Nythän tämä pikku makuuhuoneen muutos lähti taas ihan käsistä 😆

ENNEN JA JÄLKEEN

Vaimo suunnitteli meille uuden makuuhuoneen ja piirteli suunnitelmat tietokoneella...

SUUNNITELMA

Huomasin tuossa ykspäivä sivusilmällä että nyt siellä piirrellää taas jottai... prk, täsähä joutuu taas töihi 😅
Rupian näköjää jäämää jo jalkoihin näissä tietokone ohjelmissaki. En osannu ite käyttää tuota ohjelmaa ollenkaa. Parempi ku pysyy vaan normaali paintissä 😄

Ajateltiin siirtää meidän makuuhuone tähän keittiön viereiseen vierashuoneeseen, koska meidän sänky on yleensä pedattu ja ei haittaa vaikka näkyy vieraillekkin.

VIERASHUONE ENNEN

Tätä mietittiin ja etsittiin sopivia ovia ja kaapistoja pitkään. Kaupassahan tuollaiset liukuovi kaapistot maksaa noin 400-1000e ja eihän semmosiin ollu varaa 😉
Eli ei muutako tekemään.

Sitten Torista löyty liukuovet. Ne vaan oli Kemissä, mutta ei maksanu ku 70€. Eli kärry perään ja kohti Kemiä.

LIUKUOVET

Nämähän oli noin 150cm leveille kaapistoille, mutta torista löyty myös ilmaiset hyllyköt jotka taas sijaitsi Limingassa. Sinne sitten seuraavana.
Bauhausissa piti käydä mutka että saatiin vähän levyä rakentelu tarpeisiin.

HYLLYKÖT JA LEVYT

Nämä hyllyköthän oli 160cm yhteensä leveät, eli n.10cm jäi ovissa paitsi...
Sitte vaa laskeskelemaan ja mittailemaan että sai levyt leikkailtua oikeaan kokoon.

Ensinhän se piti tietenki tyhjentää huone, ja maalata seinät

SOHVAN SIIRTO

Tämä levitettävä puusohva painaa varmaan joku 300kiloa, ja mahtu juuri ja juuri pyörittelemällä tuosta ovesta huoneeseen... kuuma tuli.
Joutu käyttään tallinnan kaljakärryjä tuossa siirrossa että saatiin se edes liikuteltua tuonne oven lähelle 😂

SEINÄN MAALAUS VALKOISEKSI

SEINÄN MAALAUS VEDEN SINISEKSI (Silkkitie)

HARMAA SEINÄ, VALKOISEKSI

ENSIMMÄINEN KERROS

Tämä maalauski lähti lapasesta. Kaikki seinät ja kattoki maalattiin uusiksi. Mullahan oli varastossa katto- ja remontti maalia vielä monta litraa, eli tähän ei tarvinnu käyttää kun aikaa 😄.
Olihan se aikaki jo kun 9v sitten viimeksi maalattu. Tämä vaimon valitsema silkkitie väri oli kyllä hyvän värinen, vaikka ite nuita väreja aina vähän epäilenki, mutta hyvin toimii. Vaihtaa väriä vihreästä siniseen, valon mukaan.

PINNAT MAALATTUNA

Nyt oli aika sitten ruveta tekemään ja asentamaan tilanjakajaksi tarkoitettua liukuovikaapistoa.

Talli on kyllä melko pieni tällaisille projekteille, mutta kyllä se jotenki onnistu 😄

Ensin levyjen leikkaus.

LEVYJEN LEIKKAUS

Näissähän piti ottaa huomioon kaikki ovien tarvimat leveydet ja korkeus. Hyllyt oli noin 20cm matalammat, eli reunalevyjä piti jatkaa ja keskelle tehdä jatkopalat hyllyjen päälle sekä palaset tehdä kovalevystä taustaksi.

Kaikki levyt piti tasoittaa reunoilta, hioa ja maalata.

LEVYJEN TASOITUS, HIONTA JA MAALAUS

Sama homma näille lisäpaloille.

LISÄPALAT

Nämä levyt oli vain 12mm leveitä, eli kiinnitys pelkillä ruuveilla ei tullut kysymykseenkään.
Muistin että nuita puutappejahan mulla oli jossai kaapissa, eli niillä ja liimalla sitten liitokset.

