SÄHKÖPYÖRÄ, PYYHKIJÄN MOOTTORISTA
(ELECTRIC BIKE FROM WINDSHIELD WIPERMOTOR. ENGLISH VERSION BELOW)

Nonii, eli sähkö pyörä. Tässäki tuli kokkeiltua pariaki eri vaihtoehtoa ennenku löyty semmonen toimiva mitä pystyy käyttäänki ilman että johot sulaa tai muutevaa syttyy tuleen.

Ensimmäinen versio oli tuohon pojan pikkupyörään scootterin startista.
Sehä oli tytön vanha pyörä ja pinkki, nii pitihä se maalata pojalle ja pistää pari tarraaki kylkee 😄

KULTA MAALI, PÄÄKALLO TARRAT

Vetoha tuli sitte kitkalla. Startin päähän kauhiasti tavaraa että sai vähä pitopintaa rengasta vasten.

Se toimi eka kerralla ihan hyvin pari sekunttia ennenku johot suli 😂
Alotin liian ohuilla johoilla jotka ei kestäny sitä virtaa. Mutta oliha siinä semmonenki vika ettei starttia oo tehty jatkuvalle virralle, se joko ylikuumenee tai palaa kokonaa... eikä oo varmaa vieläkää keksitty miten sitä vois käyttää moottorina. Ei varmaan auta vaikka käyttäs puolella virralla.

Tässä välissähä mulla oli tekkeillä itellekki pyörä. Näin jostai youtube videosta että pyykkikonneesta sais hyvän moottorin tehtyä.
No sitte yks päivä äitiltä jäi toimiva pyykkikone joka oli menosa kaatopaikalle. HEP, minä otan sen 😄

PESUKONNEEN MOOTTORI

Tässähä oli vaa semmonen jutska että tämä toimi 240voltilla, mutta kuulemma toimii myös vähemmällä virralla ku kytkee oikein...
Tähän taisin ihan akutki käyä ostaa, maksokoha 20€ kpl, ja parikappaletta ostin 😉

Otin myös pikku sähköiskun ku tein näitä kytkentöjä... iha vähä vaa otta käsi kipiää 😅

SÄHKÖPALO

3x 12volts = 36volt. Tuon verran oli virtaa tätä moottoria varten.
Kitka vedolla tämäki. Eli pieni rengas moottorin päähän ja kumia vasten.
(Pyöränki olin just kaverilta ostanu vanhan tilalle, mutta ku oli talvi nii ehti testailla tätä tähän)

PESUKONEMOOTTORI PYÖRÄ

Kyllä se rengasta pyöritti ihan hyvinki tallissa, mutta ku koitti lähtä ajelee pihalle nii lumiha se sinne kerty eikä moottori muuta teheny ku sutannu...
Eikä varmaa ois riittäny muutenkaa tehot tuossa vanhassa pesukonneen moottorissa...
En sitte tiiä miten tämä projekti unohtu, mutta tekemistä oli varmaa iha tarpeeksi muutenki.

Mutta palataampa tähän 1 versio sähköpyörään. Mikähä lie päähän pisto tämäki oli, mutta ensin meinasin että ois tehny vartaan pyörittäjän mökille. Siihehä ois voinu vaikka porsaan nakata ja antaa rauhassa pyöriä nuotion päällä 😋 mutta ku oli nii huono tuo eka versio sähköpyörästa nii ajatteli istuttaa pyyhkijän moottorin tähän. Ois ainaki semmonen mikä o suunniteltu jatkuvaan käyttöön ja varmasti poika tykkäis ku pääsis taas ajelee sähköpyörällä.

Romuttamolta sitte pyyhkijän moottori. Joku vanhan saabin moottori, mutta toimiva 20€

Tässä oli ketjuveto attä oli paljo vakaampi vauhti. Tangossa päälle pois nappi, mutta kiihtyvyys ja vauhtihan ei ollu mikkää päätähuimaava 😄
(Moottorissa on muuten monta eri kytkentä vaihtoehtoa nopeudelle, ottakaa selvää, tai ihan vaan kokkeilemalla 😄)

No nyt oli sitte taas peli. Joka päivähä poitsu tuolla ajeli. Otettii vielä nuo jalkarauat pois että sai potkutella jos akku loppu.
Kunnes... takarengas meni puhki 😕

TUSSU RENGAS

Oli jo meleko huonossa hapessa tämä vanha pikkupyörä ja poitsuki tarvi jo vähä isomman menopelin. Oliha meillä tuo aiemmin tehty moottorisaha pyörä.
Enhän minä voinu sen ajella tämmösellä, nii sehä piti purkaa että sai pyörän.

