Etiskelin tuossa ykspäivä Youtubesta vähä videoita moottoreista ja mite sais rakennettua hyvän ja halvan sähkömoottorin esim, pyörään.
No sieltähä se lopulta pompahti naamalle. Vanhasta laturista. Videossa näytti että vääntöä riittäs ja muuntaminen moottoriksi ei ois kovin vaikeaa.
No sittehä se alako laturin metästys.
LATURI
Tuommosta joku ehotti sitte Facebookin ostetaan myydään palstalla, ja meinas että on ku uus. -ei oo käytetty ku kerran paikallaa 😂. Muaha se ei haitannu ku halvalla sain ja myyjä vanno että se toimii (20e) .Ensin ostin kyllä työkaverilta yhel laturin (tai no vaihoin 6päkkiin😉), mutta se ei toiminu halutulla tavalla 😟
Sittehä se piti ootella kiinasta tämmöstä muunninta pari viikkoa (12e + toimitus, muistaakseni)
MUUNTAJA
Parempi ois tietenki tullu näillä...
Näitähä käytetää enemmänki nuissa sähköpyörissä ja mopoissa, mutta tämmösellä saa tuon laturin muutettua moottoriksi. Kyllähä se vähä tietenki vaatii muutaki kikkailua, mutta ei mittää liian vaikiaa.
Esim Diodejen purku laturista ja johtojen jatkaminen, ja hiilien asentaminen takas ilman sitä diodi boxia.
LATURIN PURKU JA KASAUS
Tämä oliki semmone helppo laturi josta tuli 3 johtoa. Sitte o semmosia joista tullee esim 6 johtoa... Niistä mitataa mitkä on yhdessä (piipparilla) ja ne sitte yhistettään ja jatketaan kolmena johtona muuntajalle. MUTTA jos onki 7 johtoa nii semmonen joka juuresta on yksinäinen, nii se jää rauhaan, eli ei mennä liittämää sitä mihinkää vaikka kuin haluttas 😃 esim, jotenki näin ...
LATURIN KYTKENTÄ
Jep, siinähä ei tullu mittää kaaviota nuista johdoista mukana, mutta onneks ne löyty netistä, mutta ei nekkää ihan samanlaiset ollu.
No ei sinä, kokkeilin vähä yhistellä johtoja, ja sainki parit poksut aikaseks ku johot osu yhtee 😂
ja joka kerta pelotti että paloko moottori/muuntaja vai hajosko akku. No ei onneks. Sehä kannattas aina laittaa jänkunäköstä suojaa johoille, tai vaikka teippiä niitte ympärille ku rupiaa testailee 😒
Sittehä se oli tuo alusta millä ajella. Ensin ajattelin ottaa käyttöö tämän vaimon ´´kukkaruukun´´
KOLMIPYÖRÄ
mutta sanomistaha siitä ois tullu 😅 (ois ollu heleppo asentaa akut ja moottori tuoho takalaatikkoo)
Sittehä mulla oli tämmönen Alukärry eli dolly
KÄRRY eli DOLLY
Tähän ajattelin että tekis ohjauksen ja loputha tuliski iha itestää... No penkin ehinki tehä, no melekee kokonaa. Mulla löyty hyllyltä edellisestä piharemontista 2 pulloa saumausvaahtoa. Ne suhhuuttelin muovin päälle kerroksittain, välillä annoin kuivua. Sitte leikkasin muotoon (no ainaki melkein) ja koversin alapuolelle tilan johon mahtu 3 pientä akkua piiloon...(Näyttää muute tuossa ekassa kuvassa... no, jokkaine päätelköö ite 😄)
Sitte tuli se tenkkapoo, tuoha o kova ku kivi ajjaa, siihehä pitäs saaha jousituski. Äääh, oiskoha parempaa alustaa ku ruveta värkkää tuosta. (käytetää joskus johonki muuhu projektiin 😉)
Tais taas olla jossai facebookin ihmeellisessä maailmassa ku kyselin polkuauton resua (ei tarvi olla kunnossa)... Sitte lätkähti YV, eli semmonen yksityisviesti, jos joku ei satu tietää 😂 (on sitte AV, YV, Jono, Epätoivojono, PC,CV,JGV, ja vaikka PANASONIC, mutta nehä voi vaikka googlettaa jos mennee yli ymmärryksen 😂 ja monesti itellä kyllä menneeki)
Nii siis YV tuli ja joku nainen tarjos resua polkuautoa 20€ Iistä. Ei kuulemma voinu polkia.