PUUTAPPI LIITOS

Tässä vähän taisteltiin että saatiin hyllyköt osumaan oikeisiin reikiin. Ei ollu mittää kevyitä nuo hyllyt 😅

HYLLYJEN LIITTÄMINEN

Hyllyt kiinni toisiinsa.
Tähän hommaan ajattelin pultteja, isoilla prikoilla.

HYLLYJEN KIINNITYS TOISIINSA

Sitten vielä päälyosa, sivut  ja taustalevyt kiinni.

KASAAMINEN

Sivut kiinni ruuveilla. Yläosa kiinni tapeilla ja liimalla. Taustalevyyn riitti niittikoneella kiinnitys.
Lopuksi vielä pitkillä ruuveilla hyllykkö kiinni seinään.

Ovien mukana tulleet kiskot kiinni ala- ja ylä levyihin. Ja ovien paikalleen laitto.

KISKOJEN KIINNITYS

OVET ASENNETTUNA

Kuten kuvassa näkyy, sinne jäin noin 10sentin tyhjä tila kiskon päähän. Eli sekinhän piti ruveta täyttämään levyllä.
Levystä sopiva siivu ja kiinnitys palikat lisäksi että saatiin sopivalle etäisyydelle liukuovien kanssa.

LISÄLEVYN ASENNUS

Nyt rupes kaapisto olemaan valmis. Pientä paikkailua hyllylevyihin ja maalausta vähän.

LIUKUOVIKAAPISTO ETUOSA

Sitten oli vuorossa tuon takaosan tapetointi.
Ajateltiin ensin että laittaa tapetin liimalla kiinni, mutta tuo taustalevy olikin niin huokoista että liimaa meni aivan liikaa... Löyty onneksi vanha tapettiliisteri purkki jolla kiinnitettiin sitten loput tapetit paikalleen.

TAPETOINTI

Lopuksi piti vielä laittaa jalka- ja reunalistat... Mutta ennen sitä....

Eihän nämä pöydät sopinut enää tänne nurkkiin, joten muokkausta niihinkin.
Tämä pikkupöytä olikin jo kerran muokattu että saatiin pojan huoneeseen matala taso, mutta nyt oli taas eessä yksi muokkaus.

ENTINEN PÖYTÄ

Tähän löyty jalat meidän ullakolta. Eli ei muutako purku ja jalat paikalleen... Paitsi että...
Ei enää sopinu tuo rullilla oleva laatikostokaa tuonne väliin jos pöytään olisi laittanu 2 jalkaa.
Rullat laatiokostosta pois ja toisesta jalasta muokkasin korkeammat jalat (3kpl) laatikostoon että pöydän kannen sai tapeilla kiinni laatikoston päälle.

JALAT RULLIEN TILALLE

JALKA TOISEEN PÖYTÄÄN

Sitten pitempi pöytä tapeilla ja liimalla kiinni laatikostoon ja kulmaraudoilla seinään.

PÖYDÄT PAIKALLAAN

Nyt mahtu tulostin just tuonne nurkkasyvennykseen.
Sitten hirveä taistelu taas kaikkien johtojen kanssa.
Eihän ne enää yltäny milteimpä mikään johto nii joutu ostaa pidempää jatkoa ja jatkamaan jopa netti kaapeleita. Taas monta metriä kaapelikourua että sai johdot piiloon.

Tästä tuli nyt samalla vähän isompi huoneen vaihto hommakin.
Eli pojan entisestä huoneesta tuli nyt vierashuone.

Nyt oli kaapeissakin tilaa, eikä tarvinnu laittaa vaatteita 2 riviin peräkkäin.
Ja lopuksi tämä makuuhuoneen puoli

Se on siinä. Kyllä nyt taas kelpaa kölliä.. 4 päivää meni tuossa remontissa, mutta onnes oli pitkä pääsiäis viikonloppu nii ehti tekemään 😂

Siinäpä taas yks kodin sisustukseen liittyvä kirjoitus.
Enskerralla jo jotain muuta... ehkä 😉

DECOR. BEDROOM MAKEOVER. DIY slidingdoor wardrobe. English version

Now this small bedroom renovation got out of hand  😆

BEFORE AND AFTER

Wifa had planned out our new bedroom design and had drawn it whit computer...