Siinä oli nii isot äänet ettei palio viittiny ajella täällä asutusalueella. Nykyäänkö ihmiset on nii saa&%#¤" kukkahattuja ettei mittää kärsi tehä, heti soitetaa poliisit... Mittää kivvaa ei voi tehä nykypäivänä 😆

PYYHKIJÄN MOOTTORISTA TEHTY PYÖRÄ

Polkimetha piti muokata jalkatuiksi ku siihe hättää ei löytyny nuin pientä monirattaista takarengasta, enkä jaksanu ite ruveta semmosta värkkäämäänkää.

SÄHKÖPYÖRÄ

Tämä on toiminu jo liianki kauan.
Nuilla välityksillähä pystyy sääteleen sitte nopeutta ja vedon voimaa. Nämä välitykset nyt passas tähän ku ei ollu ylimääräsiä hammasrattaita 😂

Okay so, electric bike. I tryed few options before got to one that worked and didnt melt the wires or catch on fire 😆

First version was from scooter start to sons small bike.
It was originally pin so i had tu make it suitable for my son. Some gold paint and flaming scull stickers😄

GOLD PAINT AND FLAMING SCULL STICKERS

Traction made whit friction. To start end i had to put lot of stuff to make friction enough it to move the bike.

It worked few minutes well before the wires melted 😂
I started whit too thin wires that couldnt stand the current. But there was also problem whit the startmotor. Its not made to run continuously, it over heats or burns... I dont think anyone has invented how to run it as motor. I dont think that i can take current even if u run it whit 50% currency.

SCOOTER START MOTOR BIKE

Meanwhile i had project to myself aswell. I saw some youtube video that washingmachine motor would work in bike motor.
My mother was throwing her old washer to dumb (Still working one) -ME, I´ll take it 😄

WASHINGMACHINE MOTOR

This motor had a trick. This works whit 240 volts, but i heard that it can run whit lower voltage if you just connect it correctly....
I think i bought new scooter batterys for this one, 2 of them 😉
Just had to wire it...

WASHINGMACHINE CONNECTION PART

3x 12volts = 36volt. That´s the voltage i had for this motor
I took little shock while connecting the wires... just a little burn 😅

ELECTRIC BURN

This one was too whit friction pull. Small tire to end of the motor and pull it toward the bike wheel.
(I bought this bike from friend. It was winter so i had time to install the motor for this)

WASHINGMACHINE MOTOR BIKE

It rotated wheel pretty good, but when i tested it outside it just jammed snow between the wheel and motor and just slided over the tire...
(I did take pictures and video, but seems i´ve lost them somewhere 😔)
I dont think the power would be enough anyway from this old motor...
I dont know why i gave up on this. Mayby i just had too many projects at the same time.

But lets return to this 1st edition electric bike. I dont know where i got this idea, but i thought i would do scewer rotator to capin from windshied wipermotor. U could pierce whole pork to rotate slowly over the fire. 12 volt battery can handle long time spinning (just like in the car) 😋
But son wanted electrick bike so i thought i just but this to that. Son would love to get back on electrick bike.

From scrapyard old saab windshield wipermotor at 20€, not bad. (and the mounting it to frame)
This one had chain pull to make it more stable pulling.
(Motor has many wiring modes for speed, figure them out, or just test how they work 😄)

WINDSHIELD WIPERMOTOR BIKE

Now son had electrick bike. Everyday i had to charge the battery and it was very much in use. We also took pedals away so he could use legs if battery was empty.
Untill... Back tire was flat 😕

FLAT TIRE

It was pretty worn out bike already and son needed bigger bike. We had that earlyer made chainsaw bike... I could not let him drive this motor vehicle, so i dismantlet it for the bike.

It had so loud nice that u could not drive in this suburb area. Nowdays people are so fuc%"# flowerhat people that they call police from smallest thing... Cant do anything fun these days 😆

well anyway. Wipermotor to it so it doesnt bother anyone whit the noice 😆

WIPERMOTOR BIKE

I had to modify pedas for leg support, because i could not find small many gearwheeled back tire at that point, i just didnt want to start making one.

