TEE SE ITSE KUKKA-AMPPELI / ASETELMA (OLOHUONE SISUSTUS OSA1)
(DIY FLOWER BOT / ARRAGEMENT. ENGLISH VERSION BELOW)

Vaimohan piirteli uuden olohuoneen (Insragrammista löytyy nimellä @designherukka) ja ite olin just menossa tuonne satamaan vaihteleen lamppuja. Vanhat sähkösyöppö 1000w ja 400watin lamput vaihtu ledeihin

TÄMÄN TAPAISET LAMPUT LÄHTI POIS JA TILALLE TULI LED LAMPUT

LED LAMPUT

SATAMASSA LAMPPUJEN VAIHTOA (Hyvä ilma)

Oon käyny nuita aiemminki vaihteleen, ja nehän menee kaatopaikalle.
Näistä sitten ajattelin tehä vaimolle sisustus elementtejä 😇
Nuista lampun kehikoistaki ois varmaan saanu kehiteltyä jotain, mutta on ne liian massiivisia meidän kotiin... Nytku tarkemmin ajattelen nii oishan siittä voinu tehä piirtopöydän pojalle. Lamppu sisään ja lasin päällä ois hyvä piirtää läpi kuvia 🤔 (no ehkä enskerralla 😊)

Eli. Näitä lamppuja lähti meleko monta kaatopaikalle. Kyssyin luvan että saako nuita resuja ottaa kotiin projektiksi, ja sain luvan.

400W POLTIN

nämä kuvan lamput oli siis ehjiä suurpaine natrium lamppuja. Otin tämmösiä jotka oli rikkoutunut juuresta tai lasi haljennut että kaasut oli jo mennyt menojaan.

RIKKOUTUNUT LAMPPU

Sitten otin myös ehyen että sain purku kuvat jos joku haluaa purkaa näitä itse. En
Kyllä missään nimessä suosittele koska kaasut on vaarallisia hengitettynä.

1000w LAMPUT: Ensin kannan reunasta ja kannan päästä olevasta nupista vaijeri poikki. (varovasti ettei lasi rikkoonnu.

VAIJEREIDEN PAIKAT

Sitten kannan reunassa olevat hakaset auki.

KANTA AUKI

Nyt kanta lähtee nostamalla irti. Kannan alla on pieni suippo lasiputki joka pitää kaasun lampun sisällä. Jos lasi on rikkoutunut kaasu on pois lampusta.

Voit koputella lasin nyt rikki reunoja myöten että sisus mahtuu ulos (Lasi on heikkoa ja saattaa revetä liikaa)
Mulla meni pari lamppua rikki niin ettei niitä voinu ennää liimata 😣
. Varo rikkomasta sisällä olevaa putkiloa. Sisältää natrium kaasua, mutta ite ainaki vein ne suoraa kaatopaikalle samaan paikkaan ku loisteputket.

NATRIUM PUTKI LAMPUN SISÄSTÄ

Kun sisältä kaikki turha on pois. voit koputella kannan rikki että koristeet mahtuu sisään. Ensin kyllä ite liimasin lasin paikalleen rikkoutuneista lampuista ja kokosin uusiksi lamput jotka purin perästä (Joista oli lasiputki rikki). Oli helpompi koputella posliini kanta rikki ja koputella varovasti lasi hajalle reunoja myöten.

KANTA JA LASI HAJOITETTU

Niinku kuvasta näkyy, kanta on melko terävä ja lasiakin jäi sisään vähän. Pitää vaan varoa ettei revi sormia rikki ku laittaa siään tavaraa

Nämä 400w lamput onki eri asia. Jos ei lamppu ole lasista rikkoutunut / haljennut, siellä on luultavasti sisällä vielä kaasu.
Jos lampun sydän on katkennut ja kanta löysässä, lampussa ei todennäköisesti ole enää kaasua.

RIKKINÄINEN SYDÄN JA EHYT SYDÄN

Jos olet varma että kaasu on lähtenyt, voit naputtaa kannan rikki ja rikkoa jäljellä olevan lasin kannan kautta. (Voit myös yrittää saada metalli kantaa irti naputtamalla pellin auki ja liuottamalla kantaliiman irti)

LAMPUN RAKENNE

Tuo on kyllä englanniksi, mutta rakenne tulee selväksi.

Nyt oli sitten ketjun asennus. Eli reiät porasin kantaan pikku terällä käyttäen dremeliä. ja hioin sitten reunat vähän pyöreämmiksi

PORAUS JA HIONTA

Sitten täyttö. Tämä homma oli kyllä ihan vaimon heiniä... Oisinhan se tietenki minäki voinu tuonne jottai lehtiä survoa, mutta en ehkä ihan ois ollu nii tarkka lopputuloksesta 😆

Ensin pohja täytettiin mustalla kivellä ja kasveista leikeltiin vähän lehdistä kokoa pienemmäksi ettei ne rypistynyt kun ne survottiin lamppuun... En tiennykkää että niissä kasveissa oli joku suunta miten päin ne kuuluu asentaa 😅)
Sitten lopputäyttö tapahtu kultaisella pikkukivellä jota löyty kaapista.

TÄYTTÖ

Sitten ketju kiinni ja koukut kattoon.