Mulleha passas paremmin ku hyvin. Ajattelin ettei mikkää voi nii rikki olla etteikö sitä sais korjattua 😎
No Tämmöne se oli, ja mahtu pikkupösön takakonttiinki heittämällä ku oli penkitki kaajettu.... Ja oikiasti heittämällä, että sai vähä runnottua takaovia kii 😏
No oliha se vähä enemmä rikki ku ajattelin. mutta korjattavissa kumminki. Sehä poitsu halus samalla maalia pintaa, nii sehä piti hioakki 😉 Poika hio muoveja ja minä muokkasin laakereita polkimiin, ku siellä ei semmosia ollukkaa.
Nut oli sitte väriä pinnassa. Ostin kyllä purkin liian vähän, mutta kuulemma kelpas. -Sehä on niinku maastokuvioinen- Poika sano 😄 No ehotin kyllä että vielä kerran maalattas ku jäi nii laikukkaaks, mutta ku oli nii kiire saaha ees tuo polkuauto valmiiks että pääsee ajelee, nii unohin sitte kokohomman.
POLKUAUTO
Viikonpäivät se ajeliki tuolla ja minä koitin ettiä kiilapyörää ja remmiä millä saatas veto akselille. Sitte päätettii viikonloppuna että ruvetaa testailee moottori paikallee ku osatki löyty. Myyjä ite kysy Tarviketorilla että palio maksat pyörästä ku löyty jostai varaosalaatikosta 😃 10€ maksoin, yritti se myyä niitä kaikkia (n10kpl erinlaisia), mutta mtä mää niillä nyt oisin teheny 😆
Akseli piti katkasta ja pujottaa pyörä akseliin. Sittehä se piti taas hitsata kii, ja yrittää saaha mahollisimman suoraa. No pikku vipatustaha se jäi tekemää mutta se ei tunnu ennää ajaessa.
AKSELI
Puuilosta hirviästi kulmarautaa ja pultteja että sai ruveta väsäämään kiinnikettä runkoon. Lopulta sen siihe sainki sillai ettei se luista löysäksi, ja kiristysvaraaki jäi jos hihna löystyy. Sitten tein vanhasta pesukoneen sivupellistä (jonka säästin, ku arvasin että sitä joskus saattaa tarvita just tämmöseksi suojapelliksi 😂) suojapellin remmille, ettei räpsähä jaloille jos katkiaa. Ja sitä peltiä riitti myös akkujen pohjaksi tuohon harvaan runkoon. Sen kiinnitin vaan läpipulteilla. Ja suoja vielä moottorin päähän, pikkupyörän ketjusuojasta.
Ja penkkiäki piti nostaa että sai akut penkin alle piiloon.
Sitte leikeltii vähä vastamaalattua koteloa ja istutettii se kaikkien näitte härpäkkeitten päälle. Tarrojaha pojan piti saaha laittaa niinku kaikki isommat pojatki laittelee moppoihin 😏
Käsijarruha se piti lisätä kans. Sen otin myös resusta pikkupyörästä ja laitoin rungon alle, kumijarrun osumaan renkaaseen ku jarrukahvaa painaa.

Videon jälkeen lisäsin vielä autoon Nopeusmittarin (kiinasta 2€) Pikkusen se heittää ku renkaat on nii pienet, voishan sen laittaa maileiksi ja säätää kilometrit kohillee 😃
Ja sitten lisäsin kans 12volttisen ja 24volttiset lataus pultit, nii ei tarvi purkaa koko härveliä että saa akut ladattua. tuoho hiilille menevään akkuun piti laittaa väliin katkasin, joka katkasee jatkuvan virran moottorille. Kuluttaa muuten akun loppuun itsekseen.
Siinäpä se. Nyt on lapsilla sähköauto 😊 Tehtiin me tuosta dollystä väliaikanen peräkärry, että pojat pääsi kakspäällä ajelee. Mutta oliha ne nuo renkaat siinä nii iso ääniset että naapuritki heräs, vaikkei ollu ees kotona 😂 ei ollu oikei hyvä, mutta väliaikaseks passas kyllä, myös kuljetus kontin kans

