ENNEN JA JÄLKEEN

Nyt oli vuorossa sitten sivupöydät jotka vaimo oli paperille suunnitellut.
Tuoltahan se löysi facebookin roskalavalta rautaisen levitettävän sohvan josta joku halus päästä eroon.

RAUTA SÄNKY

En löytäny netistä oikeaa kuvaa, mutta vähän tämän tapainen.

Kyllähä ne oliki ihmeissään ku kysyttiin pihalla virtaa ja kaivoin rälläkän autosta 😆
Sänky palasiksi että mahtu autoon. Tästähän ne jalat sais tehtyä... Ehkä

RÄLLÄKKÄ

SÄNKY KYYDISSÄ

 Sitten sain työpaikalta autoa lainaa että päästiin bauhausidta hakemaan tasoja.

Siellä ollessa samalla keräsin parisenkymmentä pulttia pussiin ja olin lentää perseelleen ku punnittin ne. 20 pulttia 20€... Nopiaa pultit takas hyllyyn.

KALLIITA PULTTEJA

Olinki jollain timantti puolella vissii 😆
Löysin sitte vähän halvempia pultteja vähän kauempaa, mutta ei ne silti puuilon hinnoille pärjää 😄

No sitten oltiin siellä taso puolella... Eihän siellä ollu niitä tasoja mitä haettiin, eikä ruvettu tilaamaan. Otettiin sitte 2kpl tuommosta 15millistä valkosta tasoa jota piti muokata että siihen jottai uskaltais laittaa päälle.
Ostin sitte vielä puuilosta 1,5 millistä listaa 7metriä jolla tein tuet levylle ja jaloille.

Bauhausista oli myös tuo tammen värinen dc fix jonka riittävyyttä laskeskeltiin monia kertoja. 3 rullaa vaimo oli hakenu ja niillä piti pärjätä.

TAMMI DC-Fix

Nämä tasothan oli helppo mittailla, mutta leikkaus oliki sitte vähä vaikiampaa. Mulla ei tuossa sirkkelissä ollukkaa ohjaria nii vapaalla vetelin 😆

SIRKKELI ILMAN OHJARIA

Listat oli myös sitä varten että hyllylevy näyttää paksummalta eestäpäin, ja hyvin se antaaki paksumman vaikutelman.

LISTOILLA JÄMÄKKYYTTÄ LEVYYN

Muistaa vaan tehä upotukset listaan että ruuvin kanta menee listan sisällä. Ei oo nii vaikia saaha dc-fixiä paikoilleen.

Näitten jalkojen kulmat oliki sitte jo melko vaikea saaha kohilleen. Ois ne varmaan voinu jotenki laskea mutta en jaksanu semmosta ruveta opettellee 😄
Kokeilemalla ne lopulta selvis... Ensimmäiset putket oliki melko reikäjuustoa ku sain reiät kohilleen 😆
Pitihä ne pultitki maalata mustiks ettei erotu 😉

JALAT JA PULTIT

Näitten jalkojen välimitasta oli melkonen vääntö vaimon kans. Mullahan on pakko saaha mitat tasaisiksi ja mutta vaimolla oli jo mitat hyllyihin valmiina, joihin ei saanu tasaisia välejä jaloille 😆...

SUUNNITELMIA

SUUNNITELMA ALATASOSTA

Lopulta saatiin kompromissi aikaseksi ja pääsi jalkojen asennukseen

Sitten tein upotukset jalkojen päille, levyyn tehtyihin tukiin. Eihän näitä nyt kunnolla saa tuettua sentin syvyyteen.

JALKOJEN TESTAILU

Nuo putkien yhteen kiinnitys reiäthän meni vähä vinoon, mutta pehmiät pultit kyllä senverran antaa periksi 😉

Oli meillä alusta asti suunnitelmissa kiinnittää pöytälevyt myös seinään, että saa lisää vakavuutta pöytiin. (jalat on miltein koristeet vain) ja jalkojen päähän kumitutit jolla pystyy säätää turhat välykset pois.

Sittenhän se piti päällystää ennenkuin rupes jalkoja kiinnittään.
Dc-fix rullat auki ja vaikein levy ensin 😆
Tämä pitkä pöytä oli 265cm pitkä. Onneks oli 4 kättä tässä vaiheessa. Parempi tehä hittaasti ku hättäilemällä. Tuossa pitemmässähän joutu liittään dc-fixin ku ei riittänyt pituus.

PITKÄ KANSILEVY

Tämä meni ihmeen vaivattomasti. Vaikka hiasta oli nii kansi osa oli täydellinen. Ei ilmakuplia.

Alapuolelleha se ei ihan riittänyt kokonaan kummassakaan pöydässä, mutta kukaanhan ei mee konttaan tuonne pöydän alle 😄

KANNEN ALAOSA

Sitten jalkojen kokoaminen ja liimalla jalat kiinni.

JALKOJEN KIINNITYS

Siinä ku ooteltiin kuivumista niin tein toisen pöydän sillä aikaa.

Tämän vaimo oli piirtänyt 90cm korkeaksi, mutta rautasängyn pisimmät putket oli 91cm ja kulma söi niistä noin 5cm, eli ei ihan riittänyt. Piti käyä oikein mittaan meiän stereioden korkeus että ne mahtus sinne pöydän alle jos taso tulee n. 85senttiin... Mahtu

Jalat oli pikkusen ohuempaa putkia ja näitä pitkiä ei ollukkaa ennää ylimääräsiä, eli onneks meni kaikki oikein kerralla 😄
Sitten tähänki dc-fix ja jalkojen kokoaminen

Sitte kävin tällä aikaa leikkeleen nuo välihyllyt. 55x25cm. Nämähän nyt oli pikkusen kapiammat ku nuo jalkojen välit, mutta näkyypähän minkä päällä ne levyt makoilee.

