Tässä vähän kylppäri rempasta.
Tämähä oli melekosen näkönen ku tähän muutettii. Oli puuta, vaaleaa kaakelia seinissä, joissa kuvioita ja sitte vielä vaalean ruskeat lattia kaakelit

VANHA PESUHUONE (2010)

                                                       
Määhä olin sillo töissä tuolla etelä-suomessa, nii enimmän osan teki vaimon veli. Se o heleppo delegoia ku ite ei pääse paikalle 😉
Voin muute kertoa että murskahomma o meleko rankkaa, varsinki ku tehhään pitkää päivää ja tonneja pittää hakata kalliosta mahollisimman palio. Mutta mielelläähä  sitä tekkee ku rahhaa tullee sitä mukkaan tilille mitä murska pyörii.
Meillähä oli asuntokoppi (laivakontista tehty) siinä lähellä murskaa, jos joku meni pahemmin rikki nii siitähä pääsi hyvin avuksi 😉 Kahessa tuurissa tehtiin ja yöllä tehtiin sitte remontit, ettei vaan menny tehokas murska-aika hukkaan jos vehkeet toimi (ja eihä ne monesti toiminukkaa 😒).
Siellähä tuli hyvinki uni ku murska halako kiveä ja samalla ite laski tonneja niinku jotku laskee lampaita, aivan ku linnunlaulua
                     

MURSKAMIES

Kyllähä se aina Vi"/%¤# ku hommat ei pelitä, mutta ei se sen kummempaa oo missää muuallakkaa. Työporukkaha sen ilmapiirin tekkee ja tuolla se toimi hyvin. Mutta siitä sitte vaikka myöhemmin.

Eli siis. Ensinhän nuita pesuhuoneen kaakeleita ´´paranneltiin´´ vaa dc-fixillä. En oo varma että oisko tuohon aikaan vielä ollu olemassa sitä kaakeli maalia, ja miten lie sitte kestää märkätiloissa
               

DC FIX KAAKELIT (2010)

Mutta sitte alko täys remontti. Piikkauskoneella kaakelit irti... Mutta niinku monessa näissä vanhemmissa kohteissa, siellähä oli laitettu laatat vanhojen laattojen päälle. Alemmat laatat oli hyvin kiinni, joten niitä ei tarvinu ennää alkaa
             

PESUHUONEEN PURKU

Sittehä se piti piikata lattiaki auki että saatais asennettua pönttö pesuhuoneeseen. Meillä ku on tämä pesuhuone erillisessä rakennuksessa ja sehä rupiaa aina pissattaa ku sinne pääsee. Ja oha se mukavampi ettei tarvi parin saunaoluen välissä lähtä juoksentelleen alasti tuonne päärakennukseen ja aiheuttaa vesivahinkoa lattioihin, eikä traumoja ohi käveleville ihmisille jos ne sattuu just sillä hetkellä kattelee tuolta aidan välistä

UUDEN PUTKEN JA KAIVON ASENNUS

Tässäkihä kävi pikku vahinko piikatessa. Sieltähä meni tuo erillinen vanha patteriputki poikki joka mennee saunaan. Mutta se vaan tulpattiin ku lämpöputki/patteri remppa oli tulossa (joskus 😊).
Taiettiin hankkia kaikki litkut ja massat K-raudasta (Kiilto). Mutta pensselit, rullat, tasottimet ja sekottimet Puuilosta, ku siellä o oikiasti nii palio halvempaa.
Uuden kaivon asennus ja poistoputki pöntölle. Sementillä täyttö. (Ei kuvaa)

Märkätilojen tartunta pohjaa (startprimer) pintaan ja hienoinen tasoitus.

Sitte vielä tartunta vesieristeelle (Keraprimer), Vedeneristys nauhaa nurkkiin ja kaivolle. Sitten vesieristys 2x niin ettei jää aukkoja/reikiä.
(taisin olla just sillon reissussa enkä ollu kuvaa ottanu tästäkään, mutta tässä kuva suihkunurkasta miltä sen pitää näyttää vesieristyksen
                           

VESIERISTYS

Sitte alko laatotus. Näitä laattojakkaa ei ollu kovin helppo valita. Kyllä kierrettiin monta kertaa laattaosasto ja kanneltiin mukana laattaa että mikä sopi mihinki. Mutta lopultaha se hinta ratkasee. Jottai poista laattaa löyty halvalla lattiaan ja seinään (jopa väritki kelpas) ja sitte tuommosta korostus (tai mitälie) laattaa seinien ala ja ylä päähän. Siinähä ne. Ei muutako laatottaan. Kattokaaha tuo kallistus kunnolla vatupassilla ku laatotatte, ettei vesi jää seisomaan
                         

LAATOITUS

Sitten saumaus ku laattalaasti on
                             

SAUMAUS

Me tehtiin saumaus harmaalla saumalaastilla, joka sopi omasta mielestä paremmin ku hyvin laattojen väriin, seinien ja lattian.
Wc-pönttä taiettii käyä hakemassa bauhausista, ku oli joku alennus. Sitte pöntön, suihkun ja patterin asennus. Pitihä se patteriki maalata harmaaksi että sopi sisustukseen

SUIHKUN, PÖNTÖN JA PATTERIN ASENNUS

Saunan ovi lähti kans vaihtoon. Siinä käviki hyvä tuuri. Olin sillon Imatralla kiviä pienentämässä, ku työkaveri teki saunaremonttia samaan aikaan. Sillä jäi just sopivan kokonen ovi ylimääräseks ja se passas mulle. Entisessä ovessa oli kirkkaat lasit ja tässä tämmöset rypylät. Tässä 70luvulla rakennetussa talossa on nii kapiat nuo ovet että ei mielellää rupiais isontaa oviaukkoa ja tekemään lisähommaa itelle. Oven maalaus ja paikolleen
                           