ELECTRIC BIKE

This has worked for too long 😄
Those gears u can change the pulling force or speed. I only had few option in carage so these was good for this one 😂 (i dont know if u can but some moment transduser for pull, for moor power)

ENGLISH VERSION BELOW

Sain kuulkaas tämmösen scootterin vaimon siskolta. Tämähä on ollu mökillä jo meleko kauan peltomopona noin 7 vuotta ja 2 niistä seissy varastossa resuna. Mietin että rupianko laittaa tähän sähkömoottorin vai laitanko kuntoo... voiha sillä sitte joku ajella jos budjetti kovin nousee. Mutta jos pääsee vähällä rahalla nii voin myös myyä jollekki vaikka ensi mopoks. Eihä tämmösellä vanhalla kiinan mopolla palio saa, muutako tekemisen iloa 😉

VANHA SCOOTTERI

Sitte ajattelin että jos rupian värkkää tuon 5,5hepan sähkömoottorin tuohon nii sehä pitäs joko katsastaa tai viiä semmoseen paikkaan mihin ei vahingossakkaa poliisit eksys (jos sillä ajella meinaa)
...varmaan parempi ku kunnostaa vaa.

SÄHKÖMOOTTORI

Mutta eihä sekkää nii heleppoa ollu. Ei ollu papereita eikä löytyny omistajalta tietoja trafin sivvuilta.
No rupesin sitte kaivelee runkonumerot ja viestiä trafille. Löyty 2€lla tiedot. Normaali liikenne poisto 7/2012 En kyllä vielä tiiä miten sen saa rekisterriin, mutta se o myöhemmin se 😅

SCOOTTERI OSINA

Oli kyllä semmonen muovihässäkkä että en tiiä saanko ennää ikinä kokkoon, mutta seki homma o sitte myöhemmin. Koitin kyllä laittaa kaikki ruuvit ja pultit sinne mistä ne irrotinki, mutta ainaha niitä pari hukkuu matkalla 😉

Ensimmäisenä tietenki kattoa vauriot, mikä on pakollista pistää kuntoon...

SCOOTTERIN TAKAVALO (RIKKI)

Takavaloha oli eka minkä huomasin, sen lisäksi ettei se muutenkaa toiminu 😄
Laitan tämän seuraavaan juttuun ku en oo vielä tässä päässy eteenpäin.

Toinen asia minkä huomasin oli etupää. Jousitus oli miten sattuu ja etupää löysä (Hyvä ettei oo tippunu matkalle)

SCOOTTERIN ETUPÄÄ/JOUSITUS

Tottakai öljyn vaihto ja säätö kohilleen, jousitukselle.

SCOOTTERIN JOUSITUS KUNNOSSA

Sitte se etupään löysyys. Luulin että tuli laakereitten osto, mutta eihä se ollukkaa nii paha. Etupää irti. Laakereiden putsaus ja uuet vaseliinit sisälle. Kiristys ja oli ku uus 😄

SCOOTTERIN ETUPÄÄN LAAKEROINTI

Sitte oli tietenki öljyn vaihtot. Moottori ja vaihteisto. (Millon lie vaihettu)

Ei muutako roppu auki. Tässähä oli joku helevetin jousi painamassa tuota roppua alaspäin nii miten sitte kävikää... No niinku arvasin. Öljyt lattialle ja roppu öljyn sekkaan 😅 (Aina saa#¤&)

ÖLJYKÄSI

Loput öljyt mitä konneeseen jää jemmaan, saa parhaitten pois ilmapistoolilla... Mullaha ei nyt semmosta ollu nii otin pätkän ilmaletkua ja puhaltamalla enimmät veks 😆
Koitin myös autonpumpulla ja käsipumpulla, mutta vi&%t (videolla lopussa näkyy)

Piti oikein netistä ettiä ja tulostaa käyttöohje kirja tähänki pas#%¤", että sai ees tietää millä tämä kulkee 2tahti vai 4tahti... No nelitahtiha tämä oli, eli pelkkää bensaa koneeseen.
No ne öljyt. Mullaha oli jottai vanhoja 4tahti öljyjä kaapissa ja viskositeettiki passas (tarkistakkaa aina mikä öljy käy mopoon)
Ei muutako öljyt sisään... eiku per¤#", eihä mulla ollu millä kaataa sitä tuonne ahtaaseen välliin. Koff tuli avuksi ja teki itestään kaatoastian 😎

KAATOASTIA

Hyvin meni öljyt sisään.
Sitte vaihteisto öljyt. Roput auki ja öljy sankkoon. Tässä ei ihime kyllä lentäny lattialle mittää 😊
Vaihteistoöljyäki oli kaapissa. Ei nyt ihan valmistajan suosittelemaa 80-90w, mutta 70-90w oli.
Sitä meni noin 0,1 litraa
Mun mielestä helpoin saaha nuin pienestä reiästä tavaraa sisään on pienet työkalut 😆, eli ruiskulla. Oha se vähä semmosta, mutta helppoa.