Pikkusen jäiki dc-fixiä 😄 (n. 20sentin pätkä)

Tässä välissä piti vielä piilottaa nuo kaikki johdot niin ettei ne näy. Tähän käytin leveää kaapelilistaa johan mahtu hyvin kaikki johdot. Tämähän on 70luvulla rakennettu nii johtoja saa kyllä vetää tuommosen 6 metrin seinän matkalle.

KAAPELIKOURU

Kuvassa laitto hieman kesken, mutta saa siitä nyt selvää minkälainen tulossa 😉

Ruuvit ja kulmat piti maalata valkosiks ettei niitä niin erota valkosesta seinästä. Sitten vaan kulmaraudoilla tasot seinään kiinni ja vielä tasoputkien päihin musta silikoni tulppa.

Sitten alkoki vaimon hommat. Sisustusjutut 😄

KUKKIA

Hyvin kestää ja pysyy seinässä.
Nyt se oli valmis.

LIVINGROOM DECORATION PART2.  ENGLISH VERSION

This time its the sidetables that my wife had planned for me to make.
She found old ron sofabed at facebook trash group that someone wanted to get rid of.

IRON SOFA-BED

I didnt find the right picture at internet, but it was something like this.

Giver was pretty shocked when i dig out anglegrinder and asked for some electric so i could cut the bed 😆
Bed to pieces so it could fit in the car and i could make some legs from these... mayby

Then i got truck to loan at workplace so we could get some countertops from store.

At the store i collected some bolts to bag and i almoust shit myself when i got the price. 20 bolts for 20€... I putted the bolts pack to shelf wery fast 😂

EXPENSIVE BOLTS

I think i was in diamond section 😆
I found cheaper bolts at last, but they dont mach in price to other store 😄

Then we got to the counter section... They didnt have the one we looked for so we bought two thinner 15mm white countertop. I just had to come up some support for that so i could but my tv on it.

I did buy some skirts (15mm) for support and attach the legs to it.

Store also had the oak DC-fix that we measured and counted many times. Wife bought 3 rolls and that what we had to survive with.

OAK DC-Fix

These counters were easy to measure, but the cutting was a bit harder. I dont have any guider to my circular saw so i just wing it  😆

Skirts was also for the front of the counter so it would seem thicker, and it does give that impression

SKIRTS TO GIVE COUNTER SOME STIFNES

Just have to remember to make some shaving for the screw so it will go in the skirt. Its easyer to put the dc-fix on when its not popping off at the screw point.

These legs gave me the headage. These measurements was pretty hard to get right. I think you could calculate these but i dont know how and i didnt have time fir that 😄
I just tryed many times and finally got them right... First two pipes was pretty holed when i got the measurements right 😆
Also had to paint the bolts to same color so they wont show 😉

LEGS AND BOLTS

We had some armwrestling about these lower counter measurements with wife. I just have to have equal distanses, but wife had already drawn the counters like they should be, and i couldnt get the legs to match for that 😆...

PLANNING

LOW COUNTER PLANS

Finaly we made some conpromise and got to instal the legs

Then i made the holes for the lags to skirts. I couldn get them to hold propelly when i only had 1centimeter hole

LEG TESTING

Those holes that connects the pipes, was a bit croked, but the bol was so thin that it gave the slack 😉

We did plan from the beginning that we attach the tables to wall, so that we could get some stapility (the legs are mostly for decoration) and i added some rubber socket to the end, so i could get the measurement right.

Then we had to put on the dc-fix before attaching the legs permanently.
Dc-fix roll open and started with the hardest table first 😆
This longer table is 265centimetres long. Gladly we had 4 arms at this point. Its better to do it correctly, not fast. We had to connect other roll, because these didnt have the lenght enough.

LONG TABLE

This was too easy. We did it perfectly. No airbubles beneath the blastic.

At the bottom side the dc-fix wasnt enough, but who goes and grawls under our tables 😄

ATTACHING THE LEGS

When we waited the drying of the clue, i made the another table

My wife drawed this at 90centimetres high, but the legs from the iron sofa-bed was only 91centimetres long and the angle eats about 5centimetres from the hight. I neede to go and measure our musicplayer so it would fit under the table if its about 85centimetres high... it did

These legs was a bit thinner and i only had 6 of them, just what i needed... Gladly the drilling and all went smooth and i didnt fu%¤# up any of those legs 😄
Then there was the same thing as before, Dc-fix and legs

Then we had to wait again, so i cutted the smaller shelfs. These were 55x25centimetres. These were a bit smaller than the lenght between the legs, but now u can see how its build 😉

We had about 20centimetres to spare with the dc-fix 😄

I had to hide the cables so they wont be seen. I used wide capleskirt that can hold lots of cable. This house is build at 70s so theres not many places that has any connections.

The picture is unfinished, but you can see how its coming  😉

I also had to paint the iron angles and screws to white so they wont show at white wall.
I mounted the tables to wall with angleirons and added some silicome to end of the lower shelfing holding pipes.

Then the wifes decor stuff was last 😄