KETJU JA KOUKUT KATTOON

... Ei näitä koukkujakkaa saa laittaa niinku järkevästi, että amppelit ois järjestyksessä... niillä on kuulemma joku muu merkitys, ja ne pittää näkyä erilain... en ymmärtäny tätä sisustus pointtia 😆

Nuo koukut oli melko pieniä ja kattopaneli melko pehmyttä, mutta laitoin koukkujen kans liiman siään että pysyis katossa paremmin... ei oo ainakaa vielä tippunu 😉

KOLMEN AMPPELIN RYKELMÄ. 1x 1000w 2x 400w

KAHDEN LAMPUN RYKELMÄ 1x1000w ja 1x 400w

Siinäpä ne. Hyvältä näyttää ainakin omaan silmään... ja ei taia monella olla tämmösiä oikeita lamppuja amppeleina.

Ensin mietittiin että ois laitettu oikeita kukkia sisään veden kanssa, mutta päädyttiin sitten näihin kestävimpiin muovikukkiin 😉
Kyllä ne varmaan oikiatkin tuolla eläs ku jaksais hoitaa. Lasikin on auki yläpäästä niin ilmaakin riittäs... meillä ei vaa oo oikein verissä tuo hortonomin ammatti ja kukat vaan tuppaa kuolemaan 😔

Näitähän saa eri versioita kaupasta. Esim tämmösiä.

LASIAMPPELI

Tuo on helppo vaihtoehto jos ei saa käsiin nuita lamppuja 😉

Seuraavaksi kirjottelen sitten nuista pöydistä mitkä tein vaimon olohuone suunnittelun mukaan.

Mutta palataampa siihen seuraavalla kerralla.

DIY FLOWER BOT / ARRAGEMENT.  LIVINGROOM DECOR PART1
ENGLISH VERSION

My wife just drawed our new livingroom (u can find her at instagram: @designherukka) and i was about to go work at the harbour to chance some lights. Old electric hungry lamps chanced to new LED lamps.

THIS SORT OF LAMPS LEFT

LED LAMPS

AT HARBOUR (Good weather)

I have been at the harbour before to chance these lights, and they go straight to dumb.
I thought i make some decor stuff for that livingroom (for the wife) 😇

I didnt think of anything to make out of the lamp frames, but now when im writing this i thought it would make great drawing table. Make some light in there and its good for tracing some pictures 🤔
 (mayby next time 😊)

So, many of these lamps ended up to dumbster, but i got few broken ones for my project.

400W LAMP

1000W LAMP

These lamps at the picture are intact highpressure sodium lamps. I took the ones that were broken. The class was cracked or it was totally off from the stem... so the gas was gone.

BROKEN LAMP

I also took one lamp that was intact so i could dissembly one for you to see whats it like from inside.
I dont recomend that u dissembly the intact ones, because the gas inside is DANGEROUS

1000w lamps: First u cut the wire from stem and at the stud. (Carefully so that the class wont break)

Then u open the hooks from the stemplate.

STEM OPEN

Now u can lift the stem off. Under it theres a cone-shaped class tube that hold the gas inside. If the tube id broken, the gas is gone.

CLASS TUBE

If the tube is broken or u have some cracks at the class, you can tap the class so that the inside can fit out. (Class is very delegate so it might break too much.)
I did break few lamps so that they couldnt even be clued 😣

BEWARE the inner tubing. Dont break it. This contains the sodium gas. U need to disposal it proper, its toxic waste.

When inside is empty u can tap the stem broken so the decor can fit in.
I did clue the class in place and assembly the stem in place so i could tap the porsline stem and class broken from the edges.

PORSLINE AND CLASS STEM BROKEN

Like u can see in the picture, the lamp still has some sharp edges at the class. Watch your fingers when u put in the decor stuff.

These 400w lamps are different. If the lamp hasnt any cracks or the class is intact, it propeply has gas in it.
If the class heart is broken and the stem is lose, lamp prpeply has no gas in it.

BROKEN AND INTACT HEARTS

If you are sure that the gas is cone, you can tap the stem broken ja brake the class (You can also try if you can get the metal stem off by tapping the metal open and dissolve the clue off from the stem )

Then there was the chain assembly.
I drilled the holes to stem and grinded it smoother with dremel

DRILLING AND SMOOTHENING

Then the filling. This was my wifes job... I could of stuff some leafs in it but i wouldnt be so exatc about it 😆

First we filled the bottom with black decor snones and cutted the leafs to smaller size so they wouldnt wringle when putted in... I didnt know that those plants had some direction how they should be assemblyed  😅
Then the last filling happened with golden decor stone that we had in the capinet.

CHAIN AND HOOKS TO SEALING

... U cant even but these hooks in order because its not good lookin if they are in order... i heard that they have different meaning and they should show proper... i just dont get it 😆 (i have obsession about things, they have to be staright and in lines)

Those hooks were pretty small, so i installed them with some clue to hold better... thay are still in the sealing  😉

Thats it. Looking good to my eye... Many people doesnt have these real lamps as an hanging baskets (i think)

First we thought that we put some real flowers inside with water, but then we end up whit the fake ones.... they last longer 😉

I think the real ones would survive in there if you take care of the flowers... we just dont have any horticulturist fingers and our flowers just end up dead. 😔

Thats the easy alternative if you cant get hold of these lamps 😉
