SAMMUTIN MINIBAARI

Näitä oon nyt nähny ihmisten tekevän jonkuverran, nii ajattelin sitte itekki värkkillä, ku nuita vanhoja sammuttimia sattu saamaan.

Huom. Jos tyhjennätte jauhesammutin pullon nii pitäkää se pystysuorassa ja heilutelkaa että mahdollisimman paljon jauhetta poistuu pullosta.

En tuossa viimeviikolla laittanukkaa blogi postausta ku tein vlogin sunnuntaina. Tein vähän metallitöitä ja käytiin talvikylässä perheen kans.

Noniin. Sitte alko suunnittelu hommat.
Nähny aika monta sammutinta johon on vaan leikattu reikä ja maalattu kokonaan.
Onhan ne kyllä hienoja mutta ei tarvi kovin paljoa työtä... Eli liian helppo 😆

Aattelin että teen ovellisen version ja alkoinki sitte tremelillä aukomaan pulloa (Varmistakaa että pullo on varmasti tyhjä ja painetta ei ole)
Kolmannen leikkuuterän kohalla ajattelin ettei tästä mittää tuu. Mulla ei oo semmosta kunnon terää tremeliin, vaan nuita heikkoja leikkuteriä

Tremelillä ku koitti leikata nii reuna oli melko pieni ja terävä.
Ei muutako rälläkkä kätteen nii rupes lähtee.

TREMEL VS RÄLLÄKKÄ

Eihä se aivan nii tarkka oo, mutta nopia.
Luukku oli nyt auki ja enköhä survonu kättä sammuttimen sisään ku koitin putsata sitä, nii sormiha siinä aukes. Varmasti terävämmät reunat ku tommikala purkissa 😆 Onneks on jäykkäkouristus voimassa ku näitä hommia tekkee

Niitäki ensin tremelillä hinkkailin, mutta meni taas teriä nii rälläkällä pahimmat törsteet irti.
Tremelillä katkasin tuon sisäputken josta jauhe menee.

HAAVA JA SISÄPUTKI

Sitten pesin nuo loput jauheet pois pullosta jarrunpuhdistusnesteellä ja veellä... Ois voinu kuivatakki sen ennenku jätti pariksipäivää ruostumaan sen talliin 😔
Sehä piti hinkata tuolla tremelin puhdistuspäällä sitte puhtaaksi.

Sitte alko maalaushommat.
Cromilla sisäpinta. Tuo cromi o kyllä semmosta maalia että hermo mennee. Annoin kyllä kuivua sen, mutta menin sitte koskemaan sormilla siihe nii jälethä siitä jäi... Ei muutako uutta maalia pintaan 😔

GROMI MAALAUS

Sitte maalailin nuita pultteja ja saranoita. Painelin pultteja tuommoseen styrox levyyn ja aloin maalaan... Mitähä lie maalia ku se styrox suli alta pois

STYROX SULI

Uusiks meni. Nyt laitoin alle kyprokkia ja homma pelitti.

Sitte alko reikien poraus pulloon. Ei löytyny kotoa kossupulloa, ei tyhjää eikä täyttä... En uskaltanu ruveta summassa asentaa hyllyä,ku ei ollu mittää sopivaa pulloa.
Lähettii sitte kiertelee kirppiksiä ku mulla oli hakusessa snapsilaseja.
Meinasin että käyn ostaa samalla pullon, mutta isännältä hain sitte ohimennen jonku mehupullon joka on samaa kokoa ku kossupullo... Taas säästettii rahaa (ja maksaa 😅)
Samallaha sieltä sen kaapistä löyty nuita snapsi laseja. Neki lähti mun mukkaan 😆

TASOJEN TESTAUS

Meinasin että rupian liimaan jokaisella snapsilasille ja pullolle tuosta johota semmoset reunat, mutta vaimo antoki paremman idean. - Laita sitä johtoa vaan sen hyllyn reunoille, kyllä ne siellä pysyy.

HYLLY

Katoha per%¤#, sehä toimi, ja oli vielä hyvän näkönenki 😆

Sitte vaa hirveä porailu hyllyille, saranoille ja lukolle.

PORAILUA

Tätä hommaa varten mää tuota punasta kaapelia metästinki monesta paikkaa. Näitä pullon reunoja varten. Sillä tremelillä ois tullu aivan liian kapea tuosta välistä, ettei ois johto mahtunu.
Puuilosta sitä löyty viimein.

