pesukonneelle ja asensi haarottimen varaston puolelle, että sai lavuaarin hanalle ja pesukonneelle veet. Asensi hanan ja putket seinän läpi, mihin olinki jättäny aukon niitä varten. Sitte oli vielä poistoputki lavuaarille ja pesukonneelle...
Pikkusen joutu kaapinalus levyä muokkaan että sai poistoputket asettumaan oikein.
Ihimeteltiin että miksei lavuaari vejä (Luultiin että vika oli siinä hajulukossa) ja sovittii että tullee huomenna käymää ku käyn ostaa uuet putket, mutta se oli mun moka. En ollu poistanu tulppia kaivon poistoputkien päästä 😃. Onneks oli tuommonen helposti nostettava kaivo ja sain tulpat pois. Ei muutako soittoa putkimiehelle ettei tarvi tulla ennää huomenna, homma pelittää 😄
Niinku tuosta aikasemmasta kuvasta näkkee, Seinässä oli vielä 20cm valkonen raita tason päällä.
Kaakeleita kateltiin varmaa monta tuntia, mallattiin yhteen ja mitottiin... Ei sitten ostettu, onneks.
Meillähä oli just ja just sopivasti jääny nuita kylpyhuoneen kaakeleita jotka passas just tuohon (Ainaki omasta mielestä 😉)
Reunalistat asensin sitte samalla ku sai kaakelit seinään
KAAKELIT TASON PÄÄLLE
Kaikkia tarvikkeita melkein sai tämän remontin aikana hakia lissää. Ois ne saattanu riittääkki jos ois nuukaillu, mutta ku itelle tekkee nii se o pakko tehä kunnolla ettei jää viat kaivamaan mieltä 😊
REMONTTI TARVIKKEITA
Vielä piti laittaa takan reunus kuntoon, ja onneks siihenki sai vanhoista laatoista palasen, ku eihä nuita laattoja ennää ollu (Jostai alesta aiemmin ostettiin aikonaan)
Sittehä siinä ei ollu ku pientä sisustusta. Minä kiinnitin peilin, jalkalistan ja valot. Vaimo sitte hoiti loput... Vaihtuha ne takkahuoneen kalusteet samalla (Tietenki 😅)

Olihan se rankkaa. Tein noin 12-14 tuntisia päiviä melkeen ilman taukoja, mutta jos en ois teheny nii tekisin varmaa vieläki tuota remonttia 😊
Kyllähä siinä se kesäloma melekee meniki, jos ei oteta huomioon sitä 2 päivää ku kerettiin käyä kuusamossa mun tätin luona (Polttamassa itteni), Mutta tulipahan tehtyä.

Mutta kyllä nyt kelepaa taas pestä pyykkiä 😉
Sainhan mää siinä samassa tuonne tallin puolelle pikku nurkkauksen itellekki, mutta isompi remontti oottaa sitte autotallissa....

When we moved here, this house had Oil, wood and electric heating sourses
OIL, ELECTRIC AND WOOD HEATING
Electric heating is so fuc%¤ expensive here that we taked more loan and changet it to district heating at 2011.
OLD OIL/WOOD FURNACE
It was expensive but i didnt have to ratate the heater whit pliers at nights, because the automatic heating system didnt work correctly.
We chainced to district heating and needed to get the washingmachine out of the shover room. It was as hard to get out as it was to get in. Had to demo the top and the door off so i would just barely manage to squese it out.
We movet it to room where the furnace use to be, but the door was fireproof, so it needed some grinder to get off and trimming the edges smooth 😒.