SCOOTTERIN VAIHTEISTOÖLJY

Sittehä se piti tuo käynnistyspolin korjata, ja startti samalla.
Sieltä sisältä oli menny kiinnitys jouselle poikki, mutta sen sai kiilattua eri väliin.
Sitte tuossa kannessa oli niin palio kulumaa että polin ei päässy palautuun ja hyppi rattailla.
Kanteen tein prikasta isomman tuen dremelillä ja lukkosokalla kiinni.

MOPED PROJECT  (part1) ENGLISH VERSION

I got this one from my wifes sister. This has been in the capin for 7 years and 2 of them broken in the carage. I was thinking if i should put electric motor in this or do i just repair it... Someone can drive it if budjet goes high. But if i can repair it cheap i can sel it to someone, for example first moped. I dont think i can get much from it, just the joi of repairing 😉

OLD SCOOTER

Then i thought if i put that 5,5 hp electric motor in it, it needs to go throuh vehicle inspection, and thats a proplem 😏. Or i could just take it to someplace that cops never goes 😄
...Think it´s better to repair, much easyer

ELECTRICMOTOR

But this wasnt so easy. We didnt have any papers for this scooter and last owner didnt see any history at insurance sites.
Well, i dig out the serial numbers and but message to trafi. They find information about the scooter and charget 2€. Normal trafic removal 7/2012. I dont know how to get it newly registred but thats later 😅

Firs i had to dissemble the scooter...

SCOOTER AT PART

It was some plastic cube, i dont know if i can reinvent this thing back together 😄
I tryed to put all the screws and stuff back where i took them, but theres always some missing at the end... useless ones 😉

First i had to check the damages, what needs to be repaired...

SCOOTER TAIL LIGHT (BROKEN)

Tail light was the first that i knowtised, additionally that the scooter didnt even work 😄
I write about this in next part, because i havent got that far whit this

Second thing that i knowtised was the front end. Suspension was trashed and front end was loose. (good thet it havent drop while driven)

SCOOTER FRONT END AND SUSPENSION

Ofcourse oil change and assemble back together.

SCOOTER SUSPENSION REPAIRED

Then the front end loosenes. I thougt the bearings was gone, but it wasnt that bad.
Dissemble the forks, clean the bearings and new vaseline in. Assembly back together and tighten. It was like a new 😄

SCOOTER FRONT END BEARINGS

Then there was oil change. Motor and transmission (When the last chance was 😕)

Loosen the botl at motor. There was some damn sping pushing the bolt, and what happened then... Like i guessed. Oils to frool and bolt to oilcontainer 😅 (Always fuc&%)

OILHAND

Last oils that left to motor u can get out best whit airgun... But i didnt have one so i took piece of airhose and blowed to it  (worked) 😆 I did try whit carpump and handpump, but f%¤#, didnt work (end of the video u can see that)

I had to find manua for this sh%¤ at the web so that i would know even what is this, 2 stroke or 4 stroke... 4 stroke it was, so just gasoline.
Those oils. I had some leftover 4 stroke oils at capinet and viscosity was same (U should check from manufacture what oil u can use)
Just but the oils in... no fu#¤", i didnt have anything to pour it to tight hole. Koff came and transformed itself to jug 😎

POUR JUG

Oil went in well.
Then there was the transmission oils. Open the bolt and let it drip to container. I was suprised that there was not even a drop of oil at floor 😊
I also did have some transmission oil at capinet, not quite what the manufacturer recomends 80-90w but close 70-90w
It swalloed about 0,1 litres
I thing that for small holes u need small tools 😆, so i used squirt. Well it works just fine.

SCOOTER TRANSMISSION OIL

Then i had to repair the startpedal and the electrick start at the same (about electrick start later)
The spring holder was broken, but i managet to squese it to other hole.
Then the cover had so much wear that the pedal just moved and jumped at inner sprocket so it didnt revert.
To cover i made bigger washer whit dremel and locked it whit safety pin.
