TEE SE ITSE. KUPARILANKATYÖ. Puu no1.
(DIY. COPPERWIRE WORK. Tree no1. ENGLISH VERSION BELOW)

Eli ajattelin kirjotella nyt tällaisista kuparilanka töistä mitä kokeilin. Tai no yhden tein kokeilumielessä, ja voisin kyllä pari vielä väsätä enemmänki (Eri taktiikalla tietenki 😉)

Tämä ajatushan lähti semmosista bonzai puista mitä ihmiset on näperrelly erinäisistä rautalankoista.

Mullahan oli vähän kupariputkea, josta ajattelin tehdä rungon.
Tämän ensin leikkelin juuresta ja vääntelin myöhemmin perustaksi. Leikkasin reiät runkoon josta ajattelin pujotella lankaa läpi ja tehdä oksat. Pitihän se puhdistaakki kun oli niin hapettunut (Vaikka ei olisi tarvinnut lopulta)

Aika vähän, mutta luulin pärjääväni...
Sitten aiemmasta projektista käyttämätöntä monisäie lankaa, jota jäi minibaari projektista. En siihen tarvinutkun sen päällä olevan suojakuoren.

MONISÄIE KUPARILANKA

Ja sitten näitä kiviä jota kannoin vuosia sitten kotia räjäytystyömaalta...
Mulla kerran lensi koneesta yksi osa louheikkoon ja ette voi arvata sitä ihmetyksen määrää ku rupes löytymään kullan väristä kiveä metallinpaljastimella 😅

KULTAKIVI

Sen hetkisen auton perä oli meleko maassa ku kannoin peräkontin täyten kiviä ja vein kotia kukkapenkkiin.
Näitä jakelin sitte tutuillekkin ja ajattelin sitte vähä ottaa selvää mitä kiveä nämä oikein on... Tiiä vaikka kultaa 😂
Lähetin näytteen rovaniemelle jonnekkin geologiselle tutkimuslaitokselle ja ite kattelin googlesta vastaavuuksia. Ensimmäisenä lävähti ruudulle URAANI (luoonon uraani)

Soittelin sitte kaikille että pistää jonnekki jemmaan ne siksi aikaa ennenku saan selvyyden asialle. Tämähän jonkuverran säteilee ja saattaa aiheuttaa jos jonkinmoisia oireita (Suurina määrinä)
Sain sitten vastauksen ja se onneksi olikin kuparikiisua... vaikka oisha se ollu mukavampi ku ois ollu kymmeniä/satoja kiloja kultaa 😂

Sitten aloin tekee kupari puuta.
Ensin vääntelin kupariputken päät pohjaksi ja sommittelin kiviä sen ympärille.

PERUSTAN TEKO

Sitten ujutin kuparilankaa reijistä sisään ja jätin oksille silmukat jotka pyörittelin juuresta rullalle. Jätin ylös ja alas ylimääräistä jotta saisin myös ylös tehtyä oksia ja alas kiinnitettyä kivet langalla.

KIVIEN KIINNITYS

Nyt oli sitten aika lisätä alimmille oksille "lehdet"
Nyt tarvitsin sitä monisäikeistä kuparilankaa. Lanka pyöriteltiin suoraksi ja päistä kiinni ettei purkaannu. Oksan silmukkaan pyörittelemällä väljästi kiinni ja levittää säikeet tasaisesti. Pikkusen voi myös puristaa kiinni ettei lanka purkaannu.

Sitten pyöritellä loput oksat valmiiksi

LOPPU OKSIEN VALMISTUS

Nythä mulla oli sitte semmonen homma että kuparilankaa ei ollu tarpeeksi... eli tämä jäi vähäks aikaa
Ei kauaksi koska yhdeltä työmaalta purettiin vanhaa haperoa johtoa satoja metrejä pois, ja niissähän oli sisällä tätä yksisäikeistä kuparilankaa, 3 johtoa sisällä.

Tottakai kysyin heti että saiskoha sitä "vähän" yhteen projektiin.... ja sainki noin 100 metriä, mutta olihan se kova homma kuoria 😄

Joskus aikoinaan tuli kuorittua tuota ihan raha mielessä ja sainki monta kiloa kasaan... mutta muuton yhteydessä nakkelin sitte roskiin kaikki 😅

KUPARIN KUORINTA

Tämä mattopuukko kuorinta oli ihan hyvä tähän. Mattopuukkoa vaan liuttaa kuparisäikeitä vasten ja ulompi kuori kuoriutuu hyvin pois. Sisällähän oli 3 johtoa jotka piti kuoria sitten vielä erikseen. Sama homma näille, mutta jos johto on vähän mutkalla niin aika helposti veitsi tökkää lankaa vasten.