SAUNAN OVI

Valokatkasimet ja lamput uusittiin myös.
Ja tietenki siihe tarvi väliseinän ettei kastu jos joku haluaa istua kakalla samaan aikaan ku toinen on suihkussa
                           

LASISEINÄ

Katto käsiteltiin tummalla saunasuojalla kaksi kertaa että saatiin tummempi tulos. Ensin tietenki hiottiin vanha lakka pois laudoista.
Siinäpä se, Nyt on ollu semmonen pesutila mitä ei tarvi rempata seuraavaan 20 vuoteen ainakaa 😊

Remontissa käytetyt aineet (ainaki suurimmaksi osaksi)

Tässähä samalla tehtiin pientä päivitystä saunaan, mutta siitä prosessista kirjotan myöhemmin. On muute semmonen sauna että kelepaa kylypiä. Ite oon ainaki meleko ylpeä lopputuloksesta.

HOUSE RENOVATION vol2 BATHROOM

Here´s some about bathroom renovation.
This looked like sh"¤" when we moved in, to be honest 😉 There was wood, light ceramic tile whit some pictures in them and then there was light brown tiles at the floor 😨
                   OLD BATHROOM (2010)

I was workin at different countys at the moment so my wifes brother did the most work. It´s easy to delegate when you cant get to site 😉
About my work. I can tell you that in crushing industry it´s very rough, specially when you do long hours and have to break rocks like the madman. But its very nice if the machine works and money comes to your acount while jaws rotate and conveyor spits rock.
We had small flat that was made out of chipping container, near our crushers. If something broke badly, you could go and help whitout warning time 😉 We worked in two shifts and made repairs at nigt, so that we didnt lose any presious crushing time, only if the crushers worked (But many times they didnt 😒).
Sleeping was easy. when the jaws split some stones and coveyor spit rocks, you could count the tons, like some people count sheeps. Its like birds sings to your ears 😂
                           CRUSHING MAN

Yes, it isnt always like dancing on the roses, but i dont think its any different anywhere else. Coworkers make the atmosphere and there it was great. But mayby i write about this later.

So. First of all, those tiles needed some ´´improvement´´ so we used Dc-fix . I dont know was there any paint for tiles at the time, and how would it last at wet spaces 😕

But then started the whole renovation. First we removed the old tiles (spike machine?) ... But like in so many old houses there was two layers old tiles. Older tiles was mounted good, so didnt have to remove those.
                 BATHROOM DEMOLITION

Then we had to open up the floor, so that we could but in some new pipes for toilet and new well. In this house we have carage,bathroon,fireplace room,utility room and sauna in different building. Everytime when u go sauna, it starts to pee when u get there. So we thought it would be nice to have toilet in there too, so that u dont have to run naked to different building and cause water damage to floors and traumas to some neighbor that happens to look trough your fence while u run in 😄
       NEW PIPE AND WELL ISTALLATION

In this project too hapend some accident. i spiked trough the heating pipe that goes to saunas rasiator. I had to plug it so it doesnt leak. We had heating pipe and radiator renovation coming up, so it doesnt matter 😊
We bought all our mass and liquid´s at K-Rauta (Shine was the most used brand). But the brushes,rollers,mixers and levelers we bought at puuilo store, because everything in there is cheaper 😊
New well and pipes in and fill whit cement (no picture of it)

Wetspace contact primer (startprimer) to surface and leveling.

Then contact for water insulator (Keraprimer), Water insulation board for corners and well. Then water insulation two times, so that theres no caps and holes.
(I was workin at this stage and didnt get the picture, but here pict that it should look when the insulation is nicely done and water proof)
                            VESIERISTYS

Then started the tile work. These tiles werent easy to pick. We circled around the store many times whit some tiles at hand and compared them to different ones, but at the end the price is what matters when u have budget.Then we found some outlet tiles for floor and walls that had the colors that we wanted and the price was cheap 😆 and some highlighting (or whatever) tiles for the upper and lower wall. Now we had all the tiles and water proofing. So, just start the tiling. U Should look the leveling whit bubble tube, so that water goes to well and doesnt stand at the tile.

Then the seaming when the plaster has dryed.

We did the seaming whit gray gruot that suited well to tile colors.
Toilet we got from bauhaus, because it was on sale.
Then the toilet, shover and the radiotor instal. Had to paint the radiotor to grey that it fitted for all other colors 😄
    SHOVER, TOLET AND RADIATOR INSTAL

Sauna door had to be chanced too, and i had good luck whit it. I was working at Imatra county crushing some rocks and my work buddy made some sauna renovation too, so he had spare door for me.Old door had the clear class and this had some texture in it so it looked better. These 70´s houses has so narrow doors that it´s not easy to find fitting door for them, and didnt want to start extend the door for this renovation. I painted the door and istalled it to place.
                             SAUNA DOOR

Light switch and the light is new too.
And ofcourse it needed glass wall, if someone has to poop when someone is in the shower so that they wont get wet 😆
                            GLASS WALL

Roof i processed whit dark Sauna cover twice so that it got darker. First i had to sand the old varnish off.
And thats that, now we had bathroom that i dont have to renovate at least 20 years😊

I did do some sauna renovation at the same time, but i write about that later.
Thats the sort of sauna that makes my own jaw drop everytime i go there, and thats something 😂 i´m very proud of that project.