We had new piping and there was not as much pipes at the wall as before

We made the "Laundry room" there about year 2011
But it wasnt wery practical, had to walk throw buildings and open 3 doors at the way. Well my dear wife had an idea that we should open the walls up from fireplace room and make another room there...
I had some thoughts how big of an project it would be.
Then we did some calculation, how much it would cost to renovate. All the stuff needed we came up whit the number about 1500€...
The the summer vacation started and i thought i make the renovation fast. I dont know what i was thinking when i prepared for 1week, mayby 2 for that... we that didnt fuc%# happen... 😅
We did make earlyer heaters and pipe renovation and told the blummer to make these pipes ready for the wall that was comming there... So now we had to do the renovation 😄
PIPES READY FOR THE WALL
Sealing panels off so i would see if the walls carry the weight of the truss. Cladly the walls wasn´t supporting, but i took no chances and i did put some wood to carry the truss, just in case.
WALL DEMOLITION
I wanted to leave 2 layers of briks near sealing, so i wouldnt have to do whole new frame for the doorway. I supported the briks whit holeiron to sealing and then started the demolition.
First i thought i was gonna loan some sort of saw that can cut the wall straight and easy 😄
That fireplace side surface was really hard to get of. It was full of iron so i had to grind and hammer it loose. I didnt have the gut to use big hammer. In my luck, the fireplace would just crack or the whole surface would drop 😂
(I got the tiles off from surface off whole, whit grinder)

... But i didnt get that.
I drilled the seams and udes grinder from both sides of the wall to cut bricks... Fuc#¤"! that dust, it was all over the place 😄

Edges were now open. So some sledgehammer to work

Phew, that was some work. Now i had to support the 2 layers of briks whit 2x4 wood.
BRICK SUPPORT
Then there was proplem whit that filler, and how to get it to hold over the woodwork. I thought i try using some chicken wire and some holeiron, that should keep the filler in place.

Then there was floor demolition and pipe assembly to new place...
Again i just hitted the piping and it went trough from it 😄. Mayby the machine that i used were a bit too big for this job 😅

Almoust 1000kg came from the walls and floor the tile and concrete waste, but it was under 15sentimetres so it was cheap to bring at the dumb
I did a mistake and vacuumed the dust and trash with our house vacuum and put it back inside.
I thought i chance the bag and clean it a bit, but i forget... And i heard that when my wife started vacuum the litter that had cone insede the house... (Vacuum had blown all the dust inside the house)
Well, that was carage vacuum after that 😂
(I have so small carage that i dont need it there, but that too has somesort of engine, so i might use it somewhere 😅)

CONCRETE AND BRICK WASTE
Well assembly and pipes to new place.
I didnt think this concrete bouring at my plan at all, so that took almoust 2 days from my target 😂 (Even when it was quick concrete)

Then the wall between the warehouse and new laundryroom, and fixin the other walls and leveling them...
My drilling and grinding job wasnt so good so the entryway bricks wasnt so leveled. I had to use the spike machine (Sry dont know the real name for that) for some bigger unevening.
I used the mass for bigger caps / leveling and fixed the rest whit delicate filler.
That tilewall that i did make earlyer renovation was good, so i didnt have to demolition that. I made some gripping surface to it whit grinder for the filler.

Wall has mount for truss and grip primer underneath the filler. Grind and hole filling.
Had to move the wall to other side of the pipes when we did final measurements for furniture. First we thought that we leave the pipes to loundryroom side for more room to move, but this way it was better. Pipes was hidden and the worktop measurements fitted perfectly.
We did look for right size furniture and worktop, but the plans always chance when its nearly done 😉. The worktop was onlu 60sentimetres wide so it was perfect for the room.
We did look capinets and mirrors from Ikea at Swerige and worktop from Bauhaus. Sink and faucet we got from K-Rauta... Now we had made new plans and got the nessesary stuff for room.
That took extra day from renovation 😉
There was some bloopers when we istalled the wall panel in place.
I measured the holes and size so presice that i would just get in place. Long fight whit it and almoust got it to place... exept i was at the wrong side the wall. Couldnt get out whatever i tryed 😆.
Well, wall out and try it again... Fu¤#"% i was hot when we finally got the wall in place...
I hit it whit big hammer to get it right place, but i didnt noticed that i havent drilled the floorboard to floor, so the whole frame moved. So new measurements and hit it back to place. Lots of screws. Doest move ever again 😄
Frools had now dryed, then i had to sand them and put some waterproofing 2x, corner strips and well reinforcement... I dont know if it needed so much proofing but its good to do it correctly when ur at it 😃. We was out of waterproofing few times, but store has lots of it... just the budjet is suffering 😄

When the waterproofing had dryed, then came the tiling... I did say that i never ever do tiling anymore after the fireplace room, but here i was again 😅 (Remember to do the leveling correctly when tiling. If water comes to floor it has to drain towards well)
After the tiling was dry, then there was the seaming.

