TEE SE ITSE, KORISTETAKKA (Olohuoneen sisustus osa3)

Nyt ois tämä viimeinen ja olohuoneen keskipisteen vuoro, Eli koriste takka.

ENNEN JA JÄLKEEN

Pinterestissähän on paljon näitä tehty pahvista, mutta en usko että siellä voi edes kynttilöitä polttaa 😄
Vaimohan suunnitteli siis tuon olohuoneen ja tässä on ne piirustukset minkä mukaan mentiin.
Nuista roikkuvista lampuista ja sivupöydistähän kirjottelinkin aiemmin (laitan linkit vielä tuonne loppuun jos haluat katella)

SUUNNITELMA

Voi että ku ois joku iso työpaja jossa tehä puutöitä. Tuolla työmailla ku kiertelee nii meleko paljo menee kaatopaikalle hyvää puuta. Oon tainnu aiemminki tästä kirjotella, että ku ois joku sivusto missä näitä vois työmaat ilmottaa ja sais hakia esim illalla. Ei menis niin paljo kaatopaikalle ku ihmiset hakis esim polttopuuksi...

ROSKALAVA (PUUJÄTE)

Tuolta nyt keräsin paksumpaa parrua että sai leveämmät osat takkaan tehtyä. Kyllä nuistaki kertyy laskua ku rupiaa kaikki osteleen ja parempiha se on kierrättää jos mahdollisuus 😉



Nytku vaimoki o vähä ruvennu tekemään näitä juttuja nii meillä ei vielä oikein mee nuo kaikki tarkotukset yhteen. Toinen ymmärtää ihan erilain selitykset ku toinen, mutta päästiin me yhteisymmärrykseen ja saatiin hommat tehtyäki 😄

Ensin tietenki mittailtiin melko monta kertaa olohuoneen leveyksiä ja korkeuksia. Itellä ei tullu ees mieleen että tarviiha ne kynttilätkin oman tilansa ettei syty tulipaloja, mutta onneks vaimo otti nämä huomioon 😂

- Kynttilät tarvii vähintään 50cm ylätilaa ja helposti syttyvien materiaalien lähelle vähintään 30cm etäisyys. Sille on ihan sama kuin monta kynttilää on, mutta niitten pitää olla tarpeeksi kaukana toisistaan esim:

- Lämpökynttilöiden olisi hyvä olla toisistaan vähintään 3 senttimetrin etäisyydellä toisistaan. 

- Lasikupissa olevat kynttilät sekä kruunukynttilät ja muut pitkä kynttilät tulisi olla vähintään 5 senttimetrin päässä toisistaan.

- Pöytäkynttilöiden välillä olisi hyvä olla puolestaan vähintään 7 senttimetriä päässä.

Ensin siis oli materiaalien hankinta. Paksummat puut olikin jo ja vintiltä löysin sitten tarpeeksi 2x4 lankkua. Meidän kodinhoitohuoneen remontista jäikin 1kpl lastulevyä niin siitä sai vielä taustat tehtyä.

LEVYN LEIKKAUS

Tuolla yläkerrassaki o rajallisesti tilaa nii oli melko apinointia tuon leikkauksen kans 😂

Nyt sitten leikkailtiin lankut sopiviin pätkiin. Parikin kertaa ku mitat ei oikein pitäny paikkaansa... Aina pitäs ajatella kaikki kunnolla ja piirtää paperille, mutta ku lähettiin tekemään vaa nii siinähä tuli pari virhettä. Onneks oli tarpeeksi puuta. Tuo on omasta mielestä niin turhauttavaa ku yleensä oon melko tarkka nuista mitoista, mutta nyt tuli joku aivopieru 😄

PUIDEN SAHAUS

Mukavaha se o yhessä värkkäillä... Kuhan vielä saahaan tuo kommunikointi samalle tasolle nii kyllä se siitä 😃

Sittenhän nuihin puihin piti tehä syvennykset että levyn sai samalle tasolle.
Mun sirkkelin ohjuri on jossain hukassa nii silmämääräsesti vaan vakoa puuhun 😄 (Ei oo niin just ku voi ruuveilla säätää korkeutta )

LEIKKAUS SIRKKELILLÄ

Eli nuihin piti tehdä noin 12-15mm kolot koska levy oli 12mm. Sitten osan irrotus tapahtu taltalla. Ajattelin että sillä sais tuon 12mm pikkusen tarkemmin... Nyt ku ajattelee ni ois voinu vaa vetästä tuolla sirkkelillä, ois säästäny aikaa 😄