No nyt sitä sitten oli.

Nyt sain runkoputken päälystettyä kokonaan kuparia ympärille kietomalla.

Mietin että oisin päälystäny tämän jollai lakalla... hiuslakalla ehkä, mutta sitten päätin etten laita mittää aineita ja annan tummua. Katotaa jos se säilyy vuosia että miltä se sitten näyttää.
No eihä se nyt mikkää kummonen oo, mutta tulipahan tehtyä 😄 Eipä oo tämmösiä vielä tullu vastaan internetin ihmeellisessä maailmassa 😉
Mulla nyt jäi nii palio tuota lankaa ylimääräseksi että ajattelin vielä tehä parikin tälläista, eri versioina ja taktiikalla... Sitten on vielä yks projekti jota en vielä paljastakkaan, koska se on ehkä joskus sitten jos lankaa riittää 😉

DIY. COPPERWIRE WORK. Tree no1. ENGLISH VERSION

I thought i write about this copperwire work that i made. I made one, just to try it, and i could make few more (different patterns ofcourse 😉)

This idea came from those bonzai trees that people have made from wires and stuff.

I had this copperpipe that i thought to make the base for the tree.
I cutted this from bottom, that i later bended for stand. Also cutted few holes for the wire branches.
Had to clean this too, it was so oxidated (i wouldnt have to at the end)

Then i had these copperwires ("fencewires")

So small amount but i thought i could make it with these...
Then i had this many threat wire from my previous minibar project that i didnt use. I onlu needed the top cover from this.

And then these rocks that i carryed years ago from the blast site...
One day i lost a piece of the machine to rocks and i started to look for it with metalditector. U cant think the surprice that i had when the whole rock pile started to pleep and these gold colored stones emerged 😅

The car that i had at the time was pretty low when i drived to home whit the pile of rocks at the trunk. I just took the rocks and planted them to our flower bench.
I cae some to my friends and family and i thought i start to discover what these are... Mayby gold  😂

I sended one samble to geologig research institute, and i looked from the google for matches....
First thing that popped to my screen was URANIUM (Natural uranium)

I had to call all my friends and family to put the rocks to some safe place before i get the answer from the institute. These rocks radiate abit and causes some symptoms (large amounts)
I finally got the answer and it was chalcopyrite... but it would be nice to have tens / hundrets of kilos gold 😂

Then the copper tree.
First i bended the copperpipe end to base and started to plan the rocks for the base.

Then i foisted the wire through the holes and turnet them, so thei would look like a loop.
I left some exessive wire to top and bottom so i could make top branches and connect the stones to bottom with wire.

Then it was time to make the "leafs" to bottom branches.
Now i needed the many threat wire. Wire needed to rortate straight and close from the ends so it wont unravel. Then just rotate the wire to the loops, and spread the wire evenly. U can push them abit so the wont unravel.

Now i had the proplem with the wire. I didnt have enough to finish this... so it waited a while.
Not long because i had one worksite that was chancing all the electric wires for lights, and we chanced hundreds of meters of that.
These old wires had those 1 threat wires inside, 3 wire per cable.

Imidietly i asked if i could have some for my project... and i did, about 100 metres. The thoughest part was the peeling 😄

Long ago i peeled these to make some money, and got many kilos... but when i did move, i just tossed them to trash  😅, so that was a waste of time

WIRE PEELING

This box cutter knife was good for this job. Just slide the cutter ovet the copper wires and the outer cable takes off easily. Then there the 3 threats that needs to be peeled seperatly. Same thing for these. But if the wire is bended, the cutter will stuck onece in a while.

Now i covered the whole base pipe with the wire, by rotating it around the pipe

I thought i cover this with some varnishspray... mayby hairspray. But i thought i let it be and oxydide in time. Lets see if this keeps in the family and what it looks like in the 50 years 😉

Havent seen one that was made like this in the internet yet😉

I have so mauch this copperwire that i thought i make few more of these, with different patterns and styles... then i have this one project with the wire that i cant reveal yet, because i dont know if im able to make it... mayby if theres enough wire 😉