And when the seaming was dry, then there was the painting and wallpaper... This was just watching things to dry 😂
We also measuret the area many times, so we would know how many rolls of wallpaper we would need if we just did half the walls behind the worktop and other walls... Didnt save any mone by doing that 😄 We were already over the budjet, and lot
I had to do new doorstep for wood so it would be tolerable.

This was pretty evenly measuret worktop, there wasnt many sentimetres that i had to cut.
I just had to figure what to cut it whit so it wont break.
Well, i made small caps whit tremel so the surface wouldnt break while using bigger tools. I cutted the shapes whit handsaw.
I did took a risk at the sink hole. I used circularsaw to cut the hole... Thank god it worked 😄

Then the sink assembly. It was easy so that made me think is there gonna be something else proplematic 😂

Then there was the Ikea capinet assembly. Thats the last trial. If you dont lose ypur temper whit that, your gonna be just fine 😆
There i just lost another working day.
Worktop in place and capinets layout assembly. Our height was wrong at the capinets. We did buy adjustable legs for them, but there still was 10cm cap between the capins and worktop. We could of bought 10cm longer legs, but then it would just looked silly (Too much empty below the capinets)

Thank god the waal had that inset and when i saw the top i had left just the right size of wood to make the fill for the cap.
CAP FILLING WHIT WORKTOP PIECES
Then tere was electric and plumming work.
I bought some connexion boxes, connectors, wire and some cover tubing that i putted to sealing and pullet the new wiring through. Every box and wiring was in place now, just had to get the electrician to connect the wiring 😄. Washing machine needed its own fuse, but there was enough old wiring from the old heating system so that was no proplem. There still was left some electric for more plugs if needed.
Electrician was done in an hour, cause everything was ready for him. (I could of wire them my self but its better to have black and white at the paper so insurace cover the damage if it hapens from these)

Then the piping stuff. We called the worker that had made all our piping from older renovations, and he came almoust imidiatly... Didnt even have time to make the preperations 😆
He cutted our water about 30min, plugged the old water intake from old washer place and assemblyed new one from our storage side, so we would have water for new flaset and washingmachine.
Then we had to connect the exhaustpipe for washer and sink...
I had to modify the sink capinet, so that the pipes would fit.
Everything was done and then came the proplem. The exhaustpipe didnt work and the sink filled whit water. We thought that the proplem were at the interceptor and we agreed that i would buy new pipes and he comes tomorrow... My bad...
I knowtised that i didnt take out the plugs at the well. Thank god it was easy to pull up and remove the plugs from the well. Now it was working 😅
Had to call the plummer that we dont need him tomorrow, everything was good 😄
Like u can see from previous picture that i had white stripe over the worktop.
We did look for tiles at store for hours. Planned, compared and fitted for our taste... well, we didnt buy them after all that work 😆
I remembered then that we had some left over tiles from the shover room renovation, and those were good for this, sam colorsceem and all (well, that´s what i thought 😉)
I istalled the corner strips at the same time whit the tiling

I think we needed to get all the materials from store more, because there was not enough... They might be enough if we were suffient but... so more budjet lost. Should do it propeply so the flaws dont dig your scull everytime you enter the room 😊
RENOVATION STUFF
Still had to fix the fireplace corner. Clad that i could get the tiles off whole so i could use them again... Didnt have any spare one left at the attic. (We bought them in some sale years ago)
Then there was decoration. I did the mirror mounts, footlist and lights. Wife did the rest... She chanced the furniture also for the fireplace room (Ofcourse 😅)

I worked like 12-14hour per day, so it was very exhausting... But if i didnt i think i would still do this renovation 😉
That was almoust my hole vacation, exept the 2 days that we spended at Kuusamo at my aunt (Burning myself), thats what had to be done for summer 😅

I got myself little corner at the carage while renovating this, but bigger renovation waits at the carage..