TALTTAUS

Sitten alko kasaus. Ensin piti tehä poralla reiät ettei lankku halkea, ja suurennus ruuvin kantaa varten (Helpompi tasoittaa kun ruuvi on puun sisällä)

PORAUS

Sitten liimalla ja ruuveilla osat kokoon

LIIMAUS JA RUUVAUS

Onneks tässä vaiheessa oli 4 kättä työmaalla 😉 Tässähän oli melko suunnittelu ku alaosan parrut on pystyssä ja yläosa vaakassa... tässä meniki mitat pieleen ku kaikkihan vaihtuu kun puita käännetään 😆 Ei ollu ajatus pelissä

No mutta, ei muutako loputki parrut kasaan.Näissä "roska" puissa on vaa semmonen pikku vika joissain ettei ne oo ennään ihan suoria, mutta ei parin millin heitot kyllä näykkään 😉

KASAUS

Sitten oli sivu- ja pohjalevylen asennus ja tasotteella raot piiloon.

RAKOJEN TASOITUS

Sittenhän siinä ei ollu ku laittaa maali pintaan ja antaa kuivua. Niin minä luulin...
Siellähä näky vielä rakoja ja pieniä epäkohtia nii pitihän se vielä hioa ja laittaa kunnolla tasoitetta. Sitten vielä kerran hioa ja laittaa viimenen maali telalla päälle 😌

TAKKA MAALATTUNA

Tässä välissä lähettiin sitten ostamaan meiän tapetille taustalevyä ja listaa vähän antamaan muotoja tuolle takalle. Tuommosta pikku listaa löytyki sitte bauhausista ja saha on hyvä nuita kulmia varten, jos ei parempaa oo sillähetkellä (Muistaa vaan aina miettiä tarkoin ja laittaa kulman ja listan oikein päin... Vaikka ainahan siinä leikellessä pari sutta tulee 😉)

KULMALISTA JA SAHA

Nämä sitten pätkin kokoon ja laitoin liimalla ja pienillä listanauloilla paikalleen.
Eihän se ihan saman väristä ollu nii joutu vielä maalailee uusiksi 😔
Ensin listat kiinni. Tasoitetta rakoihin ja sitten maali päälle.
Niin ja muuten käytettiin ihan remonttimaalia mitä oli vielä jäljellä viime remontista, eipähä tarvinu sitäkää ostaa 😉

REUNALISTAT

Sitten leikata tausta levy tapettia varten. Eipähän tarvi liimailla seinään tapettia 😉

TAUSTALEVY

Sitten tapettia pintaan. Meillähän oli tuota samaa tapettia melkein koko rulla, mitä käytettiin keittiö saarekkeeseen

KEITTIÖN SAAREKE

Tässä kuviossahan ei oikiastaan oo semmosta liitoskohtaa, mutta kuvio antaa niin palio periksi ettei siitä nää liitoksia.

TAKKA JA TAUSTALEVY

Sitten vielä tuonne levylle tapetti.

TAPETTI

Nämähän kiinnitettiin ihan erikeepperillä, pysyy muuten 😉
SItten tännehän piti laittaa niitä sisustus juttuja. Se oli tuo vaimo jostai kaupasta löytäny pari kynttilänjalkaa ja minä kävin puuilosta hakemassa koivuklapeja (Jotka piti sahata lyhemmäksi)

KOIVU KLAPEJA

Sehän oli siinä. Kokonaisuus oli nyt valmis

ENNEN

JÄLKEEN

Laitoinki jo pariin paikkaan netissä kuvat ja hetihä siellä oli joku sanomassa että koko kämppä on kohta takka 😆. Piti oikein kuva laittaa mitoista kynttilöiden läheltä. Eihä sitä vois polttaa kynttilöitä missää jos nämä mitat ei ois riittäny 😂. Eihä niitä ikinä jätetä vartioimatta muutenkaa.

Mutta se siitä sisustuksesta.
Mulla alko nyt pojan kans scootteri projekti, mutta taian vielä jostain muusta kirjotella seuraavan blogin... Oisko joku pihaan liittyvä ku kesä tulossa 😒 Tai no ei vielä täällä mutta etelässä 😅

DIY, DECOR FIREPLACE, Livingroom makeover part3. ENGLISH VERSION

Now its time for this last piece, Decor fireplace.

