Nytku kohta rupiaa EHKÄ tuota luntaki satelee taivaalta nii ajattelin kirjotella vähä näistä meiän suojista pihalle.

Yks kesä tekasin tuommosen pihavaraston. Tämäki homma lähti vähä lapasesta ku sen piti ensin olla vaa lavoista tehty ja ressutettu että sais talveksi pyörät ym katoksen alle suojaan.
Ei nyt löytyny välivaihe kuvia, mutta kyllä näilläki pärjää.

PIHAVARASTO

Melekeempä kaikki materiaalit on raavittu kasaan ylijäämä puista työmailta ja purkupaikoista...
En muute ymmärrä miksei tuohon rakennustyömaa jätehommaan oo keksitty mittää toimivaa ratkasua että ihmiset vois jonkuajan sisällä hakia esim lavalta haluamansa puutavaran ym.
Esim nuita lavoja... ei eurolavoja kumminkaa ku nehä o rahanarvosta tavaraa 😊
(Näistä o tullu kyllä tehtyä kaikki pihakalusteet, mutta siitä myöhemmin)

PUUJÄTE (kuva netistä)

Siinähä säästäs rakentaja jätekuluissa palioki, ja mitä nyt on tullu seurattua tuota hyvän tavaran poisheittoa nii niilläki ois rakentanu jo monta pihavarastoa ym... Hirviää tuhlausta.
Tai iha vaa polttopuuksi 😏

POLTTOPUU (puhdas lava)

(Voin kertoa että kuvan homma ei ollu kovin järkevää, mutta mitäpä muuta sitä mökillä ku polttaa kätensä 😅)
No kumminki. Olin siis purkuhommissa tuohon aikaan ja sieltähä ois löytäny vaikka mitä tarpeellista rakennustavaraa. Tähän mökkiin löysin myös oven, plexi ikkunalla. Hyvin passas tämmöseen projektiin...No ainaki näin aluksi (Jos se vaikka vaimo nakkaa pihalle nii sitte pittää vaihtaa jo semmoseen joka ei kovin veä 😂)
Muuten, tämänki mökin seinät ja katto on villotettu ku hyvät villat purettiin ihan toimivasta varastohallista, nii otin itelle talteen ja säästin työnantajalta taas kaatopaikka maksuja 😉.
Sisäseinän levyt on vanhoja valumuotteja jotka oli tullu jo käyttöiän päähän.

Kyllähä niitä leikatessa sirkkelin terä oli mennyttä, tais siihe yks hammaski vielä jäähä, mutta tulipaha tehtyä 😄
Pitihä se vanha betoniki raapia kunnolla pois että sai maalin pintaan.
Lattian muovimaton kans löysin betonikasasta. Sehä oli niinku rullattu mua varten valamiiksi. En oo varma muistanko oikein ja pyysinki työkaveria laittaa syrjää jos lähtee ehyenä parin neliön pala.
Edellisvuonna ostettiin joltai ukkelilta 20€. 1 pienempi lämpölasi ja 4 isompaa. Ja 4 niistä mää olinki jo purkanu. Eli pieni jäi vielä tähän.

Muuta en ostanu kaupasta tähän projektiin ku Maalit ja huovan katolle... Naulat ja ruuvit tietenki. Niitä en kumminkaa ruvennu kerräilee ja suoristellee 😆

ULKO VARASTO SISÄLTÄ

Tämmönenhän siitä tuli sitte sisältä.
Hyvin kelepaa pihavarastoksi, Ja hevostalliksi.
Tyttö leikki tähän aikaan palio nuilla keppihevosilla ja halus niille tallin. Tässähä mää vähä niinku sain 2 kärpästä yhellä iskulla 😅. Onhan siellä kesäsin tillaa mutta talvella on kyllä täynnä kaikenlaista romua.