REUNA NAUHAT

Sitte hyllykannatin pultit ja ovi paikalleen.

OVI PAIKALLAAN

Tämähä rupes näyttää jo hyvältä.

Tuli tuolta kiinasta nuita led valoja. Nämä toimi 2x AAA pattereilla.
Ajattelin että nyt pääsen helpolla ku laitan vaan väliin tuon painokatkasimen (jonka löysin ps elektroniikasta)

KIINAN PATTERI LED

Voi ku oiski ollu nii helppoa. Näissähä o joku siru jossa on 3 eri valoa. palava/Vilkku ja nopea vilkku.
Eihä se toiminu ku sain kaikki kolvailtua.
Sitten ajattelin vaa ottaa pois sen piirilevyn ja kokkeilla sitten... Ei toiminu.
No laitoin sitte lissää virtaa. Ensin 9v patterilla (ei toiminu) 12 voltin patterilla... se palo 😅

Ei sitte autanu ku turvautua vanhaan konstiin ja hakia nuita led nauhan palasia tallista ja liittää 9v patterilla ne toimimaan.

9V LED VALOT, TUNNISTIMELLA

Näissähä ei ennää ollu sitä omaa liimapintaa nii laitoin sitten Bisonin liimalla ne tuonne sammuttimeen... ei lähe ainakaa irti 😄

Tunnistimen kans vähä kohelsin ku piti tehä kulmarauta oven väliin. Jostai koukusta sain sen tehtyä mutta se napin päähä ei ennää sinne mahtunu. Se nyt kyllä toimii vaikken kunnolla saanu sitä kiristettyä sinne.

Sitten tein tuon letku kiinnikkeen vanhasta putkikiinnikkeestä, ku tässä sammuttimessa ei semmosta ollu.

LETKUKIINNIKE

Sitte nämä uuet tarrat...
Tarrapaperia löyty verkkokauppa.comista... ja uus tulostin siinä samassa.
Nuo värit ja musteet maksaa jo noin 50€ ja meillähän ei käy nuo tarvike patruunat. Kuulemma eka käyttökerralla valitaan että antaako luvan käyttää tarvike patruunoita. Jos annat luvan, taitaa takuu raueta. Jos et anna, se ei kysy ennää ikinä sitä 😕

No kumminki. Paintillä tein sitte näitä uusia tarroja. En oo opiskellu mittää muuta ohjelmaa, nii meneehä se tälläki 😂
Ei oikei nuo värit ollu samoja ku tulosti, ja eka tulostushan meni vit#%¤. Väri loppu just kriittisellä hetkellä.

VÄRI LOPPU

No, onneks oli tuo uus tulostin.
Tässä on semmonen paskamainen homma, että nuista uusista tulostimista puuttuu kokonaan tuo johto joka menee tietokoneeseen... Kai se pittää tietenki jotenki kompensoia ku tulostin on nii halapa että ostaa ennenmmin uuen tulostimen ku värit 😂

LISÄKYLTTI

Ja teinhän mää tuohon pulloonki uuen etiketin. Ensin vanha pois kuumailmapuhaltimella ja uutta tilalle.

PULLOKYLTTI

Tähän nyt en muuta keksiny ku ottaa kaikkia viinan nimiä ja yhistellä niitä, mutta hyvähä se on 😄

Tarrat sain tulosteltua. Ei muutako paikalleen ja valmis.

Omasta mielestä onnistu hyvin. Mullaha on nuita pulloja vielä 4 kappaletta, ja ne o vielä pikkusen isompia.
Mulla on pari ideaa, mihin en oo vielä internetissä törmännykkää... taian tekasta tässä jokupäivä lissää näitä ennenku joku muu duunaa semmoset mitä mulla on mielessä 😂

Tämä ensimmäinen mennee lahjaksi, mutta nuista muista en tiiä... saatan vaikka myyä jollekki 😊
Nämähä o huppu lahjoja esim palomiehille tai muute vaa tallille.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER MINIBAR

I´ve seen people to make these, so i thought i give it a try. I got few empty extinguishers, so why not.

ATTENTION. If u empty extinguisher. Keep it upright and wigle it abit to get more powder out.

I didnt make blog post last week cause i made vlog from dunday. In that vlog i make some metal work and we visit wintervillage with family.

Ok, then started the planning stuff.
I´ve seen many minibars that had only cutted a hole and painted. They are nice but too easy to do 😆

I thought i make a door version, and i started to cut it with tremel first. (Make sure the pottle is empty before u make the hole)
After 3th cutting disk i thought its not gonna work. I only have those thin disks that break easily.