BEFORE AND AFTER

There are a lot of these made of cardboard on Pinterest, but I don't think there can even be candles burned 😄
So the wife designed that living room and here are the drawings that she planned and had to be made.
Check out the hanging lamps and side tables I wrote about earlier (I'll put the links at the end to you if you want to check them)

DESIGN PLAN

I wish i had a big workshop where you can do woodwork. At the building site a lot of good wood goes to landfill. I have writed about this earlyer, that there should be some netsite where these buildingsites could announce that the trash is full and people could go and get wood from there. So the wood wouldnt go to waste, people could get some free firewood...

TRASH (WOODTRASH)

I collected some thicker woods from there so i didnt have to buy any. Those will collect some bill if you have to buy everything. Recycle is good if you can do that 😉

Now that my wife has started also doing these projects, we have some differed oppinions. We just dont get oneanother, what is the meaning of some things. But we will get there and got this done too  😄

First we measured the hights and wides many times. I didnt even think that the candles need they own space so the fire doesnt spread, but gladly my wife did think of those things 😂

- Candle need at least 50sentimetre space above, and when theres flemmable stuff near, it needs at least 30sentimetres space to side. I doesnt matter how many candles you got, but they have to bee in disoance from eatch other. Examble:

- Heat candles should be at least 3 centimeters apart.

- Candles and crown candles in the glass cup and other long candles should be at least 5 centimeters apart.

- It would be good to have at least 7 centimeters between the table candles.

First, then, was the acquisition of materials. The thicker wood were already there and then I found enough 2x4 planks from storage. The renovation of our utility room left 1 piece of chipboard so it could be made the backgrounds.

CUTTING THE BOARD

At that upper storage has also limited space so had to be ape for those cuts 😂

Now we had to cut the planks to suitable pieces. A couple of times the dimensions were not correct ... You should always think about everything properly and draw measurements on paper, but when i started to do it, there were a couple of mistakes. Fortunately, there was enough wood. That is so frustrating, in my own opinion, that I usually have rather accurate measurements, but now some brainfarts 😄

CUTTING THE PLANKS

Its nice to work together... When we get the communication to same level, it will be good 😃

Then the wood had to be cutted so that the board will go to the same level. My circulasaw has lost its guider so i just cutted free handed 😄 (Its not so presice when u can level the board with some screws )

CUTTING WITH CIRCULASAW

So i had to make about 12-14millimetre cuts, because the board was 12millimetre thick. The i just used chisle to break up the final parts... Now when i think about it, i just could of used the saw for those too... would save some time 😄

CHISELING

Then started the assembly. Had to mae some holes with drill, so that the plank wont crack. i also made some bigger hole for the screw end so it would go in the plank (Easyer to fill when you dont have the stem hanging out )

Then we just used some clue and screws to assembly the wood parts.

Thank god we had 4 hands in the building site this time 😉 There was some planning whit the measurements, because the upper site is horisontally and the bottom is vertically... There i made a mistake with the measurements, i coud not keep up the measurement chance  😆 I think i was just tired

Final pieces together. These trash planks has just one fault, They are usually bended a bit, but few millimetre throw doesnt bother anyone, cant even see it  😉

ASSEMBLY

Then there was the side and the table board attachment. Clue and screws and used some filler to fill the caps

FILLING THE CAPS

Then there was just paint and let it dry... so i thought
There was still some caps and small defects, so i had to sand it and put more filler, then sand it again and paint the last layer with roller 😌

FIREPLACE PAINTED

While waiting the paint to dry, we went to buy some backboard and skirt for the background for the fireplace. We found small skirt that fitted the fireplace perfect. Saw can be used to make these angles if you dont have any better at the moment. (Just remember to think those angles and how you place the skirt... there always few bad ones 😉)

CORNERSKIRT AND SAW

I got those done and then i but them in place whit some small nails and clue. They werent the same color, so i had to paint them.😔
First attach the skirts. Filler to caps and then paint at last.
btw, i used just ordinary renovation paint that i had leftover from previous renovation. Didnt have to buy paint ether  😉

Then i made the backboard so i woudnt have to clue the wallpaper to wall 😉

Then some wallpaper. We had also that from our kitchen island makeover almous full roll

We just clued these on, will keep at the wall 😉
Then there was some decor stuff that i had to make. Wife had found few candleholders and i bought some birchwood and cutted them right size

I did already post some picture at facebiik and imidietly there were someone saying that the whole place will be soon a fireplace 😆.
I had to take a picture woth the measurements and post them too. If these measurements are not enough, you cant burn candles anywhere 😂. These will never leave unattended

Thats our livingroom decor now.

I started a scooter project with my son, but i think i write about something else the next post. I think something to do with summer, because its almoust here... well, not here but in the south 😅