Näissäki pihavarastoissa oli joku laki ettei saa olla muistaakseni yli 4m2, muuten oli joku vakuutus hommeli... Ottakaa selvää jos meinaatte rakennella tämmösiä pihalle.
Tämä varastoha jäi just sen rajan alle. Sen muistan ku mittailin levveyksiä ettei varmasti mee yli.

Tämmönen löyty netistä, jos jollekki o apua

... Mullaha unohtu yks asia tästä varastosta kokonaan... Ilmanvaihto 😒. Oli talven aikana keränny kosteutta lasille ja valunu pokalle. Siihehä oli sitte lämmetessä hometta tullu, per#¤"
Nii että muistakaapa tehä kunnon ilmanvaihtoki.
Onneks ei ollu ku pintahometta joka lähti pyyhkimällä pois.

Sitte siirrytään tähän terassi suojaan

En nyt löytäny tästäkää välivaihe kuvia, enkä kuvia ollenkaa nii otin uuet. Varmaan tekasin nämä ovet vuotta (tai kahta) aiemmin ku varaston. Löysin yhen suunnitelman mikä ei sitte lopulta ollu ees kovin kaukana tekeleestä 😂

OVI SUUNNITELMA

Talvella tämä välikkö oli ihan per#¤!"stä, ku meillähä o tuo erillinen rakennus jossa on takkahuone,suhkutilat ja sauna. Tuuli tuivertaa kaikki lumet tuonne ja aina sai lapioia ennenku pääsi suihkuu ilman että palellutti varpaat

VÄLIKKÖ

Tämä kuva on myynti-ilmotuksesta. Tässäki näkkee että on joutunu katolta tippuneiden lumien yli heittelee väliköstä lumet kauemmas 😄

Ensin meinasin hommata plexiä, mutta meillähän oli nuita lämpölaseja 4 kappaletta joista irrotin ulommaiset lasit (alumiinikehikolla) näitä ovia varten, ja 2 kerros lasit jotka jäi nii kelpas kyllä heti jollekki roskalavalla.
Joku nainen ne haki ja sano: että nyt mies joutuu tekemään kauan puhutun kasvihuoneen (voi mies parka 😆)
(Oiskai niistä saattanu rahhaaki saaha, mutta ei se oo aina nii just. Kuha erroon pääsee)

Sitte lautaa puukeskuksesta ja sahaamaan...
Kyllähä se siitä pikkuhiliaa rupes valmistuunki. Tuota terassin välikattoa piti jatkaa että sai vähä enemmän tillaa välikköön.

KATON JATKAMINEN

Sitte tuo alapuoli... Eihä siihe mittää kiskoja voinu laittaa ku nuo ovet on kumminki kesällä tuolla seinien sisällä, pois eestä.
Terassiki oli jo aikansa eläny nii ei ollu ihan vatupassissa kaikki lauat.
En nyt tähähättää ruvennu ennää terassia uusimaa vaa hioin tasaseks ovien kohan ja laitoin liukurenkaitten kohille pienet puupalat jotka estää sivuttais liikkeen.
Mutta eihä nämä mun ekat muovirenkaat kestäny. Ajattelin että halavalla teen ja ostin tuommosia muovirenkaita... Ovi painaa jo kumminki jonkuverran nii nehä hajos.

Ylhäälle ne kesti kiskolla ku enin paino oli alhaalla. Nii ei sitte muutako vaihtaa muovisten pyörien tilalle vaunupyörät... Mutta eihä sekkää menny niinku elokuvissa. Nämähä oli palio isompia nii joutu sahaamaan oveen pienen puoliympyrän ja rälläköimää vähä vaunupyörän kiinnikkeitä että sai mahtumaan samaan paikkaan ku missä muoviset pyörät oli.