PLAN

I knowtised one day with my corner eye that shes drawing some new plans, that looked like our guestroom.... damn, i have to work again 😅

Im leaving behind whit these new programs. I idint know how to use this program at all. Better if i just stick with the regular paint 😄

We thought we move our bedroom to this guestroom, whitch is near the kitchen. Our bed is always maked, so it wont bother if its gonna show in the kichen when we have guests.

GUESTROOM BEFORE

We thought this for a long perioid and tryed to find cheap doors and dhelfs for this room divider piece. These slidingdoor wardropes cost about 400-1000€ so they were too expensive 😉
So, i make one for cheaper.

Then my wife found a sliding doors, but they were about 100km away for 70€. So i borowed a trailer and of we go.

SLIDING DOORS

Doors combined width was about 150sentimetres. We did find some free shelfing (old bookshelfs) that was in 50km away (Other sirection) So we got those next.
Had to stop by at hardware store to get some sheets for the modification.

SHELFING AND SHEETS

These shelfing was about 160sentimetres combined width, so the doors was 10sentimetres too narrow... Then i started to calculate and cut the sheets to right size.

First we had to clear the room and start painting the walls.

COUCH MOVING

This sofabed weights propaply about 300kg, and fitted just from the door with some spinning moves... That was hard work.
Had to use some Tallin beercart to move the sofa even colser to the door 😂

FIRST LAYER

This painting job just got out of hand. Every wall and even the sealing got the new paint.
I had these white paints at the storage from last renovation so i just needed to spend some time for this 😄.
It was about time to paint these again. Last paint job was about 9years ago. This wifes new wall color was great, even when i doubt every color. It chances color with light, green to blue.

Now it was time to start making the space divider

My carage is a bit small for these kind of projects, but i managed 😄

First the sheet cutting.

Had to think all the widhts and highs. Shelfing was about 20sentimetres shorter than the doors, so i had to make longer and wider edgesheets and add some support to center. Then i also had to make some back covers from hardboard.

All the sheets needed to be leveled, sanded and painted.

Same thing for these add pieces.

ADD PIECES

These sheets was only 12mil wide, so i couldnt just attach these with screws.
I remembered to have some wood pegs, so i would use those and clue to make the connections.

We had to do some wrestling with these shefings to get them to place. These are not very light ones 😅

I used some bolts and nuts to make sturdy connection.

ASSEMBLY

I attached the sides with screws. Upper part i used clue and woodpegs. Backboard attached with stabler.
Finaly i attached the whole thing to wall with long srews

The doors had the rails with them so i attached them and the doors

Like u can see from the picture, the doors was 10sentimetres too short for the shelfing. So i needed to make some more cover from the sheet.
Right size sheet and some wood to attach it to the right depht with the doors.

Now the divider started to be ready. Some filling to broken shelf tops and paint.

Then there was the backside. We thouhgt to use some wallpaper for it.
At the start we thought to use clue for the paper, but it was too cellular and would suck too much clue... Gladly i found some wallpaper clue at the storage witch we used to attach the paper.

Finally we had to put some skirting... But before that...

These tables didnt work anymore here, so i needed to modify those too.
This lower table was already to modifyed to my sons room, so he could have lower countertop for hes toys... but now it had some more modification ahead.

I found 2x white legs from the attic, so just needed to attach those in place... but...
This filing capined didnt work ether anymore. I needet to modify the second leg for this, to raise it up (and removed the rollers under it) i cutted the 1 leg and made 3legs from that to raise the capinet.
Then i just uset the left over leg for the top and mounted it above the filingcapinet with woodpegs.

Had to use some corner irons for the table, so i could mount it to the wall

TABLES READY

Now the printer fits in the corner.
The i had to wrestle with the wiring... Almoust all the wiring was too short, so i had to buy lots of connectors to make the wiring longer and ofcourse needed to buy many metres more of the cablecover, so i could get the cables hide.

There also was 2 rooms that needed to be chanced.
So my sons old room came a questroom

Now we had some more room at the wardrobe and didnt have to line the cloths in the two lines.

Thats it. Now its nice to sleep in the new room. I spended 4 days for this renovation, but gladly it was long easter weekend so i got it done 😂