ELECTRIC PEDAL CAR
One day looked videos at youtube for engines and how to build good and cheap motor, example for bike.
There it jumped to my face at last. From old alternator. Video made motor seem like it has torgue and it wasnt too hard to convert to motor.
Well, then i only had to find alternator...
ALTERNATOR
That what someone suggested at facebook buy and sell site, and he told that it was almous like new, only once had it at his car 😂. I didnt care, as long as it worked, and the seller swore that it did (for 20€) At first i did buy alternator from work buddy (well, i trade it for six pack of beer😉), but i couldnt get it to work like it suppose to 😟
Then i waited for this transformer from china 2 weeks (12€ + shipping, i think)
Better solution would been these...
These are used more in the ebike and scooters, but whit these you can convert the alternator to motor. It reguires some playing around but nothing very hard.
Example the diode removal, extending the wires and putting back the coals whitout the diodepack.
ALTERNATOR DEMOLITION AND MOUNT BACK TOGETHER
I had the easy alternator that had 3 wires. Then theres alternators that have 6 or 7 wires... From those u use voltage meter and the from that the piip (connect setting?) You try what wires are connected and join them together. When finished, u should have 3 wires that you extend and pull out of the alternator. BUT if theres 7 wires at coil. there should be a wire that has only 1 wire at the start, leave that alone, dont connect it to anywhere even if youd like to 😄 heres some example...
ALTERNATOR CONNECTIONS
Ok, there didnt come any diagram from the wiring. I found some from the site that i ordered it, but they werent exatly the same.
Well, i had to try connect the wires, and i got few electric shocks when the wires hit together 😂
Every time i was afraid thet the motor, regulator or some bettery has broken. well cladly not. You always should cover the exposed wires, even when u just test 😅😒
Then the chassy, where could i find one... First i thougt that i use my wifes ´´flowerpot´´
SMALL TRIBIKE
Mayby i have enough survival instict that i think of something else😅 (It would been easy to install the batterys and the motor to backbox)
Then i had this cart

First i thought that i do steering for this one and the last elements comes by itself... I did the seat, well almoust. From previous renovations i had 2 bottles of seamfoam. Those i sprayed over the plastic at layers, letting it dry at every layer. Then i cut it to form (almoust) and gouge at bottom the space that would hidethe 3 batterys...(At the first picture it looks like... well, you deside 😄)
Then came the wall. The tires were so hard, that i should make somekind of suspension.... Naah, I should find new chassy than start to work on that one. (Mayby i use it to some other project😉)
I Think it was again some facebook wonderland that i asked about some pedal car (broken one also) Then there came PM, so called private message, if someone doesnt know😂 (Then theres IR (initial resevation), PM, Line, despair line. PC, CV, JBL, Fu"#¤ even PANASONIC, You can google them if it goes over your head, it happens to me many times 😂)
So, PM came and some woman offered pedal car for 20€ at 30km away. She sayd it cant be pedaled...

That suited me better that well. I thought that nothing can be so broken that it cant be fixed 😎
Here it is. It fitted our little peogeot great, backseats was also down. I just throw it there... yes, literally, so i could push the back door close 😏
PEDAL CAR
It was broken more than i thought. but fixable. My boy wanted to paint it at the same time, so it had to be grinded first😉. Young one grinded while i made the bearings for pedals. That was tricky, because there were 😒
Now it had color. I bought 1 can of spray too little, but my boy told it was good. -I´s like the camoufalge- 😄 Well i suggested that we paint it more cause its so spotted, but he had to have it soon as plausible so i ditched that idea.
PEDAL CAR
For a week he used the pedal car, when i tried to find wedgewheel and belt that we could get the pull to axle. Then we disided at weekend to start putting the motor to car, bacause we had most of the parts. Wedgewheel seller found part from some sparepart box and asked me what i would bay for it... i got it for 10€. He tryed to sold me every wheel that he had (about 10pieces), but what would i do whit them 😆
Axle had to be cut so i could but the wedgewheel in. Then i had to weld it back together, straight as plausible.. .well it had some tremor, but so little that you dont feel it while driving.
AXLE
From store i got lot of angle iron and bolts so i could start making the mount for motor. Had to wrestle sometime, but at last i got the motor in so that i didnt slide lose, and there was some room for tightening if the belt gets loose. Then i made cover from old washing machine sheet (That i saved for things like this 😉) for the motor and the belt, so that it would not hit your legs if it brakes. There was enough sheet to make the battery holder at back of the car, that i mounted whit bolts. Then i made little cover for motor and from small broken down bike chaincover.
And i had to lift the bench so that the battery´s had enough room to fit under the bench
Then we had to cut the freshly painted car cover and mount it over all these stuff. My boy wanted some stickers to put on the car, like older boys do whit their mopeds 😏
Handlebar brake had to be installed too, so it would have easyer stop than the handbrake That i took also from the old small bike. Brake mounted near back tire so it would hit it when pushed the brake..

After making the video, i also put speedometer to it. (from china 2€) It shows little wrong the speed cause so little tires. If i chance it to Miles/hour and but it to little closer to center, mayby then it would show miles that it goes for Kilometers 😃 if you know what i mean 😆
And then i made charging the batterys easyer. Bolts for 12 volt (coils) and for motor 24volts, so that you dont have to dissembly whole car to charge it.
Had to put switch to 12volt wiring for coils so that it didnt empty the batterys by its own
Thats that. Now the children has electric paddle car 😊 We also tested the cart for trailer so that the boys could drive together. But the tires was so hard like i said, that it maked so loud noise that the neighbor woke up, even when he was not home 😂 Was not good, but worked for the time that needed, also whit container cart