 Ikkunoihin laitoin kalvon mitä oli jääny jostai autolasin tummennuksesta.
Kyllä se vähä pimentää, mutta ku pimeällä on valot välikössä nii kyllähä sinne näkkee.
Tänä vuonna jo koitan saaha aikaseks asentaa tunnistin valon pihallepäin nii ei nää ennää... vaikka eihä siellä pitäs kenenkää olla kyttäämäsä pimiällä 😊

Nyt ovet liuku reunaseinien sisään.
Sittehä se piti maalata. Olinki jo suunnitellu että maalaan tiilikuvion lautaan... Oliha seki yks työmaa, mutta ei sitä kauempaa erota eriksi ku tiiliseinää 😄

LIUKUOVET

 Naapuri oliki huomannu ovet ja kysy: Että oonko muurannu välikön umpee 😂
Eli ihan onnistunu maalaus (Kauempaa katottuna)

Tämä on ollu kyllä hyvä tekele. Ja pitihä se vaimon sisustaakki... Ei tässä kuvassa nyt näy muutako jo vanhaksi menneet verhot 😉

VÄLIKKÖ

Nyt ei tuu lumi välikköön ja asensin sinne myös terassi lämmittimen mikä nyt vähän antaa lämpöä tuonne. Eihä se tietenkää lämmin tila oo ku välikatolle mennee ilmaraot.

LIUKUOVET

Laitoin sitte toiseen päähän välikköä myös haitarioven ettei käy veto.
Tai no oikiastaan liitin 2 kaupan rulo-ovea ja tein oven päälle lautaverhouksen, tiilikuviolla tietenkin 😊

Kyllä tuossa naapureillaki näkkee semmosia väkerryksiä että oksat pois 😂, mutta sehä o iha ymmärrettävää ku o varmaa alkuperäsiä asukkaita ja ikäki o lähempänä sitä 100 vuotta.

HAITARIOVI

Meinasin jossai vaiheessa vielä muuttaa tuota haitariovea poispäin että pääsee varastoon suoraa, mutta ei nyt ainakaa vielä tällähetkellä oo ajankohtainen. Ja poistaa tuon alalistan kokonaan, tietenki 😕

YEARD RENOVATION vol1 2014-2015. WAREHOUSE/PLAYHOUSE
ENGLISH VERSION

Now when it´s about to snow, i thought i write about selters that i made for our yard.

Summer at 2015 i made warehouse to our backyard.
This like many other projects run out of hand. First i only ment to make shelter for bikes and stuff from pallets, and cover it whit plastic.
I cant find any middle project pictures, but these will do.

WAREHOUSE

Almoust everything to this project has been salvaget at destruction- and building sites...
I dont understand why havent anyone made solution for this trash material waste. That people could get some wood or other "waste" from the truck pallet in some timeline.
For example those pallets... Not europallets cause they are money worth stuff  😊
(I have made all our terrace furnitures from them, but i get back to that later)

WOOD WASTE (Pict from internet)

Constructors would save lot of money. What ive seen these last years, there has been lot of good  wood and stuff just trucked to dump. Whit those you could have done many warehouses exetera... What an waste...
Or people just could use it for firewood 😏

FIREWOOD (clean pallet)

(I can tell you that stuff at the picture was stupid, but what else u can do at cappin than burn your fingers 😅)
Well anyway. I was working at demolition company and there i could find lots of usable construction materials. I also found this door for warehouse, whit plexiclass. I suited well for this project... for starters at least (If my wife kicks me out, i have to replace it whit better door that doesnt draft so much 😂)
Oh, this warehouse has also wool (Paroc) walls and ceiling because i got it from functional repairhall that had some renovation going. I saved some dumb money from employer  😉.
Inner walls are old concrete molds that had served theyr purpose.

My circular saws blade was cone when i cut these, but done it 😄
Had to also scrape the concrete of so i could paint them.
Floor carpet i also found in concrete pile, it was like rolled for me... I cant remember if i asked my coworkers to save some m2 if its intact
I used one window that was left from passage way renovation (coming)
Year 2014 I bought 1 smaller heatclass and 4 bigger for 20€ from some guy at internet, and dismantle 4 of the bigger ones. This 1 smaller was left so it was made for this project.