With tremel the cut was too thin anyway, so i took a grinder.... now started to happen.

TREMEL VS GRINDER

Grinder is fast for these jobs
Door was now off. Stupid me started to clean the extinguiser and cutted my hand to the dharp edge.  I bet it had sharper edges than tonafishcan 😆 Thamk got i have tetanus vaccine in order. Need to have when doing these projects

I smoothened the edges first with tremel, but lost so many plades that i chanced to grinder. I also cutted the inner tube with tremel.

CUT AND INNER TUBE

At last i cleaned the rest of the powder with break cleaner and water... i could dry it properly before leaving it to stand to carage for few days 😔 it rusted
It had to be cleaned with the cleaning end to tremel.

Then started the paint job.
I painted the inner cover with chrome paint. That chrome is the sort of paint that u will lose a nerve. I did let it dry, but still when my fingers touched it, it leaved a mark... stat the paint again 😔

CHROME PAIN

The i painted the bolts and hinges. I pushed some bolts to styrofoam and started painting... What was that paint. The styrofoam just melted under my bolts.

STYROFOAM MELTING

Start again. Now i put the bolts over some chipboard and now we could continue.

The the holes for the bottle. I didnt find any empty or full vodka bottle at home so i didnt have the nerve to do the shelving by luck.
We left to circle some fleemarkets. I had to find some schnaps classes.
I thought at the same trip i go and buy some vodka bottle, but we went to visit my father and he had some juice bottle that was tha same size... saving the money (and liver 😅)
He had some schnapps classes, so i took them too with me  😆

I still had some plexiclass so i made the dhelfs from that

I was cluing the wire for every schnapps class, but my wife had a better idea. -Clue the wire outside the plexi, it will hold the classes

DRILLING

For this job i did hunt for that red cable, for these extinguisher edges. With the tremel this wouldnt even work cause the wire wouldnt fit there. I found right size cable at last at puuilo store

DOOR IN PLACE

This started to look good.

The china man delivered some led lights for me. These were working with 2x AAA batterys.
I thought this will be easy. Just but the switch between the wires and done...

CHINA BATTERY LED

I wish it would be that easy. Theres 3 different zones at these lights. Burn/blink/fast blink.
It didnt work when i finally got the tinning done.
Then i thought i take of the chip and try like that... didnt work.
Then i put more power to it. First with 9volt (Didnt work) then with 12volt... it burned 😅

That was shit. Had to go and get the old led strip from carage and connect it with 9 volt battery.

9V LED LIGHT

These didnt have any clue anymore, so i clued it whit bison clue to extinguisher... wont get off so easyly 😄

Whit the switch attachment i did few maistakes too. I made the angle iron from some old hanger. I had to drill the holes bigger like 5 times and then i cutted the bolt at the door, so i had to adjust it again. But got it finally there. Couldnt get it tight but it works.

this didnt have any hose fastener, so i made it with some pipe holder, and painted it red.

HOSE FASTENER

The i had to make new stickers for it...
I found some stickerpaper from verkkokauppa.com.. and bought a new printer at the same trip.
Those colors and ink cost about 50€ and we cant use the parts ink. I heard that the printer asks first time if u allow it to use parts ink. If u allow, u lose the varranty. If you dont u have to buy the expensive ink. It will ask only the one time and u cant chance it 😕

Anyway. I use regular paint for these stickers. Havent used any other program, so this will do 😂
The color looked very differen on paper than at the screen... And ofcourse i run out of color in critical moment

COLOR ENDED

Than god we bought that new printer.
There one stupid thing in these new printers. They dont have that cable to connect to computer. I did use the old one but thats also fixed with tape, cause my old dog loved to eat any wires that was showing... They have to get the money somewhere, cause new printer cost less than the inks 😂

And i made new etiget for the bottle. I removed the old juice etiget with hotairgun and replaced it with the new one.

BOTTLE STICKER

I didnt think anything, so i used all differen alcohol labels and combined them. Thats good enough 😄

I did managet to get the stickers printed so i putted them on. DONE

I think this ended up good. I still have 4 of these bottles, little bigger than this.

I have few ideas that i havent seen in internet yet... i think i make them someday, before someone else makes them 😂

This one goes to gift, but i dont know about the others... mayby i sell them 😊
These are great gifts for firefighters or just some DIY person to the carage.