Didnt buy anything else for this project than paints and felting for roof... nails and screws ofcourse. Those i didnt start to bend and straighten 😆

WAREHOUSE FROM INSIDE

Good for warehouse... and stall.
Girl played alot whit sick horses at the time and wanted stall for them. So i got 2 fliest whit 1 hit 😅. Theres room at summers but at winter its full of stuff.
Im not sure but i thing theres some building doce for these warehouses. not over 4m2 or u need insuranse... Leanr about these things before buildin them.
This warehouse just went under the limit, i remember measuring it a lot.

I fould this at the internet.

... I forgot about 1 thing about this warehouse... ventilation 😒. Winter time it had gathered moisture at the bottom of window and when it got warmer it got to mold, Dammit. So remember to do the ventilation 😄
It was just surface mold that left when wiped.

Then the terrace doors.

I didnt find any middle making photos from this one ether, or any other pictures at all, so i had to take new ones. Im remembering that i made these door year before the warehouse. I managet to find one drawing that wasnt so far from finished product 😂

DOOR PLAN

At the winter this space was so fu%¤#, because we have separate building for shover, fireplace and sauna. Wind blows all the snow in the middle area and fills the passage route whit snow. Always have to shovel before you could get to building whitout freezing your feet

PASSAGE ROUTE

This is the picture from sell add before we moved in. Here you can also see the fallen snow from the roof and have to shovel over it at the passage route  😄

First i thought i make classes whit plexi, but like i sayd earlyer i found cheap heat classes from some guy. I only used the outer windows that had aluminium framework. And the rest 2 leveled windows we but to facebook trashbin and there was imidiatly demand. Some woman came and took those and said: That her husband has to make long talked greenhouse (Poor guy 😆)
(I could of sell them and got some money, but its main point that i got rid off them)

Then i buyed timber from store and started sawing...
I had to extend terace ceiling so i could have more room for passageway.

EXTENDING THE ROOF

Then the floor side... I could not put any rail to floor because doors are hidden in summer and you could hit you toes to it.
Terrase timber had lived life so it wasnt leveled anymore.
I didnt start deck renovation so i just leveled the door spot and putted small wood pieces to it so that the door wont slide sideways.
I assembly the door but my cheap plastic wheels didnt hold, they broke in half. I tought i could do it cheap but that they didnt hold the door weight

Plastic wheel... Rail...Kart wheel

At above they lodled because the weight was mostly down, upperones just guide the doors. I chanced broken ones to kart wheels... but that didnt go like movies ether. These were lot bigger so i had to saw round immersions to door and had to use grinder to modify the bracket.

 I put some dark window tint to class that i had saved from some car "tuning"
It does help a bit, but when its dark out and u but lights on to passageway, its still very see-trough... This year i try to install dark detector lights to backyeard... Tough, there should not be anyone lookin in at the dark 😊

Now they slided in the walls.
Then i had to paint them. I already had planned to paint brick pattern... It was hard, but you cant tell the difference from far 😄

LIUKUOVET

My neighbour had seen the doors and asked if i have masoned the passageway shut  😂
So it was success (From afar looked)

This has been very good project that has worked. My wife decorated this but i dont have picture of that, only some old curtains 😉

PASSAGEWAY

Now the snow cant takeover our terrace. I also put heater there to give some heat, but its not warm space cause the middle roof needs to breath.

SLIDING DOORS

I also made rolling door for other end of the passageway so it wont wind throug.
Well, i merged 2 doors to get it wide enough and wood paneling at the top whit brick pattern ofcourse 😊

My neighbors have done their version and they are what they are  😂, but its understandable because i think they are original occupant and they are near 100 years old.

ROLLING DOOR

I thought i modify this door so i could get to warehouse straight and dont have to open the door everytime, but it´s not todays problem. And i need to make different solution to that rail at the bottom😕
